QDOBA Mexican Eats in Arapahoe County

Went here and used Spanish words such as birria,pollo, etc, you get the point.They have two options. Burrito or quesadilla. I said burrito and she said burrito. Yes burrito. But specifically the birria. What comes with Birria? Consome? I ask if they have consome and I asked again for consome and she kept saying hot or mild. After I repeated a few times they started talking in Spanish as if I’m some stupid American and can’t understand them right! they’re in front of me like it’s some secret. Very unprofessional to say the least. I can hear her talking bull and she acts like I can’t hear her. Then offered quesso! Wow! Not going back! Many of us have grown up around the Spanish or Mexican language and still, we’re treated stupid! Not cool! Read,write,speak,and understand the English language! Or is it the other way around? Bad service! Bad food!

Place is the worst Qdoba. I asked for double chicken and they served what is normally a standard serving. Other reviews mention the same

I love the food but I’m writing about Salvador he is the nicest guy always pleasant and always friendly he’s the reason I go to this one from day one when I went in there I like the way he treated me. I don’t know what you pay him but he deserves much more.

They can’t hear and don’t speak English and get mad when they fix the order wrong. Big girl came from the back like she wanted to fight!! All reviews are bad service and horrible food! Doesn’t seem to bother them!!

The Qdoba on Mexico and Peoria is absolutely horrible and we should have gone to the Buckley location as planned. I had my two kids with me (one was sick with strepand they wanted food from this location since going to Buckley would be too far for them. They were super hungry. So we stopped at the Mexico one and got 3 queso burritos. The rice was clumpy and dry, there was a small bit of dry chicken and the smallest little scoop of queso. Nothing was throughout the whole burrito so it was probably 3/4 dry rice and not even a quarter of queso. In parts of the burritos. We had already left but we were close to the best location, Buckley. We went in there to see if they would please remake our burritos because there was no way we were going back to the other one. Thankfully they said yes and the food as always was delicious. They know what they are doing at the Buckley location the other one needs new training and staff or just shut it down. The worst. Highly recommend this Qdoba.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! It was 9:30pm, they close at 11:00pm and service lady gave an attitude because we walked in the door! All chairs were up on the tables and all the floor was super wet! Exit door was close and some light were off! Food was cold and food line was not clean!

DISGUSTING!!!! We ordered curbside pick-up and ended up having to go in because they never brought our food out. While eating, I found cat or dog hair in my bowl. When I called the restaurant I explained the situation, I was put on hold and eventually hung up on. When I tried to call back they allowed the phone to ring without picking up. This location should be closed down already! They have horrible customer service, they give ridiculously small portions, and now putting peoples health at risk. Never again will we eat at this location!!!!!

The place either doesn’t read or doesn’t care, I’m not sure. Decided to try them again after the last time when the order was wrong. NOT IMPROVED. All our Salsas (3WERE MISSING along with some toppings for the tacos! We’re done!

If I could rate zero stars I would. We tried to place a pretty good sized catering order for pick up at this location. They charge your account 24 hours before pickup, and unfortunately our bank flagged the charge as fraud and declined it. Once we realized what happened we made every attempt to contact the store and speak with someone. Several attempts to call the location, were either not answered or when some did answer they did not identify that it was qdoba and were very rude or inappropriate. A bid issue as establishment should never answer the phone “who the F is this”. Fortunately another location was able to take care of us with respect and professional behavior.

Ordered via uber eats. One item was just a burrito and the other was a burrito meal deal that should have come with a brownie and chips & salsa. In the bag was just two burritos, nothing else.

I always get the most attitude here. The younger girls that work at the front are horrible. We do visit alot because my husband loves this place. Today I had the best service though. Isreal was awsome. Couldnt have the shrimp on my quesdilla because of cross contamination they didnt have chorizo for my nachos only served in the am. But he still made my visit delightful!! Thank you

This is the only Qdoba I come to. No BS, but I will not continue giving my business to companies with terrible food and/or customer service (ie papa Johns and SmashburgerIm surprised to see so many 1 star reviews! As usual, I was greeted, I was given a very healthy portion size, and they were nice. Thank you Evelyn for my bowl. Im stuffed! Lol

Unbelievable......this Qdoba SUCKS. The employees attitudes SUCK, not only where they out of rice, chicken, and guacamole. One of the employees was coughing in her hand before scooping the ingredients......(did not wash handsalso the little puke scooping the ingredients seriously had the nerve to give me a dirty look when I asked for queso. Because it upset him that I implied his coworker should wash her hands before serving food. If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Horrible customer service! Also there where flies litterly everywhere including on the food.....

We are frequent visitors of Qdoba, and have been to this location several times.However, tonight I cant even look passed the errors. We ordered 4 custom bowls through UberEats. Tipped our driver well, and in the end paid almost $90... for FOUR bowls.Two of our bowls were missing MULTIPLE ITEMS each. And all 4 of them were less than half full! Not to mention, my steak tasted like it was marinated in sewage!!!I tried to "Dr." my bowl by adding my own lettuce, sour cream, hot sauce and crushed chips (because the restaurant didnt include any of those- including the onions I selectedbut I couldnt even get 1/4 of the way through before the awful taste of the steak stopped me.I reported the issue with UE and was told they arent going to do anything because its the restaurants issue.The receipt showed that what we ordered on UE was correctly relayed to the restaurant, but whoever was responsible for cooking, reading, and prepping orders tonight was not up to the task. This is not okay.The most disappointing burrito bowls weve ever had!

Terrible customer service. My wife went in to pick up our order and the staff didnt even acknowledge her for a few minutes. There was no one else in the restaurant at the time.

The restaurant is disgusting. We were the only customers in there when we first arrived after receiving our food we could not find a clean table. They need to rotate out there the old food when it becomes on editable

Horrible customer service because I came in at 10:50 pm. It says they close at 12 and the girl had such an attitude and I couldn’t understand why till I finally asked what time they closed. They said 11:20? They need to fix their attitude or find a new job if they’re really that miserable.

This location can use a little bit of cleaning, food is good..

Horrible service, all trash cans were overflowing, the food line was trashed and out of bit a of things. How does a burrito place run out of tortillas!! I’d make the drive to a different location

As an avid fan of Qdoba I frequent different locations depending on where I am… I am a huge fan of using green Tabasco to spice up my Qdoba…. This is the first Qdoba I have ever encountered that not only charges for green Tabasco, but charges more than it would cost to get from my local grocery store! Seriously, could you imagine if your local McDonald’s started charging 5.40 for ketchup?! This could actually violate franchise policies, and/or resale, I’ll look more into that. This is so unsatisfactory that I am actually going to reach out to corporate, which takes time and effort. Sorry for the rant, this just ruined my dinner.

Horrible visit. My family and I have come here before and everything was always okay, but today it was horrible. There were no available tables since they were all dirty, and the workers instead of cleaning the tables, floor, and chairs while there is no customers, they all decide to sit down and chit chat. They all have a bad vibe, and give off and attitude. The guacamole had a disgusting taste to it, and the food portion seemed less then usual. The lady workers had attitude with my daughter and I, but as soon a male walked through the line, they gave off their biggest smile.

The food of course is above average, but the employees are even better. Regardless of the line, they greet you and give you time to customize your order with a smile. Food items are hot and fresh. The quality is great and the cost is affordable! I love that there are options that meet my dietary limitations. Well worth the visit!

This place normally has nice staff, but as of recently they have two girls who look like they could be sisters, with huge attitudes! If your that unhappy and hate your job that much., Then quit! You have no business dealing with customers.

EDIT: I have been like 6 times since I had stale chips and wrote that review. All 6 times I’ve had the freshest chips. I can’t even scoop two fat chunks of steak without it breaking! I highly recommend the three cheese steak nachos with chips on the side!🙌🏽

Some kid just made me the most skimpy burrito. I think he takes the extras home. Chipotle would never.

Tables not clean...cluttered and dirty dining areas. Workers seem indifferent. Food not hot. Poor quality. I will not eat there again. Still not returning there.

Sweet tea full of salt. Burrito so salty had to throw it away yuck. I come here atleast twice a week. Sweet tea has been made correctly maybe 5 times out of my last 30 visits. Staff is nice but my burrito was literally so filled with salt I couldnt even eat it last straw for me wont be back.

Whoever was the woman who worked Friday March 11th around 3:30-4pm was incredibly rude. Everytime I asked for something in my burrito she rolled her eyes and made comments under her breath. I asked about one of the salsas and she looked at me and made a comment to her coworker before she told me what it was. She looked annoyed that I was even there. Even when I said please and thank you she just rolled her eyes and seemed to not want to be there. I was afraid to ask for some chips and queso because I didnt know how she would react. When the cashier asked her for queso she put some in a bowl and seemed to be exasperated and made another comment. Im not sure if she was having a bad day but it definitely wasnt professional. I felt horrible afterwards because I didnt know what I did. I like Qdoba but that ruined my day for sure.

Absolutely horrible service and food.The girl (Evelyn I think her name wasdid not at all seem happy to be there. She was rude, short, snotty and never made eye contact throughout putting together our order. They don’t give you a lot of food. My boyfriends bowl was half full. Definitely not worth coming here, should of went to chipotle instead Total waste of money!

Location in Aurora Co, Buckley Rd. I took a few of my clients that have special needs for Valentine ( Qdoba offered buy one, get one free).During check out, I asked the cashier Savanna about the buy one ,get one free. She immediately rolled her eyes , slammed our food down , then tossed our food in the bags. when I asked were there chips in the bag for nachos , she said yes very rudely. Needless to say she liedShe also didnt label (1,2,3 etcso everyone had someone else food; therefore, no one ate their food bc theyre very particular about their food.I would have walked out but I didnt want to disappoint my clients. The special Valentines Day I had planned for my clients was ruined by an extremely unprofessional rude girl named Savanna that is very careless about her job. I sure do hope she receives training and work on her anger/temper .

I eat here all the time. And I had the worst experience, I ordered my food online and it was made completely wrong. Not one but both my orders were TRASH! The chips were so stale and chewy… disgusting. NEVER ORDER ONLINE.

The online ordering is always Inconsistent. They give you way less food when you order online than in person. You never realize what you are receiving until you get home. I have been to location over 50 times in the last year and it’s always the case. My last order was 3 of the same burritos and I came home to the picture below, the 3rd one is not even a full burrito. If i was there in person, I bet they wouldn’t do something like that.

They have been giving less and less revert time we order. This last time, one burrito had maybe 5 pieces of meat, the bowl had a thimble full of rice, and the Mac queso that has no meat was not even half filled in the bowl. This is a waste of money. You dont get what you pay for. Dont bother coming here.

Just got an order for my family from this location. They proceeded to get half of the 4 items I ordered completely wrong! The nachos had the wrong meat and topping on each one and some I did not order. I called to ask they “said” they would write my name down for a free entree but they messed up two of them lol. B staff on deck for sure! Check your food at this location!!

Theres food all over the floor and they have products stored all over the lobby. the lady ask me "what do you want" I say bowl w/ tortilla. She does meat/rice/beans and than slides it down. The next Lady looks at me I look at her than she starts talking and than tells the guy to make my food, boy just looks confused doesnt move. I say to myself " dang they dont like their job" she than replies to me" if you dont like it you can go else WHERE"sad this is what food business looks like today" customers make the company money, no money NO JOB"No customer service = less restaurants its not rocket science

The girls working the counter today Nov. 1, 2021 @ 4:40pm not very friendly nor enthused about their jobs. We were the only couple in line and didnt even get greeted and my husband called out the girls letting them know not to sound so excited serving us. (SarcasmJust asking for better customer service.

I have never had bad service or food from this place until today. First I asked for cholula chicken an got regular chicken, the rice I dried out so bad that when I bit down it hurt my teeth . Then the cashier was snotty and rude agai forgetting to give me part of my order. I will never eat at this place again management should be better at running this store

Missed the mark. They looked slammed on the pick up orders but not much attention to customers as the line moved slow. Was extremely disappointed to see the mini bowl I ordered had a lot less meat than a kids nachos that was ordered. I asked for a little shredded cheese and the employee threw half a handful on. I asked for a lot if guacamole and the employee threw on a level scoop. To top it off the food seemed a bit cold and chips undercooked and the dining area needed to be cleaned. Even after the bowl was closed with aluminum foil and reopened you can still see part of the bowl lacking any ingredients. I dont go to this location much but doubt Ill be returning anytime soon. There are much better Qdobas locations out there.

I went in to get dinner. My total came to $5.24. I have her $10 cash the lady behind the counter proceeds to tell me there is a coin shortage and and she can only give me the ones back. I then say so you get to keep my 76 cents? She says yes. I said wow thats great yall making money off every CUSTOMER that comes in here and pays cash . You should be doing what all the other businesss are doing eating the difference because its not our fault and why should I pay extra for my meal if you dont have the change? Maybe change your prices so when its all said and done all your totals are to the even dollar. Im sure your saying its only .75cent. its the principal of the whole thing your the business not me.

I thought this Bowl was supposed to have lettuce and green and red peppersAnd this is what I got,I also got queso and chips and queso was cold and clumpy and the chips are stale.

Salad bowls are great and the portion is so much more than Chipotle.

The staff was warm and welcoming. I ordered a steak burrito on a flour tortilla and a chicken quesadilla. Everything was being put together well and the ingredients looked fresh. Check out came to about $20 and change the only thing that annoyed me was usually you receive a sour cream in guacamole. I requested two sour creams as Im not a fan of guacamole. They handed me my order and badly enough handed me a couple sour cream which is usually in the casing. I assumed it was the second sour cream. I got home and discovered it was the only sour cream and to add insult to injury it was not thick but watery as if it was left out. Usually sour cream is cool and thick and creamy as this is a meal like it often. Well review this place at a later date.

The worst Qdoba location I’ve ever been too. This is really disappointing to me because I was looking forward to my meal after a long day of work. I always order the nachos. Today my order was made wrong. Didn’t listen to anything I said online. My chips are STALE and I basically have a huge bowl of queso with toppings on it. I just went to a different location last week and none of these issues occurred. I even had more meat than I was given tonight. Definitely wasted money :/

Would leave 0 if possible..just went in to try to pick up 2 doordash orders. After 10 minutes one of the employees asks what the names were on my order because he had apparently forgotten I was standing there waiting. I received one of the two orders about 10 minutes later, asked the manager "isnt that the other order right there? Ive already been waiting 10 minutes" his reply was rudely "the orders will come out when they come out" i then got angry and left the store. I have never seen such incompetence in a management position or in a crew. They all were goofing around with complete disregard that I am there trying to do my job. that was very obviously the wrong way to approach the situation and I am so upset, will never be going back

I just went in today or this morning for the first time to try their breakfast burritos. I’ve got to tell you my opinion that had to be one of the best breakfast burritos I had in a long time, And I love breakfast burritos. And plus the service on top of the two young men who served me we’re awesome nice job Qdoba I’ll be back again. And if anyone of you are in the mood for a good breakfast burrito give them a try I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them..

Everyone listen! This place serves breakfast! I got the chorizo breakfast bowl and it was so good. The breakfast potatoes are what you want from breakfast potatoes, you know what I mean? Big fan, definitely recommend. And the eggs, lets talk about them. Not gross or rubbery at all. So their breakfast is good, but let me just say the staff made this breakfast excursion so delightful. Incredibly friendly, seemed genuinely happy to be there. What can I say, they were simply phenomenal. (Which you dont really expect for fast casual. So it was very nice!)

The food is really good and the burritos are packed. I wish their bowls were more like that. On the off occasions I get a bowl, Ill be lucky if its 2/3 full. I also gravitate to the burrito meal deal which includes a cookie, chips and salsa. There have been multiple times where the chips werent in the bag. Though these are more negative observations, I will say that I have never had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for my food to be ready.

Brown guacamole (unacceptable when its $3 for a side with chips), quesadilla had dry meat, little cheese, and the tortilla was dry and crunchy in spots. Soft taco shells were more like crunchy. Requested extra limes, didnt get any. Burrito bowl thrown together with missing ingredients. The whole meal was honestly nasty. Terrible experience that we will not be repeating at a Qdoba anytime soon.

We ordered a taco bar for a birthday during the quarantine. The staff was great and threw in a few freebies. The food was plentiful and delicious. (The guacamole was not in the pickup order and had to go back to the restaurant to complete the order. The manager gave me a coupon for a free meal. That is good customer service.For fast food Mexican, NOT BAD!
