Angelyn does a great job with nail art! They also work walk-ins in very efficiently while still focusing on appointment clients!

Ive came here many times before! I usually just get a set of acrylics but Ive done pedis, Manis and gel. never had a bad experience! my nails last 3-4 weeks every time and they also look exactly like the pictures. the people are super nice and work with you to get exactly what you want!

There are very few nail salons that leave me satisfied when I walk out, but I have never been disappointed when I go to Pro! I highly recommend them if you want a place that will meet your nail needs! Pro Nail is not only amazing at what they do but they are also affordable.

He started my nails and was very gentle with me then his wife finished them up and I love my nails 💅 they did an excellent job

This was my second visit to Pro Nails. I had knee replacement surgery 6 weeks ago. I came in for a pedicure and had Maria. She was wonderful. She was gentle with my leg but still did a great job on my toes and feet. I will be back for my next pedicure.

I went to get my nails done there and they told us to come back at 6 which we came back around 5:45 they were extremely rude and told us that they didnt know we were coming back so they had people take our spots...I wont be go back

Twice Ive been, both times I was pleased with my nails

i was told to come in at 6pm. i showed up at 5:45 they had me sit and wait until almost 6:30. than they started working on my nails there was only two people there at the time the man was extremely rude and talked to me rudely, and he kept getting up and walking away. not only that. but he glued the acrylic nails on my skin not my nails. it becomes around 7:10 and the women came over to finish up my nails. she started to go extremely fast and i was uncomfortable so i told them i would come back tomorrow to have them paint my nails. it’s been over six hours and my hands are still in pain. i’ve had my nails done for over 10 years and never been in this amount of pain. i can’t even sleep. will not be returning!!!

I went in on a limb because I was bored. Never been to this place and heard mixed reviews but I absolutely will visit again. There was only 2 working and there 7 of us waiting. They stayed open a little longer to get us all done and I am very pleased with how my nails turned out.

My daughter has had nothing but exceptional service here! The owners are so talented and friendly.

Pedicures are good but I have to always tell them not to cut my big toes down so far. Got dip powder last week. Only about 20 colors to choose from. Took an hour and a half! My nails are already chipping...and it was $43!! Nice staff but services are not worth the money.

I love this place. I brought two other friends with me to get our nails done for prom! They got us all done and the designs on our nails were absolutely amazing! Yes they took a little while but I brought in a big group and they wanted to make sure it was done right. I paid 52 dollars for my nails then I tipped 8 dollars. That is a fair price considering my other place made me pay 60 dollars for a design wayyy less than that. So I 110% recommend this place!

Everything was great! Maria does an awesome pedicure, OMGosh I was in heaven. The only reason for 4 stars is it really irks me when they start talking their native tongue. Its like secretly talking behind someones back.

I have been going here to get my nails done for years. John and Kelly are the best! Always leave very happy!

I was very pleased with my Pro Nails experience. Every one I was in contact with was friendly, attentive, and provided great service. My pedicure was so relaxing and my nails turned out beautiful!!! I definitely recommend and will return!

I walked in to have my nails fixed after getting them done at another salon. I was helped immediately. There was good communication about what I wanted and I was very happy with the outcome.

Worst Pedicure I have ever had. My friend and I went and her pedi started 10 minutes before mine and mine ended 10 minutes before hers did. It was rushed, barely used salt scrub, painted my toes before doing lotion massage, did one coat of polish. Just Horrible not to mention she kept getting up and leaving mid massage or polish. She was the owner too. I offered to pay half since it was a half a** job. She still charged me full price when I expressed that was the worst pedi EVER. I won’t be returning.

If you’re looking to be insulted and get the worst nail design ever then go here. They are rough when working on you and completely insulting. No point in scheduling an appointment because they don’t honor it AT ALL! Very rude and hard breaths while working on your nails. Overall horrible experience I have never in my life had that kind of customer service and then on top of that had a nail tech argue with me about what I asked for when I had exact pictures of what I wanted and proved what I asked for. So unprofessional I do not recommend this place at all. Oh and the kicker they still charged me and refused to fix it.

I used to come here before they told a woman not to bring her disabled child back because "they dont do people like her". But the other day the other local salon was too busy for me so I decided to stop in. I sat there for 40 minutes without being acknowledged. While sitting there looking at colors there was not enough options. I wont be returning!

I couldnt be happier with the service at Pro Nail. They got me in on short notice on a Saturday and didnt make me wait forever and my nails look so good! They werent overbooked like everyone else and the salon was clean and spacious and very nice. Ill be getting pampered more often since finding Pro Nail. The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to as well. I cant say enough great things about Pro Nail. Highly recommend!!@

Im sure I have already posted, but seems the bad reviews dont get published. I went in for a fill, was told I need a new full set. After an hour and 45 minutes of pure torture, I had to put a stop after they finally got my old acrylic off. Then Jon had the balls to tell me, v Im glad you didnt want a full set, Im tired and we work hard everyday. This place should be closed down!!!!

After I became a returning client my service and product was very good! I love my nails when I leave there. I have enjoyed many pedicures since I first started going there. My first visit they shaved off too much from the bottom of my foot and it was raw. I had a blister from walking for days after. My second visit really increased my appreciating for nail art. 4 weeks now with no nail problems.

Im in Indiana visiting family so Ive only been here twice. But both times Ive been more than satisfied. Clean establishment, friendly staff, and great prices. Home in Delaware I pay $38 for a refill and gel polish and here its 28. $10? Yes please.

I made an appointment for a friend and I for today. We arrived at the salon and there was only one man working. There was a woman in one station and another that walked in and was seated. I was seated at a station and was asked to remove my own nail polish by dipping my fingers into the nail polish remover jar. When he took the lid off, the sponge was totally destroyed and the Polish remover was a curious black and red. I promptly refused to put my fingers into that mess. He then brought me some cotton and was going to give me a bottle of acetone when I asked him if he was the only one working. He said to me, "yes I am the only one." He then asked me if that would be a problem. I told him yes, It would be a problem because there were 4 of us there that needed attention and I was not about to sit there as he bounced between myself and 3 other people trying to take care of us. He then suggested that I should come back another time. My friend and I left. You dont run a business.like this. And you certainly dont take appointments and expect people to sit there while you play round robin trying to take care of multiple people. I will never go back!

I love and adore going to Pro Nails. John, Kelly and the girls are just amazing. Kelly has never told me she can’t do any of the crazy things I come up with for my nails and I always get complements on my nails wherever I go. Yes there are days where you do wait but to me the pros out weigh anything else. I’d rather wait and have my nails done right than be pushed out the door and made to feel like another number. You definitely don’t get that here. They are a family run business who takes pride in their customers and in the work that they do. I have went other places at times to get my nails done and it’s never as good as what John,Kelly and the girls do.

I always get in quickly, theyre friendly and I always end up laughing at some point. The other customers are usually really fun and lively as well. About an hour tops is my typical visit time for a full set / fill. I do recommend calling in first to get an "appointment", just to cut down on potential wait time.

Great professional nail care at reasonable prices. Very conscious of your comfort. Every care for cleaniless. Wonderful staff. Who wouldnt want a pedicure with massage chairs for your back and neck and leg and feet massages by the staff. I drive 40 miles because of how much I love Pro Nails.

Unfortunately my first experience didnt even get to be a true experience. I went in over my lunch hour on a Monday afternoon at 1:40pm. I was told 10 minutes as I waited in the reception entry. Started to look around concerned that I was forgotten about, 10 minutes later. The lady came over took me to a pedicure chair and turned the water on and told me that they would be right with me. The gentleman then came over shut the water off and turned the jets on and walked away. 25 minutes later I looked at my watch and needed to be back to work in 15 minutes still without any service. I got up, dried my feet off and told them I was sorry that I couldnt wait any longer that I was told 10 minutes, and by that time I had waited at least 35 minutes. The lady said, "Ill be right with you," and I politely said, "No, I dont time. I need to be back at work in 15 minutes and dont have time to wait any longer." On my way out I realized that there were only 2 employees doing services on 4 other people at the same time. This not only is a concern of service for others, but may very well be a sanitary issue working on multiple people back and forth at the same time. I dont have expectations that are hard to meet, but I will NOT be returning after this experience.

Ive been going here for years and this place has gone downhill. No matter the nice paint job they still have cockroaches running around. When you point them out to the nail ladies they say theyre too scared to kill it! Seriously?!They have stopped caring about doing a good job and cut corners everytime. For example, instead of cutting your nails short they barely do a trim and they never clean the nails properly. Instead they do a shoddy job of cutting your nails irregular sizes. They make your toe nails appear skinny ontop because they cant get all the dead skin on the side of the nail. Isnt this basic service and knowledge? They really need to get their act together.

I will never go to any other place but here. They are the best place in the 260 area to get your nails done. Plus the owners are the nicest people Ive ever met.

Everyone was great, super friendly, made it a wonderful experience. Until came time to pay. Why is it that everyone constantly tries to screw you into paying more?! I dont appreciate a lackluster shellac pedicure to cost me over $40. They decided to give me the highest costing pedi after I specifically said I only wanted the basic. Got the bare basic treatment, with high $$ cost. Not cool. Not to mention the next day it began chipping due to her not removing the excess from on my skin. Steer clear.

Im sitting here now and these people are very unprofessional. After putting on the tips the guy proceeded to cut them down with a regular pair of scissors. I asked them to stop before putting on acrylic and take off what they had already done and the lady got up and walked away from me after being very rude. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I surely will never be back.

Love both of the owners very much and they make me feel at home every time Im there, and with my nails I can never complain, come out the way I want almost 99.9% of the time! Highly recommend!

Went in for a Pedicure. Was not scheduled ahead of time and they got the both of us in right away as there were not a lot of people in at the time. Nice setup as they have the shop setup with different areas so it isnt one large open area. I was disappointed that no clear polish was offered after the pedicure was done, even though I came in with clear polish on toes. Everywhere else I have gone has always asked, at least.

Horrible. I got a shellac done and the lady didnt cut my cuticles or anything, just started painting them right away. Took her less than ten minutes to do my nails and they lasted for four days (which typically a shellac last around two weeks for me). Will not being going there again.

Made a reservation for a group of girls to get manicures and pedicures before my sisters wedding this weekend. Spoke at length with the owner about a good time for all of us to come while being respectful of the girls time. Eventually decided on 4:30pm-7:30pm with the owner encouraging me to have girls stagger their arrivals. The next day, 3 of us arrived around 5:45 pm and were told they accepted a lot of walkins because they thought we werent coming. We sat and waited for 45 minutes while waiting and eventually decided we could take our business somewhere else and be treated with more respect. Will not be frequenting this business again.
