Wonderful stay here with great transport connections around central London and conveniences.Sure the rooms are dated but you knew that booking it. Price is competitive as a overall package.The highlight were the accomodating hotel team who were super helpful and friendly.

Great staff. Extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was way better than expected.

I visited someone here, nice rooms, everywhere clean. Location is good for overground trains, buses and shopping not too far.

The staff were pleasant, the rooms were cosy, clean, well presented, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast was very nice.I would stay again.

I had a very stressful experience while in London and the staff at this hotel were kind and helpful especially the receptionist on my first night.My room was clean and it was well situated, with parking and outside the congestion zone. A real kooky gem.

Great location, cant fault the hotel in anyway. After 2 nights we had no problems.

Nice little hotel near the Underground line. Staff are very caring. Breakfast is amazing. They could work on some maintenance issues (paint, carpet, and please extend the shower shield so the floor doesnt floodand it would be great.

I was so surprised by this hotel! It was such a bargain considering it is in London and quick and easy access to the centre. The room was clean, breakfast was basic but delicious. I have no complaints and would stay again!

This is a little gem of an hotel. Close enough for a quick bus journey to central London. Far enough away to not be extortionate London prices. Lovely location for Hampstead Heath and village. Staff excellent especially the ‘main man on duty’ (young guy long hairwas brilliant.And to top it all could park the car on site.Will we use again Definitely

Had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel despite paying £169.99 and would never recommend them. We found the reception/office staff extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic despite repeated requests for help. 0/10

We had a pleasant experience, yet a bit confusing.We booked a room for 3 and they put us in a room for 2 with an extra bed which left only an alley to move around. Everything felt crammed as a result. Mattresses are very soft, for those interested.The room was clean, but it desperately needs a new coat of paint (walls & even the ceiling were stained). The curtains & windowsills hadnt been cleaned in a while.Theres a "Do not disturb/ Make my room" tag, yet the cleaning entered the room even though we didnt ask for it. I dont see the point of the tag in this case. Also, we didnt leave towels on the floor for changing, yet they changed them every single day. So much for an environmental friendly attitude.At breakfast, they welcome people from outside, which I believe are social cases. I have nothing against this policy, its only an observation, but some might object and theres nothing in the hotel description to warn you about it.The doors fully cose only if forced, so you actually had to slam it shut. Now imagine doors slamming at every possible hour of the night.We had noisy, possibly drunk, neighbours who quarreled, shouted and slammed doors at all times, except when they had the DND tag on their door. Ironic.I guess the hotel is also pet friendly since there was a lady with a husky going up and down with the elevator.

Warm friendly staff who solve problems no fuss. Free car park, inclusive nice breakfast. Location is great for Finchley Road tube station, lots of lovely restaurants nearby and a Co op.

The friendliest most helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. Go out of their way with a smile. Super clean rooms, very convenient location, parking, yummy breakfast. What a gem of a place.

Absolutely disgusting! We stayed 5 mins and couldnt understand why it was £180 for 1 night! Dated room extremely small bathroom i had to walk in and move round the door to close it! The toilet was practically touching the side wall so had to sit on it at an angle and when we said we werent staying they refused a refund! We ended up staying at the hilton by hamptons at park Royal for £115 and the difference in quality showed! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! How they have such a high rating is beyond me! Couldnt see where the extra £50 of quality was compared to the hotel we stayed at They did say it was the last room so if they sold it which they said was highly likely then they would refund me but still havent received anything! More than likely they kept my money and sold the room again!

It was alright, room was absolutely roasting when I checked in. Had to leave the windows open and turn the radiators off when I arrived. Could really do with the addition of Aircon.WiFi was pretty terrible but if youre on EE you should have a good signal to steam whatever you want to watch.Staff were really friendly and I cant fault them, nor the breakfast which was pretty decent and set us up for the day.

A good hotel but felt it was overpriced. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is a buffet of traditional English cooked breakfast plus cereals, fruit and continental breakfast. Location is a good balance between driving and public transport: London Overground (Finchley Road & Frognal), London Underground (Finchley Roadare Coaches to Luton and Stansted airports all nearby; and the national road network is accessible (A41 to M1, A1 and A406). Free parking was included our room price, but we didn’t need it. Not sure if all rooms come with free parking or breakfast, but ours did.

We cant fault this hotel. The receptionist, Stephanie, was so helpful and a pleasure to talk to. We were able to park our car at no extra cost which was the icing on the cake. We would have no hesitation in using this hotel again. Its in a quiet road but only 10 minutes away from the tube station.

When you find a gem to stay at you should keep it to yourself. I cant keep this to myself. Ideally situated just off the m1 free parking and 5min walk to tube for easy access to central London. All staff super pleasant clean room and good breakfast to start the day! Will definitely be booking here from now on. Thank you
