Amsterdam Sloterdijk, 1043 DZ Amsterdam, Netherlands, Gemeente Amsterdam
It is good place to park the car and go with the tram to the downtown. I took tram number 19 and then 17 to Dam square. It was cheap (1€ for the whole day parking). The entrance to the parking area is a bit confusing, because I managed to enter without picking up the parking ticket on the barrier the first time. But without parking ticket is not possible to get discounted tram tickets on the machine I guess.
Really nice parking to visit Amsterdam. You can take the train that will bring you in Amsterdam central in 10 mins for 6 euros(return ticket)
Really good for cheap parking. Parking is fee on the lot next to it during the weekend
Flixbus and Bla bla bus stand. It’s near to Railway station so easy to travel there.
50 euro for 2 days. 🙄 I think its a little expensive.
Unexpensive and great
Nice setup convenient for trams and buses, with some really friendly helper staff

Good place for trip to amstrdam in public transport
Was pretty full. There is no short cut to know which spot is free. You might have to go till end to find the spot. P+R is money saver, had to pay 1 euro for full day, id using P+R Ticket to travel to and from city. It takes around 30 minutes to reach to the Amsterdam central Station by Tram. The Tram runs almost every 10 minutes.
Brilliant system!Take parking ticket on entry,Scan it when buying your bus ticket (€5.50)(Bus terminals are on the opposite side of Sloterdijk station. Walk up stairs on far corner of P&R. Go to the opposite end where the stairs go down. And that is the bus station. (No Need to enter the train station))Scan your bus ticket, when getting on the bus (#22 platform E), Scan it when you leave at Centraal Station.Scan bus ticket when returning to bus at Centraal station (#22 platform H)Scan bus ticket when exiting for Sloterdijk station.Scan your parking ticket at P&R and it should automatically show €1 per 24 hours. Up to a max of 72 hours. (first day €8 if parked before 10am)Make Sure To Scan your Bus Ticket the 4 times and you should be fine.I was a little worried about my car at first. But it was all fine, with No Problems or damage done.GVB customer services outside the Centraal station are Very helpful! and confirmed all this info for me before I returned to Sloterdijk P&R.
Best p+r location near Amsterdam.
Super
Puic transport nearby and ticket cost included in parking ticket. It is an open and cheapest parking place close to the city center. You can park your car for 1 € for 24 hours. The normal avg for Amsterdam is 50€. You can also get tickets for 2people towards city center if you pay 5€. There was a long queue on public holiday and we ended up wasting 1 hour there. Ultimately had to go to a expensive parking.
The place is a bit confusing. We parked outside of the P+R area because during the weekend it is free parking there.
Easy to find and very accessible
bus stop for flix bus. The station nearby can host you, if you need a warm place while waiting for the bus.
The best place to get the 1€/day fare
Great station point where there are several connections between tram, train and buses.
If you park here and use public transport to come pick up the car, you only pay 1 euro per day.
P+R is a good option for Parking and traveling in the major cities like Amsterdam
We had to pay 100€ for 3,5 days instead of 25€ because we took bikes to the city and not the public transportation!!! Big screw up
UNLOCK the DISCOUNT¹ by scan your train ticket to Amsterdam on the scanner!Good way to book Amsterdam comfortably and without searching for a parking space!¹if you use the car park after 9 a.m.
I parked on sunday. It costed 2.5 euros for 8 hours. I dont know why it was written 1 euro for 24hrs.
Great place to leave your car :)
Watch out for the way they count the fee. We should pay 24 euro and payed 75 cose i didnt took a train back but run for the car. Stupid!
If you wanna use the cheep option of parking, you HAVE TO use the train to get to the city and back to the parking as well!! provide your train tickets and it’ll be cheap - we paid 25€/d cause we took an Uber back home🤬
The parking spot needs a bit more information for tourists, to understand how it works.
We parked our car, took public transport (for wich we paid 5 Euro), visited the city and took the public transport back. Unfortunately our station was 5 m away from "city center" so instead of 4 Euro we had to pay over 70 Euro. What if I walk back to the car? Well that will be SEVENTY Euros then.
Not cheap. We paid 25 Euros for 24 hours at the weekend...
States on the website that every P+R has an electric charging stall and there is one here. However, it does not work. Also, a lot of the parking lot lights were not functioning. Very poorly lit and can be a bit dangerous at night for some. Please fix your EV charger.
Costs 1 Euro per day, if you use the trick with public transport ticket. Just check it in center, ride to Sloterdijk station, check out on exiting the bus and provide checked out ticket when paying for parking. The moment you touch it with your magic ticket the sum on screen shrinks 25 times. Please keep in mind, that you can park there only 4 days in a row, so, if you need more, just go there and drive your car out and in again every 4 days or less. Try not to do it during rush hours, or else youll end up loosing your spot.
Convenient place to park when going to ams
A very organized train station
Attention, does not work with the Sprinter train ticket!! I had the bad surprise at check out -17 euros for 7 hours. Very dissappointed.
Good spot to park your car and to get into the city by public transports quickly. The fee is not so cheap (I think we had nine hours and paid about 17€but that seems to be normal in such cities.
Wouldn’t recommend this at all as the chances of making a mistake when travelling with the OV discount pass and therefore immensely overpaying are insane
Shortly saying the system is not friendly for foreigners and personnel cannot help in accident situations. I should pay 1€, but I just got robbed by them for 24€! Totally disappointed by the service! In details: I came to this parking on Friday 21 o’clock. Normally this parking is free during the weekdays. But I decided to use “park&ride”. Then I traveled to the centre with metro. Today (SaturdayI came back from center and on leaving the bus I scanned gvb ticket twice accidentally (the sensors in the bus are very sensitive). When I wanted to leave the park&ride I got message “no park and ride tariff, fee 25€”. I phoned to the park&ride information but the man told me that he cannot help me. And the system cannot handle accidents. Normally the parking during the weekends is free, even two single tickets there and back cost much less than 25euros!Totally disappointed by the service!
Ok could do with more seating but there a toilet 24/7 and the buses seem to be running smoothly right nex to the train stations as well
Very convinient to avoid bring your car to the center and risking a parking fee. A tram conveniently links the P+R with the city center. The only minus is that the stairs that give access to the train station / tram stops seem to be a true pissuar which makes me wonder if the cctv cameras and security on that park really work? ??? As a guy I would still park assuming no one would dare to mess with the car but I guess some people may feel unsafe using the part during night hours.
P+R always cheap parking with east access to the city
Good place to park for weekend walk at amsterdam. You can use only tramp and bus 22 to amsterdam central.
My favorite parking solution for Amsterdam!
Convenient location, but open parking on an inner square between pillars, buildings and the train station. Ive seen some broken glass (seemingly from car windowson the ground. Dont forget to swipe your P+R bus/tram ticket before paying at the end, so that you get the P+R discounted rate.
You can consider it to much far of Amsterdam. But if you prove that you traveled with public car to the centrum and return, the cost is very low.
10 August 2018 - closed for no reason
Good place to park in the way to the center of Amsterdam, you have get a train from here to the center
Best way to park your car in very cheap rate. I paid only 6 Euro for parking my car here for 3 days. Just you have to take your last journey from inside city to this place by public transport. But dont forget to do check in inside city and check out in this place only.
Parking machine hangs and do not accept most of the credit cards. Instructions are not clear, didnt find how to get discount having public transport tickets
Park and get into the city and back for just €6 great value and accepted credit cards! Fantastic place! Would be better if it was free as a tourist it needs tow be made as easy as possible to get into the city!
