I have been going to Brooks Animal Haspital for 8 years. I was the kennel services and the Vet services. All this time only one issue and its not enough to bad mouth the organization. Cindy the front receptionist is awesome.

Dr. Moon and her staff are caring, compassionate and great with both their furry clients and their human caretakers. They provided excellent care for my precious little one throughout his lifetime. When the time came due to old age and decline, Dr. Moons patience and care when explaining what was happening was especially helpful. Furthermore, she treated my fur baby and me with gentleness when he made his transition. Should I ever be able to get over the devastation of losing my very first dog and choose to share my life with another one, Dr. Moon and her staff will see me again. A special word, her primary office administrator Cindy is amazing.

After researching the closest locations and calling around to see who had immediate availability I called about my pup being seen and was told to bring her by 1230pm to be dropped off. I asked SPECIFICALLY what I needed to pay to drop her off. I was told the range of office visits charges totalling about $50+. I rushed there on my lunch break and when I got to the empty office I was told that there were no appointments available til the next week and in order to drop her off I needed to pay a $250 deposit which WAS NOT realyed to me over the phone before rushing over there. I did not have more time on ny break to leave again so I would have to take her after my shift was over. She died before the end of my shift. If I wouldve been given complete and accurate information beforehand I couldve either been prepared to pay the deposit or taken her somewhere else where she couldve been seen and treated immediately. I will never recommend or use Brooks Animal Hospital.

Ive always cherished Dr. Moon for her passion and wisdom for how to best treat my dogs.

Took my shih tzus puppy to get her trimmed up. She looked horrible when I picked her up. The hair was uneven and actually shaved in spots. I dont know about the Doc, but Never get your grooming done there.

Cindy, the receptionist, is so friendly, helpful and patient. I have been visiting this Vet with all my animals since I was a child. I am very pleased with their services. Saturday, was my first time visiting their facilities. It was great. My fur and I visited. He is my first rescue dog. I didnt know how he was going to react. Being a pittie I didnt want anyone uncomfortable. So he came in with a soft muzzle, left without it.He is big baby,but if see him you dont know that and I understand that. However when we arrived it was like pittie nation up in there. We treated very well. My fur baby was very happy to be up in the place for sure. I liked the price I received, it was reasonable... I always wish there is list quotes on the work to done, so that you can know at least what your stepping in. But alas that is just me.I understand that their boarding cost is very reasonable as well. I cant see myself being separated from my pal that long. But to each their own!If your in the area looking for a vet give a try.They two feline employees that will greet you. They are very chill.

Worst Day Ever,I took my Toy poodle today 6/24/2019 to be groomed only for a wash and trim around the ears, cheeks and butt area. My husband went to pick him up only to find our baby mane was completely cut off without our acknowledgement. I am completely devastated, hurt, and saddened by this because my baby is only 5 months old and I wanted to continue to keep his hair curly and not straight. I called the office to touch bases with management or groomer and what I expected no one is able to talk and cant come to the phone right now. #communication is the key.

Dr. Moon and staff are always friendly. Great prices and fairly accommodating hours for a working mom. They keep my big boy healthy. Been going there on and off for over 20 years and its always been the same.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable priced service. Not expensive at all. The grooming is the best Ive seen hands down so far. Its going on 2 weeks and he still smells wonderful. But Im addicted to his fresh smell so Ill definitely make it an every 2 week routine. Rufus really likes them.

The staff is pleasant and helpful. Services are good. However I do believe Brooks is one of the more expensive vet practices. I have three dogs and 4 cats. Mostly rescue. I need to find a vet that might give a discount when you bring them all to the same vet. Anyone have any ideas.?
