Pretty Nails in Sussex County

These people are not good to black people at all. The lady (owneris very unfriendly. I thought it was just me, but I observed this done to every black customer that walks in when I go there. They do rush jobs and are very curt with black customers! We need more good black businesses here because these people don’t really want to service us or want our money!

They used to be nicer here. I felt very rushed my last time here and made to feel an inconvenience just for showing up asking for a basic manicure, nothing special. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

They are not friendly. The lady only asked me what I wanted and then said nothing else to me. She has snip me twice and gave no apology. Will not return poor service. Then attempt to charger the wrong price.

Very unprofessional and bad customer service. Scheduled and eyelash appointment on Monday for a Saturday get there Saturday for my appointment and she tells me the eye lash lady not there she hurt her leg come back on Monday. Didn’t call ahead of time and let me know. Mind you I drove half hour to get there.

I am so displeased with these people. My daughter and I had a fun day planned and stopped in for Manis and pedis our eyebrows the whole nine. Well we had to go back because the polish took an hour to dry .. they tried to keep us there for another 30 mins for it to be under the dryer.. my nails were looking as if my nieces did it( no shade familyI am not going back. They werent even busy it was just the two of us there.

All I can say is Philip youre the bomb!!!This will be my new to go nail palce... I had a bad experience at another nail salon and Philip fixed my nailsHe did his magic on my hands . People wasnt lying when they say go to Philip!!!🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Mrs. Lily is very good and prompt with time. I like the feet and leg short massage for much needed circulation in my legs.

Im sorry but I will not be returning to this place the guy that did my nails yesterday seemed like he was high on something couldnt stop moving eyes glassy 40 dollars for a bad job it looks like a 3 year old did my nails.

They try to get done quickly and not do the best job they charge alot of money to do nails but get made when you want it done right but Phill does his best to repair the mistakes I am just tired of having to fight about their mistakes

Loved it!! My BFF goes there all the time! I just got my first Gel Pedicure there and loved it! The employees are nice and do a wonderful job! Would definitely go again! Will definitely recommend!

I went and got a full set and pedicure today. I love how professional everyone was. They didnt make me feel like just another customer but they talked with me as I got my service there. The atmosphere was amazing there very comfortable and inviting. Im pleased to say I have found my new go to place.

They do Very good nails and feet but Im bout sick of them with the eyelash service in the last 2 weeks I got my eyelashes done three times the first time the lady that normally does them was not available. So someone else did them and they lasted 4 days then messed up I went back they fixed them for free and was told the lady mixed them with med and small thats why they messed up then they came off in a week I went back. The lady that normally does them did them now here it is 5 days later and I woke up with only 1 eyelash. Im not going to them anymore

I loved my pedicure, the lady was so detailed and friendly. This was the best pedicure I have ever received.

Went in today with an appointment at 5:30 PM and walked out at 6PM. Please let your customers know if you are running behind so that they can decide if they want to wait or come back,. Never will go there again. This is terrible customer service.

There was a guy who didn’t know at all what he was doing, this guy asked another guy to helped him with my nails!!!terrible work, it will be my first and my last time in here

I have been going here for years. When I get my pedis I get the deluxe package with gel polish its pricey but thats what I like. Every person in there is nice.

I had an appointment at 9:30. I sat there till 10 and I left. No one told me how long it was going to be. I make appointments for reason. Walk-ins should wait. So I went to perfect nails. No wait and excellent service.

Very friendly establishment. Enjoyed my first pedicure. $30 for a pedicure but it was worth every penny. Would definitely recommend!

IF YOU WANT TERRIBLE NAILS, TO BE OVERCHARGED, & TREATED TERRIBLY YOUVE PICKED THE SPOT!! My daughters had Manis and pedis done and they were overcharged, they look horrendous, my daughter was screamed at by the man doing her nails because he started cutting her nails short and that wasnt what she wanted. I called to speak to the manager and a man was put on the phone who acted like he couldnt hear me after a several min into the conversation.He said can you hear me now and hung up!!! Very rude!!! Dont try to resolve this now- you had your chance!! You are stuck with yet another bad review my friend!!

Took my lil girls (10&11to get their nails done for their junior prom. I asked the lady how much and she said $20 for both girls. When I went to go pay for my girls nails she said $80 for both. That was rediculous because they just got their nails painted with gel( no full set & pedicure)just painted!!!!! I will not be going back there no more!!!!

It was with out question the worst pedicure I ever had..The technician proceeded to work on my feet with out talking to me or checking my feet, at one point she started using a pumice stone, I felt a sharp pain and noticed blood in the water water... she was very apologetic and her excuse was that every one has callous in the area she was working on, but if she took the time, she would have see that was not the case for me . I felt that I have paid 30. 00 dollars to be tortured...

I enjoy the people. And my sister and I go every month and enjoy spending time with each other. The environment is very calming

Went in on my lunch break to get my nails done, waited for an hour while I watched 2 people get taken ahead of me, and when I said something, nothing was done. DO NOT GO HERE.Hav had bad experiences here before and tried to give it another chance. Dont waste your money.

So upset. I was literally only customer in building. Got a fill and gel polish. Solid color nothing fancy and I was very polite. Rushed job, burned my finger so bad it still hurts 2 days later. My nail polish looks so embarrassing and they messed my shape up so so bad and I didnt ask for any cut down at all... ugh so upset. Going in tomorrow to ask for refund. Wish me luck.. will never go back!!

Horrible will never go back , the lady was in a rush for no reason and cut my hand!! The polish job was trash was clumpy !! Never again

Took advantage of elderly lady...told lady would be $15 to do nails then charged her $30 for nails. When asked why charged so much more than $15 was told she had additional work done...nails were only one color and nothing special was completed. Furthermore, used same manicure tools on lady after me without sanitizing tools. Would not go back...would not recommend to anyone.
