They were very informative, however we chose a private sale and never used them.

I dont think any realtor will work for you quite like Tina will. She is really the best! So thankful to have her as a friend and someone to rely on. As first time home owners it was very nerve racking but she explained everything and made it so easy! Would highly recommend Tina to anyone looking to purchase a house

John Phillips has been my agent for apx 8 years now , quick to return calls , deal with any repair issues. Easy going down to earth but professional at getting things taken care of . Being a single lady it is refreshing to have kindness and a gentleman who is willing to make the calls and get things taken care of without adding any stress to my life .

If I could give half a star I would. Moving in was horrible. The place was not clean at all. Still smelled like smoke and dirt everywhere. Holes in the doors and screens. Promised to fix them an 3 months later still havent been fixed. When confronting the relater about the condition of the apartment was told "Sorry it is not up to your standards" If this is Tina Sherrys standards I will never rent/buy from her again. Deeply Dissatisfied. Do not go through her.
