Power GM Service in Beaver County

They were very and polite and helpful, and got my truck taken care of in a reasonable amount of time and they were very honest with me, I do recommend this car company

Bought a 2022 Buick Encore from them 8 months ago. Today it is sitting at another dealership with a blown transmission and Power GM refused to help me out with a rental car, which is covered under my warranty. I still have to get back and forth to work to pay for the lemon they sold to me but was basically told “sorry about your luck” when I begged for help. I will NEVER buy from them again and I hope my post discourages others from buying from them as well.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. I also had a slow leak in front drivers side tire. When I made the appointment I requested to check tire. I also reminded them when I dropped off the vehicle. After a hour, the car was ready for pick up. I asked about the slow leak. It was never documented. So after another 40 minute wait. I noticed that the vehicle. Had not moved. I was informed that there was 3 vehicles ahead. The work was never performed. I also had a power gm coupon. Which was never applied. Totally a very poor experience.

Had a to have a piston replaced, through certified pre-owned warranty, had car for 3 weeks didnt give me a loaner to use and when I got it back it wasnt fixed right. Was also going to buy a new car there and set appointment to come in and sign and all that. When I got there guy told me they sold it yesterday on his day off, but it had a sold sign in the window the day before that. Just all around horrible customer service on both ends.

We were very interested in a Yukon the place had and stickered around 62k go to sit down with our trade in and numbers weren’t aligning and asked to see price of vehicle and our trade in and they tacked on an extra 3,000 surplus charge without us knowing….needless to say we found out why our numbers didn’t align and left immediately called around to other dealers and they do not add on this “surplus” charge. The sales manager said he gave us a deal that he only charged us 3,000 that he sold the same car last week and charged them 5,000 in surplus charge….do yourself the favor and save the headache and go to another GM dealer that is not adding on these fees and hiding them in the numbers.

Most of the used trucks needed work ...someone paying over 17,000 for something shouldnt need 5,000 put into it ...total ripoffs!!

I cannot say enough good things about Power! They were excellent at communicating with us, they were quick, and did excellent work. They went above and beyond to help us, even down to the smallest detail. If you have a GM vehicle, this is the place to get serviced! Very professional!

Friendly, but really willing to negotiate a deal. I was looking to trade my 2 year old pickup in which I paid $43000 for 2years ago. Unfortunately they were only willing to give me something in the lower 20s for it. By the way, its in excellent condition

My schedule was a 1:00 and it is 1:45 I got here at 12: 40they told me theyre on lunch but he was going to put it in the racks for them theres a guy that came at 1:00 he left and had his car done at 1:20 and Im still sitting here just for a small lick lick in my tire

Great service

After 6 hours all they did (allegedlywas a safety check, and an oil change. Sent me on my way with zero gas in the tank after the purchase of the vehicle was completed. Two weeks later they finally call for me to come in so the vehicle could be cleaned, a cap and taililight lense replaced. Had to come back the next day because it was the wrong part. Two and a half MONTHS now and still no title or even a returned phone call. JUST came from the Nissan Service department and looking at $4500.00 in repairs that should have red flagged in my so called inspection with Power GM!!! Buyer BEWARE!

I purchased last year a 2009 GMC Arcadia from the start and nothing but problems its been to the service department twice and yet still hasnt been fixed never purchase a car from you guys again
