Didnt fix the problem to its entirety. I specifically asked about the sensor, they said just changing the fuel pump would be fine, MIL is still going off with code for the sensor. Now I will be spending twice as much as if I had brought it elsewhere.

Very happy with Quality Muffler. They got my son’s car in, from out of state, on the same day that he needed. Very nice, helpful, enjoyable people to work with. I definitely recommend them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. It took them months and over a grand to fix a few simple things on our car (spark plugs and a fuel injectorbut when we were finally able to pick up our car again it could barely make it 10 miles. After talking with other car shops we realized how horribly over charged we were. The absolute most frustrating experience. Thank you for nothing.

Best service experience I’ve had in years. This is what I expect from a mechanic. Expert advice and quick and reasonable resolution. I feel like I’ve finally found a shop that I can trust. They were highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed.

Fast and was always updating me on the truck. Did a amazing job. Also gave me options and helped me design what I wanted out of the truck and not what was easy for them. Amazing job will be back 100%

Went to rent U-Haul contact-less. Forced reservation to in-person stating they opened 9am on a Sunday, they are closed all Sunday’s so I could not pick up the truck at all. Cancelled and had to drive to a different U-Haul affiliate.

These guys are awesome! I have taken a few cars in the last year a few different times. They are honest and really try to help you with price and not over charge. Always really friendly too!!! I would recommend anyone to use them!

We got honest feedback and diagnostic help from this company when taking our truck to look at a mysterious whistling noise near the intake manifold. Thanks to them, our truck was correctly diagnosed and the problem resolved! Their team is professional, have good communication skills, and their prices are fair! This is my fourth experience with the business and I will happily return for the next.

I had been quoted at a different auto shop in Saratoga Springs, but wanted to shop around to see if the prices were accurate or on the high end. I called Quality Muffler after being referred by a cousin. The owner was great over the phone and very down to earth. He told me he could get me in that day (that very day!and quoted me for the same services over the phone and that they would be substantially less. I dropped my car off and was again impressed by his down to earth demeanor and how kind he was. After showing him the quote/invoice of what my car needed, he told me he would do the brakes (rotors includedand update me on the other services as he went to see if I needed them. He called me to update me as the car was being serviced before performing it to let me know what to expect and what was needed. Overall it only took about 3 hours, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the service cost less than half of the original quote at the other shop! I WILL be back and am so impressed by the great service! Thanks again!

I just had a fantastic experience at Quality. I’ll get the bad out of the way. The place isn’t much to look at. It’s a repair shop not a day spa so not an issue for me. They put a Magnaflow exhaust on my truck and did a great job and price matched another muffler shop for me. The owner is a nice guy, I like the way he does business. I will definitely use them again.

First time there today, was the only shop that could get me in today! Met Mr. Tom, he is one of the best guys I’ve met! He’s straight forward, funny, very knowledgeable and he respects his workers and it’s always a blessing to see employees come together the way they do! I’ll definitely be back there for everything! I had a trip planned for Moab and brought my Rockcrawler into these guys to do a full-service tuneup and they did an awesome job. They handled getting the vehicle from my garage to their shop and back to my house. Very convenient and they went above and beyond. I would recommend these guys to everyone!

I took my car here a few months ago at the recommendation of a friend and am so glad I did. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They fully talked me through all the work that was being done and made sure I knew what to expect. They had my car finished on time and everything was just as expected. I have a large family. With the kids we have 6 cars. We have used so many repair places over the years and it always felt like we couldnt quite trust what was happening. Once we found these guys, about 5 years ago, weve been coming here for everything we can. They have been more than fair on every repair. Ive found them to be spot on diagnosing the issues weve had. And with high school kid cars, that are on their last leg, that can be pretty tricky. We tell everyone of our family and friends to use them.Weve done minor repairs and major fixes on electrical, struts, muffler, engine overheating, gas line issues, air conditioning, you name it. One thing we always do is stop by for them to check the cars the kids buy for any big issues. They are great at telling us what we should fix and things that probably arent worth it or can go a little longer. For us its been a great experience.

Had a terrific experience here. Mechanics were knowledgeable, fast, and fair with price.I stopped somewhere else to try and get an estimate before going to Quality Muffler & Brake, the other place wanted me to make an appointment and come back for something they could see by just dropping down and glancing under the car. At Quality Muffler & Brake they were willing to come outside, look at the problem, give me an estimate, and tell me when to come in. They won a forever customer.

These guys are the best. My engine went out on Sunday last week and I took it these guys last Wednesday to see what was wrong (for free). Turns out my transmission was bad which was not what I wanted to hear lol. They had me bring it to them on Thursday so they could rebuild it for me. I picked it up today and they had rebuilt the entire thing, replaced the torque converter plus gave me a warranty for the most insanely fair price. I cannot thank you guys enough for taking such good care of us!!!!! I was so scared this would take a really long time and cost a ton of money but y’all knocked it out the park and were so amazingly fair. I’m forever grateful and if I need any work done or know anyone who needs anything done, you know where I’ll be and who I’m referring everyone to!

Did everything they could to help us out and was WAY cheaper than the dealerships. They really find a way to help you out and Tom is a great guy.

Went in concerned about brake squeal. They squeezed me into their busy schedule, took the wheels off to properly inspect them, and reassured me it was just glaze on the pads and no work was needed. And were very polite also :Just the kind of service that deserves to be rewarded with a 5 star review!

Very good experience. I needed 2 catalytic converters replaced which were very expensive parts for my make of vehicle. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process and the parts. He was giving me a quote when Tom came in and introduced himself and seemed like he really cared and was able to give me a fair price for the work, and saved me $$$. I really appreciated the time he put in to help. They did the work the next day and worked hard to get it done as quickly as possible.

We were referred by a friend who always takes his vehicles to Tom & his team, and especially called out Joshs great service, which says a lot about a shop! I called first thing in the morning for a quote on a headlight, but didnt make it in until just after noon. They still squeezed me in and I was able to grab lunch nearby and my SUV was finished up within a couple minutes upon my return. Great turnaround & an unbeatable price! As you may read in other reviews, theyre busy, so patience is in order when calling in! Id expect nothing less with their quality work & great prices! As well as if I had a big job for them, Id expect it to take a bit, but for the quality of work, and the prices being so great...Id be willing to wait a few extra days to get the work done right. One more thing I have to touch on after reading their other reviews. They are mechanics & human. Meaning, they work hard and are very busy, being a small shop with excellent quality work & great prices. Theyre not their to have a conversation about your day and your dog fluffy. Theyre there to get the job done. They are courteous, if youre courteous to them. The golden rule. But then they are on to the next job. So if you want the work done, and done right, at a good price, then have patience and a smile, and know youre vehicle is in good hands. If you want to hang out and listen to music and have someone at the desk to chit chat with you, then youll want to go somewhere else and pay double, if not triple the prices, for subpar quality. Remember its not a spa trip. Its a mom & pop mechanic shop. So be patient and kind and theyll be kind to you and get it done right!

Fantastic experiance. Starter went out on my truck on friday had it back by Monday. Excellent service will be returning in the future hopefully for upgrades and not repairs.

Rented a Uhaul. Experience was terrific. Customer service was excellent. They worked with me. Answered my questions. Alleviated my concerns. Overall one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

I wish I could do a negative rating on this place. I had the mechanics weld some new rails on my vehicle when quoted 3 hours it ended up taking almost 7 hours. As they are lowering my truck off the hoist the mechanic wasnt paying attention and my truck caught itself on the mirror against the brick wall. They tell me they can fix the mirror, after rudely telling me to calm down. My grandpa who was helping me pay for the work was quoted $90.00 and was charged almost double that when he went to pay. I go back a week later and they say itll be a couple hours. I come back 4 hours later and my door was completely taken apart with no one even working on it. I go in and ask how much longer and rudely again Tom says "well an hour". I end up getting a call 5 minutes after leaving he says, "I dont understand why youre treating us so poorly?" 10 minutes later we get a call saying the work is done. I go in and he hands me 3 other sets of car keys before he hands me mine. Very harshly explains everything and we leave. Im driving home and I go to roll down my window, the same side they had worked on and it just wont roll up. Luckily my boyfriend was able to fix it when I got home, but I will never want to work with this shop again. Very rude, very disrespectful of your vehicles, and 0 customer service skills. Please for the sake of your time and money dont waste it with these guys.

Went in because of cracked manifold. I had them install a new manifold. they told me it would take a day, and it took 4 with 3X the cost. Communication couldve been better, but their work is solid.

Love this place! Theyve always been very helpful and will get me right in anytime. And they always crarge a great price. They do more than mufflers, too so I call them first for any repairs.

I had a bolt come loose and a bolt completely come out of the latch that keeps your hood down. It happened on a Saturday afternoon while I was on the freeway and my hood was flapping all over the place. Of course it was on a Saturday when everywhere is closed. I found these guys and saw that they were open, so I asked them if they could help. They had a mechanic come out within minutes to put a new bolt on and tighten the other one. He also checked out a couple other things I had concerns about. He was so nice and helpful and he DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME!! I am so thankful! It was a simple fix, but the customer service was wonderful. Sadly I cant remember the name of the mechanic who helped me though.

Did a general search online to find this place had them install performance exhaust on my 84 Ramcharger real happy with their Craftsman work I highly recommend this place no doubt about it

Helped us out in a pinch. We were from out of town and had a major coolant leak. They diagnosed and changed our water pump within an hour to get us back on the road. They even gave us a ride to the near by mall to pass the time! Car is running great now! Thanks for the great work and helping us out!

The guys at quality muffler really fall into a different category or mechanics... I have gone to many in California and Utah always looking for honesty and quality and Tom and his crew offer that. Im going to be bringing in my new vehicle this week for brakes and fluids... See you guys soon

Tom and his shop have always treated me very well, with good prices, and no surprises. I do often have to call and ask status, but thats my only complaint.Today, they charged me nothing for checking possible brake issues, even though I know they spent an hour on it.

Took my Jag in for repairs the dealer wanted over $2100.00 to fix. Went to Quality and Tom did the work for less than half the price!! Will always recommend friends and family to his shop. Its so hard to find an honest straight forward mechanic shop anymore. Very happy with the service. Tanks Tom!

I went in needing a fairly simple exhaust repair and was happy with the no-nonsense communication and repair that I got. They didnt try to sell me anything. It got done quickly, and I feel like they treated the repair as if they were making the decision based on their own money and car.

Fast quality cheap service. I have gotten muffler work there two times so far and had amazing deals each time. The staff is friendly and will tell you exactly the situation of your car.
