This church turned vacation property in Cotter, AR was truly a joy to stay in. We came to town to visit extended family. Our family of 6 was unbelievably comfortable in the house and the huge upstairs was a perfect gathering spot for our family and guests to hang out in.It was beautiful, spacious, welcoming, centrally located and exceeded all of our expectations. My kids even got to ring the church bells! We will definitely plan to stay here on future trips to Cotter!10/10 would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Potter Block. The apartment was amazing and the decor was very unique, quaint, and hip! The location is perfect for when you are planning a few days of guided fly fishing as you are located a couple of blocks away from one of many launch sites to fish the world famous White River. After a long day of fishing, its like you come back to a home away from home where you can relax in the huge hot tub or the soaking tub (we rented apartment 1 for the hot tub)! Jason offered many recommendations for great restaurants and even took the time to help us find a guide for one of the days we planned to fish! The apartment also has QR codes posted to help you with many of the electronics around the house such as the warm electric/gas fireplace and the hot tub! Everything was labeled to assist with the light switches and locations of items in the kitchen. If I could buy that apartment fully furnished, I would keep it all to myself. Cotter is the best kept secret in all of Arkansas and thank you Potter Block for making our trip a memorable adventure!

Beautiful setting for any type of event. We used it for a Bible study but the Cotter Downtown Church can accommodate a large crowd. The White River is very near by.

Spent amazing evening here with friends! Not only was is clean and comfy but it has amazing back story and the decor is inviting and captivating! Definitely inspired to make another reason to book!

My Bible study group met in the Downtown Cotter Church last evening.The property has been beautifully renovated but retains its wonderful character! We were very taken by the gorgeous original stained glass and hardwood floors. This property would be perfect as a wedding venue or for a family reunion!

My family and I stayed at one of Jason and Kammi’s properties and cannot recommend them enough. First of all, the amenities and cleanliness of their place was above and beyond. There was even an awesome hot tub, complete with video instructions! But aside from the awesome place Jason and Kammi worked with us immediately when we had some minor issues (couldn’t figure out the dryer and needed a working coffee pot). Their response to these things was fast, kind, and professional. We really felt taken care of and are super grateful to them! We will definitely be staying with Jason and Kammi again.

Absolutely fantastic property. And the hosts are even better. Everything was immaculate, when the grill ran out of propane, Jason had a full tank to us in less than 5 minutes! We will certainly use Potter Block Properties on our next trip to Arkansas. And I recommend them to anyone who wants a fantastic hassle free stay!

We loved the place, great location, the sandwich shop was great and the Norfork Brewery was a short walk. Having a general store right next door was super handy for the things you forgot. The inside was really nice with a great back deck. Cant wait to stay here again on our next Norfork visit.

This place is the perfect place to just relax. It’s right next to a big town however the entire time I was there it felt like I was nowhere near a big city. It was peaceful. Quiet. The people of cotter are amazing and extremely friendly. If I had to rate this Airbnb I’d say it’s definitely as 11 out of 10. If your looking for some good fishing and a relaxing vacation then you won’t go wrong with choosing this location.

We had the best time staying at the Eclectic Bungalow. The space is comfortable, fun and super clean. Jason and Kammie are friendly, helpful hosts who want you to have a great stay. Feels like home but better.

The renovated church is an outstanding property with exceptional hosts. If you are in the area and especially if you have a large group, this is the place to stay.

We stayed at The River Den and, as others have noted, it is a beautifully renovated property (a former saloon). The apartment is very stylish, modern, clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Jason and Kammi live just a few blocks away and you couldn’t ask for more attentive and helpful hosts, My husband and I have visited this area often in the past to fish the White River and canoe the Buffalo. This was our first time to stay in Cotter and it will be our go-to place in the future. Cotter is tiny in size but big in amenities. It’s highly walkable with a restaurant, fly-fishing shop and a park that boasts a spring fed pond, walking trails, river access and more. Jason and Kammi clearly love this little corner of Arkansas: they have lovingly updated a number of historic properties and are active in efforts to preserve and revitalize the town of Cotter. They are in the midst of several new renovations; I’m looking forward to seeing the results when we return!

We have used this two bedroom home three different occasions and we plan to continue. It is always very clean, homie, comfortable. Lots of amenities, conveniently located to some of the best trout fishing that you could ever hope for. We feel blessed we found this place. They are very nice apartments. My Aunt from Minnesota came down and rented one of them for a couple days and we all just loved them. Very clean and everything you need to cook and whatever. They have a nice grill in a very nice backyard. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Jason and his wife Kammie are impeccable hosts. We stayed at their apartment back in September and it was excellent, extremely clean and comfortable. Jason goes the extra mile for his guests, from local eats to where we could find a fly fishing guide. We are headed back in July to stay again, and are fully confident that the accommodations will exceed our expectations. Cotter is a hidden gem, don’t over look it!

This was a short stay but every moment here was amazing. There was such a home feel to the place, the scenery was beautiful, but above all the interaction with the owners made this stay one of the best places I have ever been to. The small town of cotter has made it on my list of special places. It’s a perfect getaway to find yourself again. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to re-center or just have a weekend of fun with the family.

Cotter feels like our home away from home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay after a long day of fishing! The beds were cozy, kids had a fantastic time in the backyard, and having everything you need back at the cabin makes for worry free packing! We will for sure book again and continue recommending to friends and family.

This was our second stay with Jason and Kammi and we couldnt have asked for a better experience! They accommodated to our last minute plans to visit Cotter, from scheduling a tour of the Vexus plant on New Years Day to recommending other points of interest to visit and where to eat. Jason and Kammi go above snd beyond for their customers in every way possible. They have the best homes/apartments that are clean and decorated so cute celebrating every season of the year! We hope to continue to stay with them for many years to come! Absolutely adore them, their hard work and effort they put into every detail of our stay!

My family and I have stayed in Jason and Kammi’s properties several times as we have family in the area. We wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. The cleanliness is unparalleled and always up to the highest standards. Beds are comfortable (always an important factor when staying away from home), and the amenities and extra touches are always sincerely appreciated. I wish Jason and Kammi had properties across the nation so we would always know we were taken care of no matter where we travelled. They have set the bar incredibly high for all other vacation rentals.

I’ve been to Cotter many times and this is hands down the nicest place we’ve stayed. Factor in the price and it’s unbeatable. Incredibly clean and well appointed. Very comfortable and easy access to the river and everything else. They’ve got everything you’d need at your fingertips and a ton of information on local restaurants and attractions. Exceptionally done. We’ll definitely be back

Our hosts, Jason and Kammi were so friendly, helpful and thoughtful! They go the extra mile to make their guests feel very special! They had a bottle of wine and a card for us bc it was our anniversary! Jason helped my husband unload, load and store boats, kayaks etc.. They gave us all the updates on the fishing, floats and fun spots in the area. We stayed in the River Den and Ecletic Bungalow in the PotterBlock property. They are so comfortable, modern, everything is there for you and more! Snacks, make up wipes, grills out back. Right there in walking distance of a park, the fishing dock, swimming hole, trails and scenic wildlife! We have been there 3 times just this summer! We love it and you will too!
