I was going to be a new patient, but trying to get an appointment seemed incredibly difficult (Im assuming because of all the wonderful reviews!). Unfortunately, I had quite a negative experience with the answering service (very rude, especially to a prospective new patient), and as a result, I will be going elsewhere.For clarity, I called once during regular business hours, only to be told by the service to try again in 10-15 min. I waited longer than this, tried again, and was told to try "in a bit". Waited more than an hour from that time (at this point, the place had been open for nearly 2 hours), tried calling again, and was very rudely told that they are short staffed, and to wait until after 3 to try again. To me, it wasnt worth it, and I just didnt appreciate being spoken to in that manner.

My husband goes there and he is glad that he started seeing Doctor 💊 Jill she has helped him a lot....I just want to thank everyone for putting up withDavid (Paul). He is a real hand full ...

Dr. C has been my family physician since way before I was born and 28 years thereafter. I will never change. Our family loves him, and the entire Green Hill FHC staff! They are the best! ❤️

From Dr. Clem Ciccarelli and Nurse Practitioner Andrea Maurice, to Marinella, Alyssa, and Lisa, the entire staff could not be nicer, more professional, and more accommodating.This doctors office is a 10/10 when it comes to diagnosis and detection. A couple of years ago I experienced a rather scary ongoing stomach pain issue. I was extremely frustrated and didnt know what to do. Andrea and Dr. Ciccarelli thoroughly investigated my mysterious stomach issue, figured out what it probably was, and changed everything! My stomach ulcers could have easily become more dangerous if left undetected and untreated, and now my quality of life has significantly improved!Finally, Green Hill Family Health Center is incredibly accommodating and understanding if patients are sick and suddenly need an appointment. Andrea really didnt have an opening yesterday but she went the extra mile and somehow fit me anyway!

I found what I thought were bug bites on my back in the middleof the night. My mom (a retired nursecame over the next evening and saw them. This was 4pm on a Friday and she said you need to be seen by your Dr. Right away. Um, on a Friday at 4pm, like that isnt happening. She said it is likely shingles and the sooner you get on the meds the better. Here is where Green Hill comes in. They set me up on a Zoom and Dr. Ciccarelli was able to give a diagnosis and prescribe the med right then and I started it that day. It never spread or got worse and that is all because Green Hill and Dr. C care. You may have to wait a while but again that is because they care about the patient they are with too...

Definitely the best doctors and staff around!! Can’t say enough good things about this practice!!! Wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere.

I was calling to schedule a new patient visit and the receptionist was rude and showed no compassion. There are too many doctors to choose from to be treated that way.

Dr. Jill is fantastic, she takes the time to truly listen and understand what you’re going through. She actually cares about you and what’s best for you. She doesn’t push meds like other offices I’ve been to which is nice. Everyone is great and very professional. Absolutely love this office, so glad I found them a couple years ago!

They are very kind and considerate, you are attended to immediately by the staff in a respectful manner. Dr. Damico couldnt be better, she has a good sense of humor and makes you feel at ease which makes it easier to express your concerns with her even if you are a male. I recommend her highly!

Green Hill Family Health Center has been a total answer to prayers for our family. After experiencing the in-and-out in 5 minutes at a local pediatrician, it was incredibly refreshing to have Dr. D’amico sit down and take her time with us. I was one of Dr C first patients there is a reason I keep coming back after 39 years .He will always give me the time of day and I know when I walk out that door he gave me the best care and advice I could ever get. I look at him more then just a DR I consider him a good friend to me and my family for all hes done over the years. I am very fortunate to have found Green Hill Family Practice many years ago. They have always been friendly, welcoming, accommodating and professional. Today I saw Dr. D’Amico for a pulled muscle in my back. She was thorough in the questions that she asked and in her examination. She fully explained my treatment plan and ensured that I was on board.

Dr. Ciccarelli and staff are top-notch. They spend as much time with you as you need and dont rush you out the door. They are a caring, compassionate group of people. So glad I found them! Not like any medical facility I have ever gone to before! My hubby is a patient here, they provide wonderful care. As a man he was difficult to get him to go. Their thorough and outstanding care caught my loved ones serious health issues. He now is more than willing to go for follow-up appointments. Every staff member has been wonderful! As aging boomers we are happy to find such quality care and services within our health plan.

And I was blown away by Dr. D’Amico. She took her time to get to know me and made me feel like I was her only patient. I can’t say enough about this practice. Dr. D’amico was absolutely wonderful. Kind, compassionate, professional and really made me feel welcome, as a patient (not just another numberon my first visit to the office. I am still taken back by the fact that she spent a full 30 minutes with me, trying to get to know me and not rushing through the appointment. She listened to my concerns and acted accordingly, and not dismissive.I appreciated her attention today and the office staff was kind as well. They are taking precautions for Covid and go as far as sanitizing your health insurance cards before handing them back to you. This was my first visit but it was really a great experience. I feel so much better knowing I have a good doctor to turn to if and when I need it.

This was my first visit to Green Hill Family Health Center and I was very impressed. The staff is fun and friendly. I felt right at home. My provider, Andrea was extremely thorough and informative. Dr. Ciccarelli took his time to get to know my medical history (and that of my familyin order to provide preventive care and to determine all my medical needs. I never felt rushed or overlooked. And the care provided by all of the Green Hill Family Health staff was professional and compassionate. I’d recommend them in a second.

The staff at Green Hill were very nice and took good care of me from check in to check out. Everyone knew what they were doing and explained everything to me as they went. I never felt like I was treated poorly or made my questions seem like a bother to them. Dr. C went into great detail about the issue I came to him with and immediately had an idea of what to do. Even though this caused for a longer appointment time than normal, I was very satisfied with the game plan for my treatment.

I started going to this practice in the summer of 2020. Everyone was friendly and professional. I havent had any problems with billing like Ive had with other practices. I have only seen Andrea Maurice, but so far really like her. She has spent a lot of time with me, asks relevant questions and is willing to look into things that shes not familiar with. Shes also got a good sense of humor. And I love the location. They are in an old school which I really like. Its very clean and comfy.
