I had John one of the mobile auto locksmiths out to me to have a look at my car that was having alarm problems. John spent alot of time trying to work out what was going on. He ended up cutting and re programming two keys for me. After Jhon made a few phone calls to get some more information on whats going on he worked out its in the electricals a loose or dirty connection. So I now need to take it to an Auto Elect. I just want to say thank you very much John for going above and beyond with your customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone in the future. 🙂👍

Needed to get 2 car keys cut to code, the staff were not only very courteous but also extremely helpful. The pricing I have to say was excellent.

Needed battery replaced in a car remote key, gave them a call and asked if they could help, answered promptly, drove down, got served by a lovely girl, price was cheap and was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Will recommend to others not only for the pricing but also the customer service and professionalism. Wouldnt bother going to a shopping centre locksmith again.

Your customer service needs work guys, to not respond to a message on Facebook is unacceptable in this day and age. It was a simple question which only needed a yes or no answer, very disappointing.

Called in yesterday to get a price for 2x barrels with matching keys. Sent in photos via email and spoke to Andrew on phone. He gave me a price which was satisfactory and advised to come in today they would be ready in the morning. Arrived and waited, brought in the old one to match, after waiting 30 minutes, he comes out and says hes giving me more expensive ones because they dont have the ones he quoted, this was after he cut the matching keys. Well, you should told me before you cut the key because I could have just gone somewhere else, or bunnings as they had quoted the same price to do the same job and not wasted my time.Drove all the way to Dandenong and waited to be told that they dont have the product they quoted and made me come in for, and instead of fixing their mistake and giving me the locks for the same price they wanted to charge me an extra $40 dollars for the "better" lock. Totally unacceptable and a waste of time.

Very good service at frankston dandenong RdThe female locksmith can reset a lock with her eyes close.I have been to this shop several times and they dont waste your time.I travelled from cheltenham to Dandenong to get 3 locks recoded and they did it on the spot.Thats why I will keep going to this shop.The surrounding locksmiths in Breaside and cheltenham told me it would be a 4 hour wait with no garrantee it will be done.Just went to there new location, so easy now to park at the shop and have noticed more staff, the key to this business is their wide range of products.The other day I required a cam lock and sure enough the young bloke goes in to the store room full of locks and comes out with a cam lock.The new location is greatUpdate 15/4/2019Just needed another key the female serving was cutting the key faster than I could get my card out to pay.Really appreciate the fast and pleasant service.Good service deserves credit due.

Excellent Service, fantastic staff - I needed office cabinet keys cut, Bunnings couldnt help, and I tried another local locksmith who stuffed me around and then never got back to me, even after a follow up call and email. These guys made it super easy, I called ahead and they told me to come in with the keys i needed copied. They didnt have matching blank keys (as it is an obscure Chinese branded key), but she used one that was very similar and had worked in the past, she made 3 copies of 2 keys but charged me nothing as she couldnt guarantee they would work, and said if they dont work, let her know and shell order in the Chinese branded blanks I needed, and advised me that they may take 3 -5 weeks to come in. They didnt work in the end, but I still couldnt be more impressed with the service I received from these guys.

So my house got broken in to And after speaking to a few friends they all told me to go see kara from rams in dandenong, after 3 people recommending the same person it was kind of a no brainer.... upon meeting kara i could see what all the good feed back was about, very friendly and knowledgeable if i could add more stars I would.... she also gave me great ideas suited to my situation that I would not have thought of.... Great job rams dandy u guys are great...

My vu ute ignition locked in accessories a common problem as i found out thanks heaps for the speedy service.Daniel was there in 20 mins from my call and had me back on the road in 15 minutes awesome i highly recommend this company thanks again cheers

Went in to get a key cut and a staff member told me they wont cut keys purchased from the internet as it may brake their machine, They dont have a way of conducting a hardness testing so they dont cut keys unless purchased from them, load of rubbish, seems like another made up scam just to sell their own keys, took it down the road to a different locksmith and he cut it under 5 minutes.

Been using them for years and always good service. Reasonably priced and timely service. Only complaint is that their mobile service is always booked out and also no parking.

Busy all the time, called them and got an appointment next year. Bad customer service. Never recommending to anyone.

Coded a pair of keys with imobiliser and remote door locking without a genuine master. Skilled guys and fair costs.

Have always found them to be very switched on and knowledgeable, particularly the female staff member whose name unfortunately escapes me at the moment.
