The HONEST truth:Used-car dealerships put as little money as they can into fixing their cars before they resell. Thats just a fact of life. So I went into buying a car knowing there would be undisclosed issues. However, these guys go the extra mile to not be liable for anything.PROS:I would rate the salesman (I think his name is David?4-5 stars. He is friendly and non-confrontational.If you get a vehicle w/o too many problems, their prices are fair.CONS:They are purposefully evasive about details. They ride the "buy as-is" mantra to death.They told me they had "fixed" the a/c on the car I bought. I specifically asked if they just put some Freon in a leaking system, or if they truly fixed something. They said they didnt know the details, but they had "fixed" it. Surprise, surprise, a/c started blowing warm air a month after I bought it. I would have preferred if they were honest and just told me up front that it had a leak and they recharged it.The check-engine light came on after driving a few dozen miles. Again, surprise, surprise, the code reads it needs a new catalytic converter. Ouch.There were another couple problems I had to fix (oil leaks, put new tires one, etc.), so again, not a big deal if they were honest and worked a little more with me on price. As it is, I feel like they were "purposefully ignorant" just so they could stick by their "as is" mantra.Final thoughts: I asked the salesman (David?SPECIFICALLY, if I have problems with the A/C or oil leaks in a month, can I bring it back here and PAY your mechanic to do the repairs? He said, no, theyre not in the car repair business, they are in the business of selling cars. So I think the company responses here regarding complaints of "We wish you would have let us know about the problems and we could have helped get the repairs done as inexpensively as possible!!" are a bunch of BS.Bottom line: you really roll the dice with a used car purchase. Buying from these guys might be no worse than buying FSBO, but as a dealership, I would think they should be a little more forthright in their selling practices.Good luck out there to us poor folk who cant buy or lease new!!

Great mechanics fair prices nice cars variety to choose from

I have been trying to contact someone at this dealership for three days now. We went on a Monday during their business hours to see if we could test drive a car and there was no one to be found any where. I finally found a guy who works in their detailing shop who said it was by appt only.Ok, I called several times Monday, Tuesday and now Wednesday, nobody picks up - voice message every time saying that their staff is out on the lot helping others - that is a lie. I called when I was at the lot and there wasnt anyone to be found!I even sent texts and no reply. I wouldnt want to purchase a car from here. They dont appear that they want to sell cars or support clients.

DO NOT BUY HERESave your money and go somewhere else. We bought a car here in May and had to replace the engine on it within 6 weeks.Premier Auto told us we bought it as is and there was nothing they would do to help.Trusting them was an expensive mistake.

I purchased a family vehicle from Premier a few months back. I loaded all my family in and took it on a long trip for a week. No issues and felt safe all along the way. They offered a fair price and have even checked up on me to be sure that I have been pleased with the vehicle, which I have.

I love this business. Talk about hard-working people who work here coming not to mention the owner.Thank you!

I bought a car from here a few weeks ago. Within a week, after not driving the car for a few days, the battery died. I did not see any date on the battery so I replaced it thinking that would resolve the issue. The car was fine until I did not drive it again for a few days, and the new battery drained. I took the car back to them they looked it over and said everything looks normal and there is nothing else that can be done... Im sure that they new about this issue but did not disclose it upon selling the car... Consumer beware, if you buy a car from this place you may get a lemon.

Purchase a car just about a month and a half ago. We asked questions regarding to the car and even took to the Jeffy Lube as they told us once we purchased. The owner mentioned the car is in good condition and should at least last a year or two; therefore, doesn’t really need the warranty if we don’t want to. However, the entire motor broke down while I was driving on the freeway. They won’t really do anything because it is sold as it is. I checked with experienced mechanic and they said the motor was bad to start with… just think carefully before you purchase from it. Thanks

Amazing experience buying a car! My wife and I have been looking at cars for two years and have only found cars in poor condition (for our budgetor gotten poor customer service. Premier Auto excels at both inventory and customer service! We were promised a car in good mechanical condition, they let us take it in for a pre-purchase inspection, and everything checked out except for needing new tires. We negotiated a little on price, and after buying the car they said “we’ll call you next week and put some new tires on for you.” True to their word, they just put four new tires on at no charge this morning! Great people work here and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Sold me a “clean title” only to find out a year later that it’s been in a front end collision (radiator and compressor bowed). I paid clean title price too. Pretty suspicious if you ask me. This is a SUPER dangerous “mistake” if it was one. Luckily I haven’t had too much trouble with my car, but buyer beware

My daughter just purchased her first car from Premier Auto. Although the 5K price is insignificant to some, it took her a great deal of time and effort to accumulate. On the way home (15 miles), a check engine light and tire pressure warning came on. She became scared and parked the car until I arrived home. The following day we had the codes checked. The engine has multiple problems and the mechanic checking the error said the codes had been cleared by the dealership. This dealership is unscrupulous, willingly committed fraud, and should be avoided at all costs.

Do not go here!!! I went car shopping here last Monday, the only car salesman there (I forgot his name but he was a young Spanish maleseemed like a nice guy but also very uninterested in helping me find the right car. I test drove 2 cars that day and decided I wanted to fill out an application for one of those vehicles. As I was filling out the app, he was yawning and was more engaged with his cell phone. After filling out my application (which was around noon), he told me if I didn’t hear back from him that day, that I would for sure get a call the next day. Fast forward to today (a wk laterI still haven’t received a call back from him or anyone from Premier Auto. I even made an effort to call them a few days later and left my number with whoever answered their main line bc apparently their salesperson was on another call at that time.Overall, I had such a bad experience at Premier Auto! Save your money and time and do not go here to purchase a vehicle!

Someone with this company’s name and website on their car was driving illegally and extremely recklessly at Target today, nearly hitting a family of 4 crossing the crosswalk while the car was driving on the opposite side of the road. Afterwards the three inside the car got out and were laughing and smiling to each other. I was appalled by this awful behavior that when I noticed the company sticker on the car, I knew I had to inform everyone about this. If they can’t even drive legally and safely, than what leaves me to believe their company is any better?

These guys are scam artists they fix their vehicles just well enough for you to drive it off the lot. Thats when the problems start. Please heed my warning and steer clear of this place Troy the apparent owner is the definition of untrustworthy and their salesman Sergio is your typical sleezeball car dalesman. If you want to spend extra money on repairs after buying a vehicle this is the place!!!!!!! This ppace should be shut down!

Two stars for a friendly staff. Low rating because I was told that that van I bought had a new starter. Two hours after buying it wouldnt start for 30 minutes. Today I was stranded for 2hrs because it wasnt starting again. Just a single click sound when trying to start it. When a mechanic was finally able to come and help he told me that the starter was not new and that he could see where someone had been tapping on the starter to get it to work. Premier Auto still asserts that the starter is new. If you choose to buy a vehicle here I would definitely take it to 3rd party mechanic to get it checked out. Wish I had.

I love these guys Troy and Warren were life savors they heard my story and helped me get a car that fit what i needed and in my price range and they helped me learn about how to find parts needed to make this cute used car into my best car. I appreciate them so much for helping me and helping me be all the wiser! Thank you I love this business!

Staff was friendly apon arriving so I give 3 stars for that. BUT if your traveling a good distance to see a vehicle make sure you call them and ask if the car is actually ready to be sold! I had seen a car post for sale by them online and messaged them to see if it was available I was told it is available. Apon arriving we told them the car we was there for and was told right away that they cant sell it till the breaks are fixed. I told them we just drove 2 hrs for that car and all I got was a sorry (Glad for the honesty for the breaks I guessbut I should of been told over the message that it was there but couldnt be sold yet. And it definitely shouldnt be online yet. This left us in a big bind rushing to find a car just like it elsewhere luckly we found one for a bit better deal 5 mins away.

I bought a vehicle that I drove home and once I got there and went out to make new keys the check engine light came on along with some other lights. I then found out that the Error Codes had been reset that morning. After taking it to the Dealer they said it needed a new transmission. I paid top price for this and am feeling very taken advantage of. They are also not being helpful on their side. At this point I would suggest you buy somewhere else.Update:I decided to upload a screenshot of the ad for the vehicle showing they claimed "It runs and drives great." I have just heard back from the transmission shop and it is a full rebuild. The failure was present before I bought it and it further proves they have engaged in some shady practices.

We bought a Prius from this dealership. Our mistake was not taking it to a mechanic, due to our immediate need for a second car. We judged the sales rep to be honest and transparent (perhaps our second mistake, due to the unfortunate reputation of car salespeople). The biggest concern we had, from our research on Prius maintenance, was whether or not it would need a new electric battery; the most costly item of maintenance for a Prius. After talking with the sales rep about the state of the battery in the specific Prius that we ended up buying, we felt reassured by his promise that the battery could go at least another 50k. Within a couple of weeks of the purchase, the dashboard lit up, and among other problems, we needed a new electric battery. My husband contacted them hoping they could in some way compensate us for such a costly repair after such a short time, but did not even get a response. I have also called twice, with no one even willing to talk to me. Unfortunately, it looks like there are other problems with the car. I believe we overpaid, and customer service post purchase seems to be non-existent. I would not recommend this dealership.

Be leery if you find yourself here. I purchased a car here in spite of my better judgement. While I was test driving the car my wife waited with my daughter at the dealership. During that brief <10 min period I was gone a disgruntled customer came in and accused them of selling him a car with a bad motor. Which ultimately ended with them all screaming at one another in the lobby in front of my wife and 2 year old daughter.I secured funding through my local credit union and was able to purchase the car. My experience with the used car is good so far unlike the other customer that paid them a visit, no mechanical issues thus far. I will say, however, they told me the oil had been changed. They in fact did not change the oil, unless they have dealership filters at their disposal and can explain why the oil was black and not your typical amber color you’d see after an oil change.Fast forward 47 days and I still don’t have my license plates from the state. I called them 7 days before my temp permit was as to expire and they informed me they just got the title in and would file the paperwork with the state. It’s now 2 days past my temp permit deadline and after calling the state of Utah, they show no record of anything filed with the state to get me my plates.I’m told (againthey are sending the paperwork off to the state. So we’ll see how it shakes out.Like I said, be leery. I should have trusted my gut.

Recently I have been in pursuit of a car and i have come here a few times to check out their inventory and each time I have experienced the same great customer service. They arent pushy and I can tell they care about their customers. They are honest and do their best to help according to your specific individual needs. I absolutely recommend this private dealer!

Very dishonest. Car was advertised “new tires” and I had to replace all 4 within a month of buying. Battery barely got me home, didn’t hold a charge, and I had to put a few thousand into repairs within the time it would’ve taken me to find a better dealership. There was a lot claimed to be in perfect working order, which simply wasn’t true. It’s not my job to know everything about cars, but this dealership definitely isn’t one I’d trust to do business with. Once I was off the lot and having issues they did nothing to help or make it right.

I was helping a friend look for a very specific car to get on the same day. We found one at Premier Auto. It had been detailed and was sale ready not something usually seen in the sub 5000 dollar car market. the sales staff were outstanding. Putting my friends mind at ease and not trying to hide anything. They made sure the car was completely to her liking. Sergio was outstanding as a salesman and was ready to do everything that was asked of him. We could not of been more please with the service and the people here. A great car buying experience

Horrible experience! Really thought we could trust them because Sergio was so great to work with. They told us it had a clean title but didn’t tell us that the car had 6 previous owners until we had already signed the papers When they say AS IS they are not kidding!! They bought the car at the auction but they don’t back up the cars they sell so WATCH OUT!! The car died the first week! I called several times to see if they would help us and got put in the IGNORE file. After putting $1000 into a $7000 car the mechanic still can’t figure out what is wrong. Premiere wouldn’t even help us get into a different car. We DO NOT RECOMMEND you buy a car here!! We have to eat the loss and try to find our son another car through a different dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!

Had a great experience with Sergio buying my car at Premier auto. He showed me a few different cars that I was interested in and he was never pushy. The whole experience purchasing a car from this dealership was the best. Sergio, the salesperson, was very informative, kind, willing and had a great customer service personality. The process of test driving, conversing and actually buying the car was very satisfactory.

I was able to get a car that fit my family in the price range I needed. I HIGHLY recommend you work with Sergio. I had quite the run around trying to get things worked out with another employee that no longer works there, but Sergio resolved my issue in a quick manner when it came to my car purchase.

Buying our car here was such a great experience! I called the day before we went and Max was so kind on the phone so I knew we had to check out Premier Auto. Max helped us and he was great. We are from Wyoming and they were very accommodating in helping us and treating us like local customers. The car was really clean and in great shape. It may not be the fanciest looking lot, but these guys are legit. If you need a clean cheap reliable car, go to premier auto!

We got a 2011 Jetta from Premier Auto. The service here is genuine, not pushy or awkward. We felt welcome and were able to get the car quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend others buy from here and if we ever need another car, plan to check out Premier Auto first.

Overall, a pretty good experience. I was able to get a pretty new car really quickly at a decent price. I’ve only put about 1,000 miles on the car, but I haven’t had any problems with it so far.However, please know that they may offer you to leave a review in exchange for $100 off the price of your car. This makes me doubt the complete validity of some of these reviews and wonder if some of them are the result of people feeling obligated to leave 5 stars because they received a discount. Not to say that the reviews aren’t authentic, but it’s definitely something I’d like to have been wary of and known beforehand.The only other thing is that it took forever to get my plates and registration (6+ weeks). Not sure if that’s because of Premier or the DMV, but it was frustrating.

I previously had reviewed this place 5 stars, because that is how they said they would fill up the tank for the car I bought.The car we bought is okay overall, but if you’re going to buy from them, make sure you check EVERYTHING with a professional mechanic. Here is a list of parts we have had issues with within the first day to a couple of months:Windshield wipersRear brake lightsHeadlightsA few scratches that were not noticeable until we washed the car. Seems like they kept it a little dusty on purpose.There dealer doc fee is so high and they keep the posting about it behind a plant by one of the desk.I’m not saying don’t buy from them, but expect to spend an additional 100$ or so in replacing defective parts.

Sam and Chris are great people to work with. Gave us a nice car at a good price! They were understanding of our concerns and didn’t pressure us into anything. A lot of places made us feel like they just wanted our money, here we felt like they wanted to us actually be happy with our purchase. Highly recommend!

Great customer service! The signing process was quick and straight forward, and it was an excellent experience. Max was a great help throughout the whole process, as this was my first car loan so I needed some extra help, and it was certainly obtained! I will certainly shop here in the future for another vehicle.

Will was very helpful and trustworthy. He is excellent and honest. I was a little wary of the dealership itself considering some of the bad reviews, but after inspecting the vehicle and running a carfax, felt very happy about buying my car. Their price was just and fair. I am very happy to own my car. Overall, I would recommend this place. I didn’t feel pressured nor do I feel scammed. They let me test drive it three times over the course of a couple days.

These guys are so nice. We worked a lot with Edgar and Max and they were so helpful! We bought two cars from them. Each time they stayed late after the store had closed to help us with anything we needed. They do not over price on cars or on documentation fees. It was a great experience. I have been to other dealers and felt pushed into buying a car they wanted to get rid of. Premier was very helpful and relaxed. They gave me several options for my budget. I picked a car I fell in love with. They said I could use their resources for anything if I was in need. Great deals leave quick. Check their inventory often. I had a great experience with Premier Auto. Edgar and Sergio were very kind and helpful in hooking me up with a great Toyota Prius. They were not pushy, but rather answered all of my questions and allowed me to make a decision if/when I wanted. It was a much less stressful experience than buying at a large dealership with people just trying to make a quota. They also told me that if there happens to be any unforeseen problems in the near future that they will help me find a great deal to get it taken care of. I would definitely recommend them for a reasonable price on a solid used car.
