Dr. Martin & ALL STAFF MEMBERS have been nothing but amazing! He’s been informative through the whole process! The office has always been clean made me feel comfortable! My son got his braces off and I am so happy with results! I know I thanked you a lot today lol but Thanks again for boosting his confidence!! We love them!!

Worst Orthodonist place ever!! Barely open for appointments, unorganized, and just awful. My daughter has had her braces on for FOUR years!! She is now in college and I never know when she is coming home and they won’t work with me to get her in for a routine appointment (unless I personally contact the Dr. I keep asking why and they just blame the old Orthodonist and COVID!! DO NOT TAKE ANYONE HERE!! I can’t even take her anywhere else because no one will touch her unless I take off her braces and start all over again and pay thousands of more dollars!! To walk away from this place is a understatement, you should RUN!! I would rather have paid a few thousand more than to have to deal with this place ever again.UPDATE: still the worse orthodontist around!! Daughter still has braces on! Still don’t work well with getting her appointments when she needs them since she is in college!! Still giving excuses as to why they aren’t off yet! Then wants to pull them off and put her in Invisalign’s. Bite is still off! Seriously people listen to bad reviews!! Very frustrated mom here!! Very disappointed!!!!!!

They have been so understanding, kind and compassionate. Bot of my teen girls are patients and have always had great experiences!

Very professional and still very personable staff. My son was a little nervous until we started talking about the rewards program that calmed him down for awhile. Nobody wants to have to get braces but sometimes they are needed and precision does an excellent job of explaining it to the kids and making them feel good about it 👍👍

Theyre quick and painless and make it comfortable for the patient which is nice.

Staff is always nice and happy. My daughter, EMILY MOADUS, saw several doctors while she had her braces on but they we always nice and explained what was going on after each appointment and what the next appointment would be. Appointments were sometimes hard to schedule; we live 35m away and both of us work full time, definitely need to have additional hours and days to help those parents that work. Dr. Mo was always helpful, detailed and would talk as long as needed. Great atmosphere and staff.

bad experience dont go here.. had an appointment at 2pm and showed up at 1:50 and the doors were locked.. called the place and they said “theyre on lunch break and the door should be open in a minute”… i waited until 2:20 in my car outside and nobody was ever there so i left. the website says their open until 5pm. i have things to do and im not waiting for them to be done goofing off at lunch.

The orthodontist Elizabeth Kelvington was super nice i really like her.

They are all so nice and have made my daughter getting her braces so much more smoother than I thought this "life changing" event in a 13 year Olds life was going to go! They are truly awesome!! WORST CARE EVER. DO NOT RECOMMEND. DESERVES ZERO STARS. We saw an actual orthodontist a total of 3 times. Received nothing in writing other than how much money orthodontia will cost. NEVER... I MEAN NEVER received an update on my childs care. Had no idea that my child was having braces taken off the day that they took them off!!! When I called to speak with "Dr. Grimm" the new super rude orthodontist, she refused to speak with me on the phone - while my child was there with my 80 year old mother. Therefore, we left not knowing that we had only completed one phase! We discovered this by going to another orthodontist who provided this in writing to us. To top it off, they billed our credit card for 4 months initially--- instead of our insurance. we called. and called. and called. and no one ever called back. my husband went into the office in person and they said they have a new billing person who they never see. It took over a month to get resolved! We could never get an appointment that was outside of school or work hours. Dr. Grimm also talked closely into my 80 year old moms face when she was questioned about care on the last visit. ---- during a pandemic. They sent my child home with a 3 inch wire sticking out into her inner cheek after a visit...I called when we got home. No answer. No return call. We had to cut it ourselves. I left a message on the main number with my concerns and a woman told me that Jamie would call me back in a couple of days... never received a call. So here is your google review.

Called over 40 times in a single day and not one answer. Called the emergency hotline and that was zero help. This place is trash.

This office, Dr Moshood Martins, Elizabeth, Amanda, and the rest of the staff are super awesome. Not only are they professional, courteous, educated, they helped both of my teens get their braces on (same dayand answered my 100 questions. They answered my calls, concerns and they were just wonderful to my family! This is the place to go folks. This office even donated a raffle basket worth over $700 of items and gift cards for a benefit dinner hosted by The Sage Shack in Louisville, OH. What a wonderful place to be apart of! Thank ypu Dr Mo and we appreciate your entire team. Thank you for treating my kids so delicately.

Dr Moshood Martins and his amazing staff not only take care of people in unfortunate circumstances but they help out in their community like we do. This office is truly a comfortable place to bring your kids (or yourselffor your orthodontic needs. Plus, with such a good vibe, youll leave feeling the power of positivity with a smile on your face!

I got braces there in late July, I recently went there again yesterday and the woman who fixed my wires and rubber bands didn’t complete it. What I mean is she skipped 3 of my brackets and they’re digging into my skin. Not to mention the workers only open the doors a couple minutes before the appointments which is inconvenient and annoying. The workers there are also very unprofessional and speak very loudly to the others while working on patients. They also talk about problems with patients out loud where others can clearly hear. This is by far one of the most unprofessional places I’ve been, I don’t recommend.

Hands down the WORST experience weve ever had with an orthodontist. Rude, disrespectful, untrained are just a few words that describe this office and staff. The " manager " NEVER handles any issue you may have. Calls and questions are never answered. I have never once even spoken to the orthodontist. No introduction or even a quick minute to discuss my childs progress. They cancel 10mins before your appointment and expect you to be understanding. I didnt even have a choice when the new staff took over if this is what I wanted to deal with. I only am giving a star so I can write this warning to anyone looking for an orthodontist. It deserves nothing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I had the worst experience with Precision. My son still has a huge gap in between his two front teeth. When I tried calling to discuss how they were going to fix the problem they stopped returning my phone calls. I have left several messages and have emailed with no response. Please consider a more reputable place. I wish I would’ve read all the reviews on the new orthodontist before I put my faith in them. Please Please Please don’t waist your money!!!

Thank you for making me not feel scared and discouraged like I had due to other orthodontists. I left my consultation smiling instead of in tears. I can’t wait to start my braces journey Tuesday. I’m also so thankful for how kind everyone was to me, and everyone was so easy to talk to.

Great except I cannot get a hold of them, even left voicemails and didn’t hear back. I’m having issues with my braces and they don’t answer the phone. I would’ve given 5 stars but the phone problem took away from my opinion

This place has been absolutely AMAZING! We didnt begin at this orthodontist however I wish we had for both of our daughters. We had no idea they were so amazing. One of my daughters had just gotten her braces off and we honestly had had enough of our current orthodontist. I called our insurance company and told them how unhappy we were and they got all the paperwork over to Precision and we were able to continue our 2nd daughters care. They welcomed us with open arms from day 1 of my just calling them. Our experience was absolutely flawless here. The appointments are always super quick and efficent. Highly recommend

I took both my kids to Precision Orthodontics. My oldest in Boardman and youngest in Salem. The staff in Salem was super great and extremely helpful with any questions or concerns I have or had. The office receptionist Megan was very friendly and kind. I will continue to refer to their office.

I highly recommend Precision orthodontics in Salem!! Their staff was always so polite and friendly. Even more, whenever I called in with questions they were always happy to answer. Not only was their staff wonderful but so was the work Dr Simpson did on my teeth. I encourage anyone to give them a try!

My son had what I thought was a difficult case. He had two teeth in the front that were not going to come in which left two spaces on both sides of his front teeth. I felt so bad for him. Now though he has a beautiful smile thanks to Precision Orthodontics. Im really happy with his results! The staff there is great. Very nice. We had no insurance so they were great about working out a payment plan with us.

If your looking for the best in the business then you are at the right place..On top of an excellent caring staff that is the absolute best in the area they are all very professional and made sure my girls who were both very sceptical & nervous they made sure they were comfortable and smiling from the very moment they walked in..then on top of being a top of the line family first environment they willfully worked above & beyond with me when insurance wouldnt cover either of my daughters braces so we worked together and made it happen!

Precision Ortho is always pleasant to visit. Always in & out in a timely manner. Staff is all friendly and great to work with. They make treatment fun with the token system. Dr. Simpson is great and easy to understand. I wouldn’t go anywhere else they are definitely a 5 star facility.

They treated my daughter really well

Was treated very rudely after being 12 mins late for my sons appointment today. I had treatment when it was Dr. BAILEYS (when it was much better in my opinionthen my oldest child was in treatment and now my middle child is in treatment and I cant wait until he is finished. I will no longer be referring any of my customers or friends to them. And when it is time for my youngest to get braces I will not be coming there. We drive 45 mins and unfortunately today we woke up to our pet passing away then got slowed down in construction. But I didnt feel i needed to explain myself after being treated so rudely.

Their parking lot is horrible it needs to have some cavities filled I hope they dont neglect their patients mouths the way they do their parking lot

Everyone here is friendly and kind. They have treated my family well. They are very patient and will take the time to answer any questions that you have.The office is located in a little plaza behind the Rite Aid. The parking lot is small. Be sure to call or check the website for office hours as they are not open everyday of the week because of the multiple locations.
