I didnt eat here but I I assume it was good

Good custom designed pizza, but hit a busy time I assume. Not so good service, slow & confusing, not sure Ill return for another try??

I had never heard of this place before, so I decided to give it a try. The woman who helped me was less than interested in assisting me. She appeared frustrated that I didnt know what I wanted after I said this was my first time there. The food was good, I liked it, but overpriced. No big loss that we dont have this restaurant where I live. Once was enough.

The food was bad. Cant wait to see what takes over once they move out.

The food was good and the service was just ok. My friend and I went in a half hour before they closed so Id have been a little upset too but the fact is they were still open. I did however kill a roach on their wall as I walked in. Normally I would have walked out but I was hungry. If not for the food being so good I would have give 1 or 2 stars.

So good I had to try another, but I did manage to hold off a week. the toppings are great every thing was great

Just recently visited Rapid Fire Pizza in Portsmouth, OH. The food was great and the workers very nice. My family likes this pizza better than the other pizza places in town. Looking forward to going back soon.

I rated this restaurant a 5 because it was quick, easy and only took about 5 minutes for our experience. They were professional at their jobs. Cheryl and Nora displayed great teamwork. The food was great and so was the experience

The pizza was good.The employees try to lead you when making a pizza of your own choosing.They try to limit you to one choice per category as they ask what you need from the next before Im done choosing from the first category.My pizza although was good tasting was very greasy and I feel nearly 9 dollars for that size pizza is excessive!

If I wanted to eat have cooked pizza Id said so,it was done on purpose,but hey when you have rude people working there an dont care bout how costumers feel thats what you get,we wont be back an all my coworkers at SOMC have had several bad experience these last few weeks

Horrible service! The girl managing at night made less than friendly remarks as soon as my group of two adults and three kids walked in. Then proceeded to stand 5 feet away from us commenting to a female coworker about people coming in. They had one other customer when we got here and nearly every table had crumbs and food all over it. Over an hour before they closed! We then found hair in our sons pizza. The only thing worth noting is the guy making the pizza was great with his service and was very nice. We never leave bad reviews for places, but the manager and her female co-worker made us feel unwelcomed the second we walked in. Not sure if we will return. 😡

Me and my family went here today. Food was good . Everyone was kind and courteous. The store was completely clean very well done. Parking was good .however this place is pricey. If you want a personal pizza and a drink per person . its going to cost you around $11 or $12. Drinks are $2 and some change . a personal Pizza is going to run you $10 not to mention the bag of chips that you made desire to eat with your pizza. I personally did not get a bag of chips so I dont no how much they were. I got their sub sandwiches which they do offer four different kinds a chicken and Italian forgot with other two were. plus they will add whatever you want for a fee. I got the Italian it was very good I paid $7 per sub. I wouldnt recommend coming here if youre looking to eat cheap.

This is probably the best pizza in Southern Ohio! Ive also ate at every rapid fire on the western side of Ohio, this is the best location by far!

Good food but Cheryl was very rude when she got our order wrong. Acted like it was my fault and was huffing and puffing and was snappy towards us.

The staff were super nice and patient! It was our first time eating there but it wont be the last! Its like subway for pizza!

Had a custom choice calzone. Ham, ricotta, pineapple. It was very tasty however I wouldnt add the pineapple again it just isnt the same as when its on a pizza, my fault. The dough is really nice. The husband loved his custom pizza.

Love this restaurant. The staff are very friendly and polite. Its always clean. The atmosphere is great.

Me and my mom got salads and they chopped them up so fine that it was Moore mush then a salad. But at least the pizza was good.

The food was okay but I called to inform them that they had forgotten to put 3 cups of sauce in the bag for my order and I was told that I hadnt ordered sauce with my food, I assured her that I had and told her I had a receipt and was still told I was lying. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told she was the manager so I asked for her name and was hung up on. I ,then, called back 3 times and finally got an answer and asked again what her name was so I could report it to corporate and she screamed very loudly "MY NAME IS ARIZONA!!! ARE YOU HAPPY?!?!" I proceeded to ask what the corporate number was and was hung up on again. I had to find the number on Google to report her. If she really is a manager at this establishment then they need to train their managers better. I have never been treated like that by a fast food employee.

Some of the best pizza around. Very professional and friendly staff. My wife and I love how we get to pick what we want on our pizza.

Cant believe how good their vegan pizza was . Their system is awesome. They do things the way it should have been a long time ago . Also, heated up per their recommendation is excellent.

Myself and a co-worker ordered online to save time for our lunch break, literally all three items were wrong. Spicy sauce on the pizza that made it to hot to eat, cheese on the garlic bread for a lactose intolerant person, and ordered mac n cheese online but got pasta noodles with cheese on them......I never call or complain, but I did this time. I was told I could bring the food back to exchange it......to bad I only get 30 minutes for lunch and we are 20 minutes away. Not going here ever again.

Love this place it’s always fast and good. Pizza is always fresh and all the pop you want. Line moves fast and you can get a beer if you want. Place is always clean and music playing and a good environment to have a good bite to eat. Price is always fair and if you google you can find coupons

Well. A girl that didnt have a gluten allergy insisted on the gluten free pizza. When asked if she had an allergy, she said no. They were short staffed with new people but doing the best they could.

First time Ive ever been here. Was a great experience staff was friendly restaurant was very clean. Food was excellent. Love the spot where you poor your own sauces to dip your pizza in. Will definitely be back.

Just tried this place for the first time last week and I’ve been back twice. I love it! Such a great addition to cuisine in Portsmouth. I love you can make your own pizza and have it cooked while you wait. Lots of toppings and sauces to choose from. I love ordering online and having my order ready to pick up. Great place!! My new favorite!

I have been there three times. The food (calzones and pizzahas been okay, but pretty salty and overpriced. The online ordering is quite cumbersome and usually messes up in one way or another. Each time, they have not given me the right amount of sauces. One time, they did not give me any.The only reason I have ever gone there is because of the coupons they send in the mail. The first time, there was no problem using one. The second time, they neglected to give the money back even though I entered the coupon code online and they said they would credit me when I picked up the order. The third time, they refused to honor the coupon since it was an online order. Im not sure what the purpose of allowing you to enter the coupon code online is if they wont honor the code for an online order. The coupon did not say for dine-in only, either.I will not go back since they have cheated me in some form or another during each of my three visits.

Upon my first attempted visit to Rapid Fired Pizza, I discovered the telephone is outdated technology. Apparently, they only take orders online. As an elder millennial, I certainly embrace 21st-century technology, and I frequently order food online, but this customer service policy is absolutely ridiculous. Why did you answer the phone if you weren’t going to take my order? Why do you have a phone at all? You’ve now lost a customer who didn’t even sample your pizza. Luckily, Fred’s Pizza Express still appreciates my business and, once again, completely satisfied my pizza craving. I hope you enjoy my online review.

I love that they have gluten free options, for a celiac suffer thats gold! We love that each pizza is made special order, excellent service and fast n tasty pizza. Great family friendly place.

I love pizza so this was right up my alley! Its a build your own pizza place (kind of like subway, but for pizza!)

I am leaving a low review because there is no consistency in the visits I have made to this store. I have been there 6 or 8 times since they opened, some of those times, I get in and out with an excellent pizza, one time I left with a doughy crust, and more than once I have waited in line forever because they only have 2 people working. One Sunday I arrived about 4 pm, there wwre 2 people working and another employee there but on break, I waited 20 minutes for 9 pizzas to be made ahead of me, and finally left with no pizza because I had somewhere to be. Otherwise, I have been to a few rapid fire locations, and Rapid Fire itself is amazing. I can get a very healthy lunch a great price ( 7.50 for a pizza with as many toppings as you could pile on.)

We have went to this location twice now. Each time the staff has been very friendly and approachable and the food was fresh and great! Multiple dink options as well. Would prefer a larger alcoholic beverage selection though.

Great tasting, fast, and customizable pizza! There are so many options! They also have a sauce bar for additional sauces you can put on top that even lists suggestions for which sauce to use on whatever pizza you got. The restaurant is also very nice inside. I live over 30 minutes away and I will drive just to eat there. 😅

Love this place as far as service and efficiency goes. The food this time around was not as good as it usually is. I did get the exact same pizza I usually get, a bbq chicken pizza. I dont know if it was cooked too long or a different recipe for the sauce but it just did not taste the same. My boyfriend said his pizza tasted different as well. He got a regular meats pizza.I did try out the strawberry flavored mountain dew. That was delicious. Maybe it was just an off day.

Great pizza at a great price. Lots of topping choices for no additional price. The ordering style is similar to Subway and the food is typically ready to eat in 5-10 minutes and there is an app for takeout orders so its a great for a quick lunch. Dining in is great for both small and large groups. Only downside is that parking can be precarious by the nearby CVS doesnt seem to mind people using their lot.

Rapid Fired Pizza is one of if not the best pizza place in Portsmouth. Building your own pizza for about 8 bucks with any toppings you want on it is a good deal for the quality of pizza you are getting. Which is very good.The average time to get the said pizza is about 10 minutes, which is one of their selling points but honestly regardless of time its worth the wait. The staff has always been nice here and the building has been well kept. No complaints from that at all.They also have a plethora of sauces to dip your food in which are always frequently filled and worth your time to try with your pizza or pepperoni sticks.The only thing that is inconsistent here is the Pepsi machine. They are no where near the quality of Cokes but Im going to blame Pepsi for this since its always inconsistent.Rapid Fired Pizza is a must try at least once for people driving through Portsmouth. You wont regret it.
