This location has gone downhill. It was always disorganized though this year the staff is hit even friendly.

Service was great, prices were great, selection was great! My husband walked out of there with 2 pairs of boots for less than what 1 wouldve cost him at the Timberland outlet store and one of those pair made him feel like he didnt have any on! He was so very happy with his purchase. Get the coupon book from the outlet office as it saves you a little more money.

Love the selection of footwear at the store. However seems like I have a hard time mashing up there buy one get one free shoes in my size.

Nice quality shoes, but while this was at an outlet mall, prices were not discounted. Same deals as any other place.

I like the store itself. The Male that was working was very nice and even more helpful. But the two women were were rude and they followed me around like I was trying to steal something and neither of them ever asked if I needed help. Because of that I dont know if Ill go back to the store or not.

Always finding something I like and that constant BOGO sale is pretty awesome. I usually spend around 80 bucks here. Id much rather pay that for two pairs versea one pair.

It was great service the manager I believe went around to ask many customers were they ok . I just love great customer service.

Nice place but they had limited size ranges.Most of the shoes were available in whole number sizes only. And wide width were in a few sporting shoes only.
