the owner/manager of this company refused service to our family without explanation for an ant issue we have at our house. I would not recommend them for anything at this point simply due to being very unprofessional.

Very reasonable pricing. They are very accommodating with scheduling for termite inspections received my report within 24 hours which was very convenient for my VA Loan. The extra form was at no charge so that was a plus!!

Proper Care is fantastic! Wonderful Staff to schedule appointments, Knowledgeable inspectors and accurate reports sent out in a timely manner. As a Real Estate agent they help me keep my Sellers and Buyers Very happy. I give them a 10 Star recommendation !!!!!
