Pratt Inn & Suites in Pratt County

We have stayed here many times but after todays experience we will have to consider another hotel for our return trip. There are dogs everywhere...dogs unleashed walking around and on the elevator and dogs barking loudly down the hall from our room. We just drove 14 hours and want to rest. Reported it to front desk and was told the owner must have left the dog alone in the room.. . another guest walked by stating the dog had been barking all morning and it was annoying. She did move us to another floor. I want to stay at a hotel not a dog park and kennel. Also not a lot of restaurant choices in the area for meals.

Very friendly staff, all around! Rooms are clean. The breakfast is good. Great amenities! Its just a great place to stay, its home away from home!

So very pleased with our one night stay here. Easy to make a reservation and when we got there a lovely check in experience. Rooms were great and the pool was wonderful. Amazing breakfast … much like the Hampton Inna we have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Clean and very friendly. Great breakfast selection.

Tv required repetative reset by staff until it worked. Bathroom shelves need hard scrub. Wi-Fi there but unusable 90% of the time and breakfast food edible if you ate toast or cereal.

Very new and clean, nice parking lot. Complimentary dinner the night we were here, and complimentary breakfast. Probably the nicest hotel Ive ever stayed at for under $100

They have a large breakfast buffet but its not necessarily diabetic friendly. My husband found lots to eat!

We stayed here for a baseball tournament, there were kids everywhere... the staff was amazing, friendly, and beyond patient!! The rooms were all very nice and clean!

Pratt has grown to have a lot of the chain hotels and they do a good job. However, the Pratt Inn matches them (and beats themin service and friendliness. We were very pleased with our stay there.

Dont pass on this place because it isnt part of a national chain. Everything was immaculate, and prices were great too.

I wish we were told they didn’t offer room cleaning daily… we assumed there would be since every where else does it and also weren’t told it was only done twice a week… when we requested new towels though since we didn’t get new ones they brought them right away.Breakfast was what you expect from a complimentary continental breakfast. Lots of variety but nothing of great quality. Easy check in and check out.

This place might be the best deal on a hotel in the USA. VERY nice, comfortable, quiet, clean and modern for the price.

I will say this needs more stars.. cant rave ENOUGH. BEAUTIFUL people that work here.. ESPECIALLY SAMANTHA THE NIGHT DESK LADY... ROOMS VERY ROOMY CLEAN.. I WOULD LIKE TO STAY THERE AGAIN...BUT WE ARENT PLANNING ANOTHER CROSS COUNTRY TRIP FOR A LONG TIME...TAKE MY WORD ..BETTER YET TAKE A ROOM .ENJOY

No room service dirty towels the entire time.Hot tub was cold last night and tonight theres a freaking dog in it.At first glance this hotel is nice but the amenities have been far and wide thanks for the breakfast.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff here is so friendly and the night we checked in, they happened to be having free dinner included with our reservation, then in the morning, free breakfast. Its really hard finding a nice hotel with nice pet rooms, and our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable! We were blown away by the price, definitely the best bang for your buck! Thanks for being so hospitable Pratt Inn!

Taken care of hotel. In the same price range as HI Express across the street. It used to be a Hampton. Highly recommended. Free hot breakfast. Heated pool and hot tub. I stayed in the oversized 2 queen. Has more floor space, better size room if you are using a rollaway bed.

Every single employee was extremely helpful and kind. My 1 complaint was handled quickly and that will make returning trips thru Pratt ones we will happily anticipate. I will be recommending this hotel.

Weve stopped here a few times now on our trips between Iowa City and Albuquerque and love it. Its clean and quiet, we always get great prices for the night and the staff is friendly. We also really enjoy their buffet breakfasts in the morning which are quite complete: usually with an egg and meat option, as well as cereal, oatmeal, waffles, toast juice and coffee.

Nothing I asked for or needed was too much or a burden. Samantha is a dream employee, let me tell you. All the charm of Tennessee and a hard worker, loyal to the company and the guests. I was impressed by her seeming omnipresence and her attention to expressed needs. Shes one of those precious "If I dont know Ill find out" employees -- an "if we dont have it, well get it" kind of gal. This type of "face" for a company is critically important, making an impression that lasts as well as insuring repeat business. Give her a bonus and a raise.

After driving 7 1/2 hrs- I arrived at 6:00 pm. No one at the desk or in sight. I rang the bell numerous times and still no one shows up. I called the number on the sign and apparently disrupted the night clerks break. I said I needed to check in and he said “ do you have a reservation?” If I didn’t wouldn’t I have asked if there were any rooms available? He finally comes up from wherever his break was. He starts the paperwork and says there’s a $50.00 pet fee. I asked “ even for a service dog?” He says it’s for all pets. I told him I’ve been staying here for 3 years and never been charged a pet fee for a service dog. He responds with “ well, I can cut it down to $30.00” Me- “ no, I’m not going to argue about it just get me checked in.” He hands me the paper to sign and says he took off the pet fee “since it bothers me”. Well now I’m bothered even more. I drag all of my stuff up to the room and the hallway has not been vacuumed very well. The room was nice and clean and worth the price but the service was not. I needed to check out early and no one in sight. Finally a young girl comes up but couldn’t figure out what to do. She had to get her manager. It took 15 minutes for the morning clerks to figure out how to do that. I offered to pay the extra just get me out I needed to go home. Ughhhhh so frustrating!I probably won’t do this hotel again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, dog friendly. The rooms were very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful with anything that we needed. The breakfast was really good as well. This hotel made our stop from PA to AZ great!

The rooms were very clean and very spacious. They offer a coffee pot, Iron/table, Mini fridge and microwave. The beds are very comfortable. It is a 100% non smoking facility so you must smoke outside and I love the as im a non smoker. The staff was very friendly and made sure we had what we needed.

Great place to stay. Just finished up on a 28 day western vacation and this hotel was the best as far as breakfast and value of any we stayed at. Friendly staff with ample parking.

The night shift guy, went way above and beyond to find us a room at 12 am. When every hotel was booked in town. Nice clean hotel with a pool and a actual breakfast in the morning. Which consisted of eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, potatoes and cereal. I would stay there anytime Im in that town!!!

Love this hotel! Very professional and friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and wonderful hot full breakfast. Affordable for groups and/or family reunion. Will definitely stay here again!

Incredible hotel to stop at. SUPER friendly staff sparkling clean place. When I called to book I spoke with Samantha. She was so sweet and accommodating to our needs. This hotel is fantastic, the customer service from check-in to depart was 5 star service, the staff was so friendly (Samantha), Breakfast was great, very clean and quiet rooms, great parking we had a trailer and lots of room and well lighted. Breakfast staff was AWESOME and made sure things were hot and fresh. This hotel is fabulous!

What a nice place with friendly, helpful staff. Either new or newly remodeled, everything looked new. Stylishly furnished with a big chair and ottoman, 2 ottomans at the end of the king bed, and ample lighting. The bed was comfortable and topped with a comforter that kept us warm. There were a ton of plug-ins for our electronics. Close the sliding barn door to the bathroom for privacy. It was a very attractive room for the money. Breakfast was a cut above with ready made omelets that were warm and delicious, along with French toast, waffles, and the usual. The town doesnt have alot, but one restaurant offers room service, and there is a McDonalds and a Walmart.

We normally stay at Comfort Inn or the like, but decided to stay here based on Travelocitys 4.7 star rating. Boy, are we ever glad we did! This is one of the nicest places weve ever stayed. Check in was fast and easy. The room was immaculate. There were signs all over about the covid safety precautions they were taking. The room was quiet and the breakfast was good. We would highly recommend the Pratt Inn and Suites.

The Hotel was very clean , comfy beds ,the food was amazing ,the pool was an extra bonus for the grandchildren.the people that work there are very helpful and kind I had little issue with a shower and they came and fixed it right away, it was a wonderful place to stay. Would def recommend staying at this hotel

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Pratt Inn and Suites. We stayed in January 2018 when it was a Hampton Inn and loved it, and figured wed try it again this trip. We are SO glad we did! We visited Pratt for my sister-in-laws wedding, and the staff was so accommodating to our big party, and even invited family members not staying at the hotel to a hotel BBQ they were hosting that night. In addition to their hospitality, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was both impressive and delicious. We cant wait to stay again!

The Inn was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would find in a hotel in a larger city. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Parking was not an issue and it was close to the highway and town. The staff were welcome and accommodating.The hot breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Hello! First and and foremost the front staff was incredibly kind. I had an issue with our neighbors being incredibly loud and inappropriate at 5 am and the staff was incredibly helpful in the situation (I believe it was Josh?). I do have a few things I wanted to bring up that could definitely be improved though. The toilet paper roll in our room was not replaced with a new one upon our visit, which makes me not feel very comfortable considering how cautious replacing and sanitizing should be during this pandemic. Also, the upstairs floor smelled incredibly strong of some type of sewer/manure smell.Thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay here. We were coming from Arizona and needed a place to sleep and they were very accommodating to our needs and we are so grateful.Kimberly was at the front desk and she had amazing customer service and was so friendly we enjoyed our experience with her as well. She was very organized and accommodating and made sure we had the best stay. Our room was upscale and everything was so clean.10/10 recommend staying at this hotel. I enjoyed it more than many of my hotel visits with many other name brand hotels! Highly recommend a stay here.

Stayed for 6 days for a job. At first I wasnt too sure so I booked a night and was satisfied with the stay so I stayed an additional 5 days as required by the job and was treated with amazing customer service with zero issues. They offered great breakfast and one day they grilled hambergers and hotdogs for a lunch/dinner. They also had the best chocolate chip cookies baked fresh throughout the day. All employees were kind and helpful when needed only making the stay better. The only problem was there being no problems.

Very very nice hotel. Clean, up scale, friendly staff, comfy beds. It use to be a Hampton and still looks just the same way just different owners. Currently they serve you breakfast to keep things clean. The breakfast has eggs, sausage, french toast, sticks waffles, cereal, oj, apple juice, fruit, pastries, oatmeal and probably more. I will stay here any time I am in Pratt ks.

I was greeted warmly as I entered the building. It was windy and cold so I appreciated the warm air and delightful smell of the freshly baked cookies. Jess was able to get me checked in and explained the amenities the hotel has to offer efficiently. The Free WiFi was appreciated, as well as, the free hot breakfast in the morning. I was not able to tryout the pool but I heard it was salt water, Ill have to try that next time Im in Pratt.

The room was large and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Islept very well. Breakfast was not the best but I got there late.Overall it was a good stay.
