Professionail in Moreton Bay

I usually get SNS done in Aspley, however because of a public holiday, they were closed so I came to strathpine. And I wish I didn’t. My SNS last 5 days and began to crack and peel. So disappointing considering my SNS usually last 3 full weeks (outgrown, but in tactand I paid $15 more than I usually do. Ah well, at least I know not to go there ever again.

Have been going to Professionail Salon ~ For about 6 months now ~ I am always happy with my nails ~ they have always done a great job ~ I get exactly what I ask for ~ & the prices for there nail services is very good!

Rushed and nail lengths completely uneven.

The nails are awful, the shape is not what I asked for and the lady got mad when I asked her to correct it. They’re all different lengths and crooked. She rushed my nails, was not welcoming at all. Not a single smile out of anyone. The worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done.

This is a great place .very professional i take my wife there to get her nails done and very well priced well worth it

Poor service didn’t have all the equipment compared to the Toombul professional nails. My nails were crusty after they finished. Wouldn’t recommend it

Service was good and nails were done quickly and they turned out great aswell. It is the most expensive nail shops in the center though

The lady hurt my feet and didnt even use nail clippers or colour but i asked for clour she used nail clippers on my brother also I felt very unwelcomed as they didnt even greet us they just said pay here and they call their selfs "professional" dont come here the workers do very poor work on nails and non comunitive and very rude

Walked in for a pedicure. Was acknowledged and seated immediately. While the water was filling for my foot spa I had a relaxing chair massage. I sat back and enjoyed the experience.

Really bad experience. Manicure and sns. 3 different technicians working with me. Very poor manicure didn’t even cut cuticles. Still charged me $60. Will not be back.

It was ok. My nails turn out fine. A little wonky and the lady doing them was rushing and looking around focussing on my nails. They didnt clean up the spilt nailpolish on my fingers. I couldnt under stand what they were saying and they rarely asked for my opinion. My sisters though... they werent the length she asked for, they cut her finger when filing and they mocked her. The staff appear nice but they dont talk to you they just ignore you and are hard to understand.This is an ok place but... Im not going there again.. Ill find somewhere else.

Took my 16 year old daughter there Thursday night to get her nails done. They made her feel unwelcomed and they didnt do what she had asked. When she said she wanted colour on her nails they proceeded to charge her more. The next day her nails came off. What a waste of time and money. Wont be going back

The woman was clearly just trying to get my appointment over with as soon as possible as she was flying through it and half doing the job! Didn’t take her time cutting the gel nails to size so my nails were all different lengths and the polish was just very lumpy and not smooth because she was not taking her time! She didn’t even ask me but assumed what shape I wanted and when she had the first nail done already she asked me then if that’s the shape I wanted so I was forced to go for that shape!! And for some reason my nails just hurt for the first few days because I think she filed them down too much.. terrible experience all around

Looks like I have 2 weeks regrowth, from a day of them being done. They did not push my cuticles back and do them properly. I felt unwelcomed as the staff laughed and mocked my colour choice.

Love the new team! Came in today and there is completely different people here. They seem to be in the process of bringing new colours in and revamping the quality of the place. Still room for improvement but still great!

I have been using this salon for the past couple of years and I have always found the service to be very good, love my nails when they do them and that has been many times, yes of course there is a language barrier, what exactly do you expect, i have also had pedicures and eyebrow wax and tint and am happy with all the services provided. Keep up the good work ladies. :I am a very happy returning customer.

Would give zero if I could. Rude. SUPER RUDE. I wanted to leave after they took my sns off but my loving grandmother was giving their abruptness, physically rough and aggressive handling and arrogant refusal to even try to communicate or listen to what service we were asking and paying for.. a chance of just cultural difference. But even she was pissed off by the end of the 1hr45min ordeal. NEVER GO THERE.

Very distressing 😣 ruined my natural nails...incompetent, painful, rude. Never go here !!!!!!

I went in on Friday and no one spoke to me, legs and feet were not massaged and I now have an infected toe. I got French tips on my finger nails and she cut me with the nail file and then got glue in it. I went down there this morning to complain and show them but they were not interested and would not give me even a partial refund. Would not waste my time or money going back!!!!

Went in for infills, she did the filing to prepare then another staff member spoke to her in their language, she stood up and walked into another room for a couple of minutes then came out and sat down in front of another client and proceeded to do a pedicure on her. No word was spoken to me, just left as if I had suddenly turned invisible.With no product on my nails I got sick of waiting and walked out. Totally ignored! Never going there again.

The previous reviews are very sad.I have been for a pedicure 4 times now and I have been thrilled with the staff, the attention I recieved, and my feet felt and looked great.Big tick from me ladies, I will be back soon.

Very disappointed. Left the salon with very dry feet; after much soaking and scrubbing no moisturiser was applied. My nails were left quite long with only a couple of strokes of the emery board applied. The colour started to flake after five days which I wouldnt expect. The pedicurist chatted and giggled with her colleagues in their native tongue which was very disconcerting. The massage chair turned itself off early in the session; I asked her to turn it back on, she nodded and smiled but didnt do it, probably due to the language barrier. It was cheap, but for a reason.
