(He took us back with open arms). He was my husband’s and his family’s realtor for many years. (Three years ago, he found us a condo to rent, with a very kind landlord). And what we could not do in 10 months, he did it in 2 months! So we got our house as a Christmas gift. We did not equip ourselves with prior knowledge about home buying, but he made sure we were informed and safe at every stage of the transaction. It was also important to stick to what you can afford, and he made sure he was advising us based on affordability. He provided us with a variety of options, and did a lot of research on the houses up for sale. When problems rose up, he knew how to troubleshoot. He even went beyond a mile, helping us source the most economical fumigator. He has a tenacity to pull everybody involved in the transaction, hurdling all obstacles to reach the finish line.
