Pullman Place Family Restaurant in Leavenworth County

First time there. From service to food to atmosphere was a place that we will definitely go to again!!

Sunday afternoon small town restaurant. Very busy. Food is good, service is good. A great family place.

I really love it but I need as Spaghetti but I can take it order til next week.

The food and service at this family formerly restaurant in downtown Leavenworth is always top rate. We love to go to the farmers market on Saturday morning and then head right down the street to The Pullman.

Traveling drive extra 1/2 hour to try Pullmans.Great service. Ordered breakfast skillet and grilled English muffin. Cooked perfect. Vegetables were fresh and plate didn’t taste like it was cooked on a dirty grill (common with skillets elsewhere).Wife ordered oats. Not lumpy, creamy and not watered down.Fast but not rushed. Relaxing breakfast. Very pleased.

Very helpful staff, quick turnaround coming in. A comfortable diner and local icon. My breakfast omelet was pretty good. My wife didnt get through hers; spinach was too strong. The food wasnt the legendary meal wed been led to think. We will probably go back, sometime, maybe try the lunch.

Good home cooked food. Whether its breakfast or lunch, youll enjoy your food.

This place was fabulous! They greated me like I was long lost family. The arranged with the kitchen to make breakfast for me even though it was after 11am. There was a lot of history. Smokey made my day! Thanks, Spitfire.

I love the atmosphere and selection here. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat in town. And the service is always top notch.

I got a cold meatloaf sandwich. It was great! The staff is always friendly even right before closing time. I eat there whenever I drive up from the city.

Tried this restaurant twice in a three month period. My husband treats me to my favorite: Omelette with light cheese, jalapenos and onions. Im always nervous about ordering takeout from restaurants (you never know what to expect). However, both takeout experiences were good. My husband did mention sometimes he feels out of place while waiting for my food. He explained that usually he is the only person of color (in the lobby area and among the staff). Furthermore, during his visit he noticed stares from people.... Almost as if he is unwelcomed. Pretty sad to notice a tiny amount of reviews with the same experience. I really hope this establishment is welcoming to people from all backgrounds. Im from Detroit and the only color any place of business should be concerned about is the color of money.

They were great and accommodated our 17 girls for lunch. I had the BLT, while others had soup, salad, and liver and onions.

I was impressed with the selection and service of this restaurant. There is a nice variety of sandwiches, streaks, and fish. The lemon meringue pie was also very good.

Ive heard a lot about that restaurant . I drive past it almost daily didnt have to itlast weekend I took a friend out for breakfast . It was greatEnjoyed it.

Food is amazingly good and most of the staff is kind however if youre a person of color you will get stares throughout your entire time, idk why but its uncomfortable. Ive gone here at least 8 times and every time I get the awkward stares like I dont belong, even while Im eating. The last time I went Ive heard talking from a table on the side of myself saying why did "those people" get their food first when I clearly was here first. Maybe its over speculation.

The BEST blueberry pancakes ever. Bring an appetite for this 3 cake stack! What is also pictured is the 4 sausage links,to their left, one egg over hard, and the top was my friends Pecan waffle.

It is such an amazing family place. You feel like youre part of it when youre there. The food is amazing and prices are great!

Hi - My sweetie and myself have eaten at Pullmans many times -- I like this restaurant a lot! They make some good soups and have great waffles! Their specials are good and they have a very good pork tender sandwich! The staff is always friendly and take good care of you. You need to open back up for dinner!!! This idea of 6am to 2pm is NOT acceptable! I need a nice place to go for dinner! Great Job Pullmans - thanks for being a nice diner at a fair price!

We are from Lubbock, TX and ate breakfast in your restaurant. I have to say, it was the best breakfast we have had in a long time. Thank you for providing great food and service at a great price. Where do you get your sausage? Some of the best I have ever had.

Went here this morning to met friends and have some good old fashion fellowship. The atmosphere was delightful, efficient service, and my western omlet was wonderful. Price was good too. I would recommend this place for many reasons.

I order the same breakfast sandwich 3 or 4 times a week and every time it’s a different price . I’ve also been upcharged about $3 a few times for some of the worse hash browns imaginable(pictured). I just don’t understand how bacon egg and cheese (the express mealis listed $5 but to make it a sandwich I have to pay the price of a ham melt “sub bacon”!

First time here. Good food. Friendly service. Did feel a little bit unorganized at times. Came in for breakfast, left full and happy. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant.

Loved the decor, all about trains, hence the name.The food was good. There were 5 of us all ordered something different. Each enjoyed their meal. Wait staff was very nice. No complaints at all. When I go back to Leavenworth, KS will definitely eat there again.

Pullman Place is a local favorite. You’ll find lots of regulars dining for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It’s a spacious restaurant so has plenty of room for groups. Food is good. I usually order their soup, salad or chicken tenders. Everyone is super kind and works hard to make sure you enjoy your visit. I hope our reviews and photos are helpful in describing restaurants and points of interest all around our city.

Great place to get some food with a group of any size - came in with my family and we were given a nice table to fit us all, and they even let us order breakfast (served til 11amalthough we were a few minutes late for it. It was very considerate and made the visit more special. Very friendly staff, fun decor, and really good food! Breakfast and lunch are delicious. I had the BLT and it was awesome, very big too, I shared with my sister. Great fries too - crispy and delicious while still soft inside. Thank you!

Meal was okay. I loved how the had an Easter egg hunt for the kids inside the restaurant. I truly enjoyed this little kid going nuts trying to find eggs. Made the okay meal truly enjoyable.

First time visiting Pullman Place, but it wont be the last. I had the Daily Special Corned Beef and Cabbage along with a bowl of the most delicious Potato Soup, while my husband had the Conductor. Everything was so yummy. The service was awesome. We highly recommend.

The food was really great, well beyond my expectations, the onions were since if the juiciest Ive every had, while maintaining a nice crunch! Petting much everything is fresh made to order.The same can be said for the service, extremely accommodating, attentive, and friendly.Also... Strangely good pricesHighly recommended!

Pretty simple ingredients, and an uncomplicated menu. HOWEVER what makes this place stand apart is they make many of their menu items from scratch. Their syrup is out of this world. And their pancake batter is the same. So I cant seem to stop myself from coming AT least once a week now, and completely out of character for me I try other things on the menu. I just added the last 🌟 star this place is top notch! The staff is extremely hard working and very kind people. Im active duty and a lot of retirees eat here as well which makes me feel really comfortable. Great place!

The chicken philly and steak philly were both excellent, and the onion rings were amazing! The train theme in the restaurant is interesting.

Very good service was seated and brought drink right away. I had the Liver and onions which is a Pullman specialty and it was excellent. Also had soup baked potato with butter and sour cream and a roll at a very reasonable price.

Our postive, friendly and fast service from our own server marcus was the only good thing about our breakfast this morning while there a server named katrina was throwing a loud fit to her coworkers about another table having a service dog. Throwing her arms in the air yelling at the manager when he told her it was fine and just never stopping talking about it. The hashbrowns were soggy im just jot sure if ill be back. This visit really made me upset.

Love this place. Great service, friendly staff and outstanding food. Great prices too. I had the spicy chicken with sauce, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes, drink and chocolate pie for dessert. Portions were good and the price was too.

A 5 Star Restaurant!! I was in Leavenworth visiting for work at the Army Base and I went there with co-workers and the food OMG!! Comfort food at its best. Smothered Chicken with Mashed Potatoes, Veggies(cookedand Dinner roll...and to finish a delicious Coconut Cream Pie...Boom!! This is the place to eat and what an amazing and friendly staff.

Excellent plates, good portions, clean area, nice service, friendly staff. My favorite is the Fried Steak with 2 eggs. The homemade gravy is amazing. Good prices.
