I have been searching for years to find a reliable service for professional work such as hanging paintings and doing repairs to a high quality. I cannot recommend ID Transport & Umzuge Service highly enough. They were responsive, timely and incredibly professional - in fact, the only service provider Ive used in Germany who did not leave a mess behind! (Usually, I have to vaccum, and then clean up footprints or dirt left by contractors).

I am an expat here in Frankfurt and Mr. Diwan helped me on two occasions and he did not disappoint one bit. He speaks english perfectly and many other languages which was a huge relief. Very professional and punctual and reasonable. He gives great consultation and is very nice to work with. Highly recommend for moving, painting and furniture assembly.

We moved to a new place with our existing furniture and stuff. We also got some new furniture and lights for the destination. Mr. Ishan was very supportive in the whole moving, disassembly, reassembly and new installation requirements. Thank you to Mr. Diwan and his team to helpus during moving to our new home! We were so lucky to find this reliable company to move our stuff from our old apartment to our new home. The process was really efficient especially with our 9 month old baby. Mr.Diwan helped us also to organize the materials and installed the curtain road and jalousinen (he did really a good job and I am really satisfied with the result). He also installed lamps and rebuilt again some of our old furnitures and it even looked better after he rebuilt. With his expertise and experiences, he gave us also some point of view and idea regarding the housing. I was surprised, he even helped with the settings of our coffee machine (l even didnt know how to operate it properly Loland now the taste is really so much better😊! The additional services they provide such as cleaning, furniture assembly, etc. are very useful since there is no need to look for other firms that provide them, you can get them from the same provider. They speak English, which is a big plus for people with limited German knowledge.

Highly Recommended service from I.D. Transporter , they packed our unit up in Bornheim and moved us across Frankfurt. Precious items were wrapped and given special attention. A heavy exercise bike was brought up 3 flights of stairs with no complaints. excellent service overall.
