Quality Inn Payson I-15 in Utah County
I stayed there due to having surgery on Oct 18..The room was nasty blood on the top bedding, blood on the wall by the bed, garbage on the bathroom floor and the room DID NOT look like it was vacuumed. (Room 120). I will not recommend this motel to anybody
MoreI was surprised that my $100. room was so nice. This facility has been completely refurbished and they did a good job.Great indoor pool and spa. Also a health club type area with a sauna showers locker room. Breakfast was good also. I will probably return.
MoreThe Breakfast is great I HAD A FEW ISSUES WITH INSECTS IN ROOM I WAITED HOURS AND THE HEAD. MANAGER NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL. I WAS TOTALLY. IGNORED. OF COURSE THE. BREAKFAST IS GOOD. BUT VERY HIGH RATES NO O OTHER. HOTEL S. In Area will. Never go Back
MoreKeep driving and dont stop til you hit Lehi. Rooms were old and dirty. Staff wore pjs and smelled of weed. Didnt feel safe here. Rooms way overpriced.
MoreI travel with my two small dogs and I am thrilled for find a reasonably priced, pet friendly hotel where I feel safe. I love the remodel that put tile in the pet rooms. My room was clean and smelled fresh! This will now be my go to place when driving to/from Montana/Arizona twice a year. The staff were professional and friendly.Thank you!
MoreShower head rusted no water pressure hair in towels and sink got charged extra fir hair dye that was on tub and was told it wont come out but they wont let me come see if it was cleaned people are lazy lil elbow grease and bleach is amazing
MoreRooms are clean but our toilet was plugged when we checked in. You would think housekeeping would have checked that when it was cleaned after the last guests left. When we notified the front desk we were handed a toilet plunger to fix it ourselves. They offer breakfast but be prepared for a carb overload. All in all not the worst or the best hotel weve stayed at.
MoreIve stayed here in the past and it was great. This last time our family stayed in was for an extended period while our house was being redone after a flood and these guys were just amazing. Felt like a little family among the staff and they took such good care of us. We had our pick of a few hotels to choose from and we stayed here with no regrets. It has a great pool and hot tub as well as a sauna that I took full advantage of using almost every single day we were there.
MoreWe rented the large suite and it was super nice. This hotel does not have an elevator which is a HUGE negative. Staff were not very friendly. Hotel lobby was very nice. Did not eat breakfast there. Laundry room on site.
MoreStayed here for business. The place is dated and shows his 36 years of age but in a good way. They have a sauna in the men’s locker room next to the exercise room and pool and Whirlpool. The room was very nice and clean and the staff upfront was very helpful.Keri was a real joy to talk with and she is very professional. There is plenty of RV bus and truck parking to the left of the property. I will be staying here every time I’m in the area in the future one of the nicest quality and I’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast was nice with some of the best tasting scrambled eggs and sausage I’ve had any of the motels recently.
MoreIm all about service. I dont want, or expect, to be pampered, but I expect a level of service from a hotel. Covid gave them a giant excuse to cut services back and they must have liked the savings, because service hasnt come back. When the sign on the spit screen in front of the only employee I saw the entire stay says they wont be servicing your room while you are staying, it is a bad sign. The rooms were clean when we checked in. They were basic, with a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable. The shower was a variable temperature model, which means you get to freeze and burn randomly while you shower. True to their word, the trash remained full and dirty towels were left to accumulate (you had to go to the front desk and the sole employee for more). Breakfast was disappointing, and we opted to cross the street to McDonalds the second day. All in all, I wish we had stayed in Spanish Fork.
