Poor new management/ownership attitude and lack of customer service knowledge. Dont bother with checking out this business, huge waste of time.

Upon walking into this shop this evening. I was not granted with a Hello or anything just bluntly scan and sign in its the Law. I said Oh ok (proceeded to sign in areaand to make conversation I said to the fellow working - You know its not against the Law. I was bluntly told it is the Law and I dont want a fine so if you dont like it leave. I was still signing in and mentioned that he may want to do his research on this as its not the Law. I wasnt trying to argue with him but wanted him to have his facts straight, again the man was very rude and continued to say IT IS THE LAW AND I DONT WANT A FINE.The Australian Privacy Act 1988 overrules state government QR code directions. So therefore its against the law to require anyone to scan in , or refuse service to them if they dont.Even a quote from Woolworths to customers - It is highly encouraged by our team to customers however the team cannot refuse entry to customers.The fellow was extremely rude to say the least!
