ProCare Collision - San Antonio in Bexar County

I got work done there on my car after an accident that occurred in July 2021 the work took longer than expected due to parts being back ordered which was not their fault and I completely understood I picked up the car 8/13/21 and was told everything that is needed to for the car to run has been taken care of but that there was two parts that were cosmetic only still on back order that they were waiting to come in but because those parts did not affect the ability to drive the car they would just call me to let me know when those parts arrived and I could come back for them I was in a rental which at this point was no longer going to be covered because my car was now running so I agreed it is now August 2022 I never heard from them I have made multiple attempts to call and check on the parts and am always told Stephanie will call me back however I’m never called back the parts were paid for yet never received by me and there’s not communication as to whether or not they are still back ordered

DONT EVEN TRY WASTE OF TIME THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I WENT THER TO GET MY ESTIMATE DONE THROUGH PROGRESSIVE ONE PERSON NAME JAVI TOOK PICS AND TOLD ME THAT ALL YOU CAN GO WE WILL CALL U WITH ESTIMATE AND WHEN CAR CAN BE REPAIRED. 3 DAYS AFTER NO CALL NOTHING WHEN I CALLED THEM 3 TIMES JAVI IS TOO BUSY TO COME ON PHONE AND PERSON WHO DOES ESTIMATE HE IS NOT IN THE OFFICE. I AM TAKING MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE ATLEAST THEY GIVE U HONEST ANSWERS.

I took my car in for repair and they did a phenomenal job, hope I can use them in the future.

All I have to say is make sure you take a picture of your ODO and gas before dropping it off.. they just left me enough gas to get home and they moved my belongings from the back seat to the trunk because they supposedly vacuum" the car, there was no work being done to the inside btw. Shocker.. they didnt "vacuum" it and there was absolutely no reason for that to have happened.The people in there are nice though.

Recently had my car repaired at the West Ave location. My estimator Stephanie was great and ally helped with the process. Very satisfied with the work done.

Drew fit us in eventhough they were booked for the next 2 weeks. My car should be ready next week. Everyone from the Secretary to the service guys were professional and made you feel at home.

Stephanie was very helpful and professional. She deserves a raise. Very sweet person. Great costumer service.

I had scheduled an appointment for body and paint work with Pro Care but decided to go with dealership instead. I called to cancel my appointment with Pro Care and a person by the name of Amberly answered when I told her I wanted to cancel appointment she said "ok, I cancelled it." I told her, "how could you have cancelled it if you didnt even ask my name!!!" Im so glad I decided not to do business with them!

Mechanic and body work was beautifully done . The office employees are extremely professional.The reason for the one star is someone took the car for a joy ride using a significant amount of fuel as well as VOMITING IN THE CAR and down the paneling and window.A semi attempt was made to clean it but honestly it was so extremely violating..completely over shadowed the work done.Stephanie was kind enough to send a mobile cleaner out and he fixed up the car extremely well. You decide what you will with this experience. Thank you Stephanie and thank you mechanic who did flawless body work.

A nice clean place. Service writer Drew friendly, but I had to call for updates stating that he called but the number might have been wrong. Other than that an overall good experience. Car was washed and ready when I arrived, now thats a plus.

My work was not finished and not done in a reasonable amount of time. They had my car last time for 2 months. And they couldn’t tell me what was going on with my car unless that one special person was in the office, which was usually not the case. Hard pass on going back here.

Stephanie and Drew were both very helpful. Stephanie did a great job communicating with me and providing timely updates, which were a relief. I was also pleased with everyone else who helped me whenever I called and visited, a professional friendly staff all around. I was pleased with the communication, the timeliness, professionalism and quality of work, and I highly recommend this shop to everyone. Keep up the good work!

DO NOT GO HERE! My car was hit from behind which knocked the bumper off. Not too bad I thought, well apparently its worth $13,000 which is also $4,000 more than the original quote they gave me. My car was also there over two weeks extra then what I was originally told and guess what, the lovely people at procare collision dont feel a need to call and tell you anything. I called every single time but once to find out what was going on with my car. Now that I have my car back I have noticed so many issues. Items missing from the inside of my car, scratches that was not there before on both the inside and outside of the car, they Scuffed my rim, the reverse camera is off center so bad that it is useless. Point is, after this awful experience I would never recommend or trust Procare Collision again!

AMM Collision is the place to go to if you want great service! They are willing to work with the customer to make sure the job is done right and satisfaction guaranteed! They put the customer back in customer service! I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else!

I took my 08 tundra to amm collision on West Avenue for repairs because they were part of the network that my insurance progressive works with and recommended. they did outstanding work repairing my truck. the customer service was excellent and quality of repair exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who has been involved in a car accident and needs somewhere credible to take their vehicle for repairs. this is a shop you can trust and rely on!!!! thank you Mr. Pease and Mr. Guillen for all your help!!!

Outstanding business center!! They handled my State Farm claim and were very professional and friendly! Best part is they kept calling me with updates on my vehicle! Turned out fantastic and looks like brand new!! Highly recommend these guys and will use them in the future if I have to!!

Jim at AMM Collision is the BEST!My wife’s Honda Pilot was in an accident and the passenger front quarter panel was damaged along with the headlight and hub cap. Jim searched high and low to find a matching hub cap with no luck. He found one that was almost identical but rather than replacing just one, he replaced ALL FOUR so they would match.Several weeks later, we were having the tires rotated and the technician noticed that the passenger front wheel was bent. Obviously, the insurance adjuster hadn’t noticed the damage so I brought it back to AMM. Jim didn’t hesitate to order a new wheel and even took the Pilot to the tire shop to ensure that there was no uneven wear on that tire.My wife’s mother passed away yesterday, so she she was out of town with the kids. Jim not only shuttled me to work this morning while the Pilot was being repaired, but he delivered it back to me an hour before I was off. He also had another AMM employee pick him up so I didn’t have to drive him back to the shop.I would expect this kind of “white glove” service from a luxury car dealership, not from a collision repair shop.Thank you Jim, for going above and beyond!

I am 100% pleased with the both the customer service and repairs that I have received from AMM Collision. Veronica and Jim and everyone I have interacted with has been super helpful, informative, and are just all around great people. Ive used them twice and will definitely go back again if i need to. (Though, I hope i dont need to anytime soon. No whammys!)

Great service always had call every week to know status of my SUV. They even took care of rental for me . Highly recommended them.

Office kept me up to date on all repairs to my car. When I picked up my car, Jim went over all repairs completed and warranty information. Super nice office and staff. My car looks amazing. Talk about smooth, everything is handled fast friendly. Staff is super nice. No stressing. My accident happened Monday, Tuesday they had me in a rental and Thursday my car was repaired. Wish every company was like this.😀

Had my sons car fixed here. They were very efficient in many ways, from staying in communication with us to the repair being done in a very timely manner. The car was done when they said it would be. That rarely happens these days with any kind of company. In addition, the quality of their work was excellent and everyone that we encountered there was very professional and very friendly. When you first walk in, the lady that greets you and first assists you is super friendly and very helpful. Jim was excellent to work with. Highly recommend AMM Collision.

AMM Collision came to my rescue when my insurance failed to repair my car after a hit and run where a rig crashed into and uprooted a tree that landed on my car while I was stopped at a traffic signal. My soft-top convertible began leaking. Jim worked with me to find a solution to repair my convertible top at the lowest cost. I greatly appreciate that they tried to find a reasonable solution without price-gouging me when I was in a tough spot. Also, I was able to pay by credit card while I was out of town and they emailed me the receipt. Everyone is very friendly and professional.

Today I left incredibly satisfied from my second visit to AMM Collision. My first visit was as a Geico customer, and this visit was as someone hit by a progressive customer. In both situations, dropping and picking up my vehicles was effortless. Their association with a nearby car rental company makes getting and leaving your rental a breeze. Their work is top notch and my vehicle looked perfect when the repairs were complete--a day early! The staff were very kind and accommodating to the fact that I could not be contacted via phone during my repairs. Very highly recommend!

These folks are great. They do excellent work, fast and at a very reasonable price. This time, it was to apply a hood stone guard on a brand new car. Any botch would have stood out. They attached it correctly in under :15 minutes. Excellent. Ive had other work done by these folks, and they got it right every time. If I need car body work, this is where Im going. I highly recommend them with confidence.

Was told two years ago they would take care of my car door for the life of the car under my ownership. Went back two years later and the General Manager said, "thats right. We will honor what they told you." My car door window was repaired and everything worked great. Integrity!

Dropped my car off for a small repair. Service was excellent from the moment I walked in. Veronica welcomed me with a beautiful smile and friendly service. Sean was kind and professional. I was shocked when they called to tell me my car was ready so fast! and they even washed it for me! Great service, I will definitely be back when I need to and refer friends and family.

My 2018 Silverado truck’s bumper was damaged in a hot and run. I was expecting them to take days but they were finished the same day and they even washed and armor-all-ed the tires, and vacuumed the inside! You can’t even tell it was ever in a accident. Good job to Erica and John.

I took my Tuscany conversion Chevrolet to them to get the bed cover replaced and some rock chips on the hood and bumper fixed. They did a great job. They even found the same bedcover i had which was very hard to find. Erica was the one who I spoke with most. She was awesome. She kept me updated on everything that was going on. The best service Ive ever had.Thanks Erica💯💯💯💯💯 John was my Geico adjuster. He got the job done as well. It was a plus that hes onsite. If I ever need anything done to my truck this is where Ill be taking it

I can not say enough about Bryan he was so amazing!! He was always pushing to get my car done knowing our insurance did not cover rental. Amm deals directly with the insurance companies for financing, so I didn’t have to hassle between the two in order to get my car fixed. Genesis was great with keeping me in touch with how my car was doing in the shop, and he was so nice and caring every time I asked him about my car. I’d definitely recommend this shop

Nice and efficient body shop, the work they did on my vehicle is very good. Was easy to get to, hours are good, and had shuttle service to get us home and back to the service center when the repair was done.

Good service and quality work. Intake process takes a while, but everyone is very pleasant. Has a convenient rental car counter inside. They also have complimentary Keurig coffee and bottled water for customers. Work was done a day earlier than expected. However they didnt call until just before closing on Friday, so my vehicle still stayed in the shop all weekend. Quality of work done was good.

Stay away from this place. They do more damage then good. Took 3 1/2 days to fix a dent in door, never heard from them the whole time, pick up truck and my windows damaged. They also didnt fix scratch across side of truck. Still waiting after 2 weeks for window to be repaired. Was supposed to be fixed today and guy never showed up. Very unreliable company.

Responsive quick service. Had my car ready in tone for my trip, so I didnt have to wait an extra week. Body work looks great and they identified and fixed issue from a previous repair.

Great customer service! It only took a week for my vehicle to be repaired. Its a one stop shop..fully equipped with insurance adjusters, repair team and Enterprise rental reps! I recommend AMM to anyone in need of car body repairs!

Car was with them for over a month. The story is that the replacement part took a while to ship, but they had it long enough for it to have been wheelbarrow-ed in from China.They had my car so long that the registration expired.I had to buy a new battery 2 days after I got it back because the old one sat, unused, for so long.Repairs were not completed fully. Been waiting 3 weeks for them to resolve another issue with a piece of the bumper they did not replace. I will definitely not be going back until they have the part on-hand.I wish I had checked the google reviews before entrusting my vehicle to this body shop.

I couldnt possibly be more pleased with the repairs and the best example of customer service I have ever seen with a collision repair center. Everyone at the West Avenue center know why they are there and they performed their duties like they were interviewing for a job. Professionalism at its finest starting with the receptionist to the repair coordinator to the rental agent to the technician that did the repairs. This place is terrible. Worst experience Ive ever had with an auto body shop. I am in customer service myself in the way that Ive been treated over there is totally unacceptable. First quotes was 8 days not my car has been there for 62. Ive had to repaint the car 3 times. They broke the molding on my car and charge the insurance company for it. I went in to check my car after a month of it being there and it was totally stripped doors off Windows Out and sitting in the weather. I felt my seats they were wet. Not recommend this place to anyone even my worst enemy. I chose this place and do too they had everything there and was told that they communicate together. That was a lie the only reason why I give them one star its because you have to give them a star I should be able to give them a negative rating like 10 - Stars so my recommendation save your money save your time and save your insanity and bring it somewhere else

I took my vehicle in to get some hail damage repaired and my vehicle came back with scratches all over. Over all the work done was pretty sloppy. The representative that assisted me assured me that my vehicle would be ready within 2-3 weeks and it took way longer than that. I was very unhappy with the service provided from here. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here.

If I didnt have to give a star, I wouldnt. I have never had to claim anything on an auto policy in 25 years. I scraped my car and not only did they give me the car back worse than when I took it in. The promised times that they couldnt deliver on. The gave me back a car that didnt have the bumped put back together right. And the final kicker is that when I picked it up the second time they gouged my rim and put a whole in my side wall. I was lucky I didnt kill anyone or myself driving it back to work. Thanks to Lexus, my car will be good as new soon. Please do not go here unless you want to have horrible service and have your car worse off. Thank you North Park for your exceptional service.

Worst experience ever with AMM Collision. My husband was in an accident June 27. Its August 4th and the car is STILL NOT DONE. I was told three weeks ago it would be done. That did not happen. Then two weeks. Then one week. Then three days ago. Nope nope nope nope. They have promised to deliver our car to us now that we live in Austin and I do not believe them one bit or have any trust in them. Do not go here. It is not worth your time or money.

From a 1 to a 3 only because my husband had to wait 2 hours from the pick up time that I was told before he got the vehicle and still cant get over my auxiliary cord being taken. I believe they are trying to be better as far as customer service goes because they were nice enough to check out the bad "paint job" in the back of my vehicle which turned out to be some sort of sealant.
