This company messed up and aren’t doing anything to resolve the problem. They added a different cheer team to our cheer teams photo album. They won’t remove the photos or adjust the price for there being 25 photos of our team from a two day event. Sorry USA cheer gym -this company is trying to sell us your kids photos.

I dont normally leave negative reviews but in this case I felt compelled to do so. If I could not give a star at all I would. I understand Varsity Brands wanting to try a new photography company and I also understand that it is not easy to capture live sports (I have a background in photography so I understand this). We just attended one of the largest cheerleading competitions over this past weekend in Atlanta. What I am upset about is that the Day 2 photos of the team that my daughter is a part of are missing. They are no where to be found and I have sent multiple emails & web chat requests with no response from RT Productions. You CANNOT call them which is probably wise due to all of the issues that I have viewed everyone reporting.The best way to ruin your business is by horrible customer service and I am sure after this competition season is over, Varsity will never utilize this company again. The last message that I have sent to them today, now three days later from when I first messaged them was a demand in a response. This is my daughters senior year and last year to compete and this awful company has definitely put a bad taste in everyones mouths.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase any photos from them!

Horrible, horrible photos. So disappointed that Varsity has picked this company to do action shots at comps. 90% of the photos are of the same 3 kids...like 10 shots in a row of them just standing there. Then the other 10% are of the whole mat but so zoomed out you cant see anything. Whole pieces of the routine arent even photographed.Save your money and dont buy from them!!!

The majority of the photos were blurry. Over half were shots of the same child. It was very disheartening that the parents could get better photos with their phones than what we paid far to much money for!!

Majority of the photos are very blurry and repeated if I wanted a photo album with blurry photos I would have had my toddler take the pictures, for a $135 album with repeated blurry photos is outrageous would not recommend this company to anyone!
