Great variety to chose from with good prices. Ryan was great to work with, helpful, answered all our questions, also gave us space we needed to look at all options and talk about it. We ended up purchasing mattress and living room furniture!
Although the item I selected was not part of the sale this week the finance options were exceptional. This more than made up for the item not being on sale. As usual they always seem to have what I’m looking for and the service was excellent and expedient!
My salesperson, Patty, was great. She helped me consider many configuration options for the bedroom set that I wanted.

Knew what I wanted, walked in, was helped with my purchase, walked out in under 20 min. Sofa was delivered 2 days later.

Lou was very helpful and patient with me and my mattress and 2 sofa purchases. He was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot about the company and furniture in general. I will definitely return when I need more furniture. All my items were on sale too- - the mattress was 50% off! Delivery is Monday. Can’t wait!!

I love Raymore and Flanagan furniture. However I felt very pressured as I was trying to look at furniture. First the salesperson said she’d let me look and to let her know if I had any questions. Low and behold she returned and started questioning me and pressuring me. I canceled the order I felt pressured to buy. I think I’ll shop on line from now on.
No pressures sales an not hovering over you yet checking on occasion to see if you need help or assistance. When explaining things, it was very plain an to the point not a lot of bull that could be mis understood. Salesman Ryan is a person i would want to work for me if i were in business. I would give him 6 stars if i could.
Had a pleasant experience at the store and the sales associate was very professional and friendly. I did not feel pressured into purchasing furniture. I was given space and time which a lot of furniture stores do not do. I also found what I was looking for and needed within my price range . Overall It was a good sale and I am a happy customer.
Nice place, the front guys are kind and patient. A lot of options. Delivery time could be an issue but quality is really good.

He hears my needs and always matches me to furniture I find highly desirable. During the last visit, Mason met my needs by identifying a kitchen set that was instock and more stylish than my original request. The first portion of our delivery arrived on time with no problems. The guys that came and set it up were very pleasant and efficient. They were done quickly with everything looking great and they left no mess behind. Very pleased !! We are still waiting on one piece of furniture so we will see if the good record continues.
Overpriced mediocre furniture. I looked around and was clearly in need of some guidance. After 20 minutes of browsing without any help, I sought out an employee. I felt like I was not given very good customer service and the cs I was given, was mediocre, at best.
We appreciated our salesperson during our time at Raymour and Flanigan. He answered all of our questions, checked in on us frequently, but also gave us the freedom to shop without hovering and being pushy. Delivery was quick, efficient, and courteous.
We have never been to Raymour and Flanigan and decided we would try it and we are glad we did. It was a great experience from the minute we walked in the door. We were greeted by Tad, who walked us through the entire experience and did not pressure us. He was a great help. Tad is a true asset to your team.
I showed up to look at beds. The sales man was very nice to us! Came out with a bed/account but had to come up with a little bit of money.. (Got approved for x amount), Not a big deal!! We could do that. We put a little down to keep the bed etc.. it was nonrefundable. We were getting the bed so we were okay with it being nonrefundable. A few days later I received a letter in the mail stating my application has been denied....How can you sit there and tell someone in person that you have a credit of this, but you will need to pay that. Then turn around and deny someone after making a nonrefundable payment??I will never do business here again!
We have been looking for a new bed for awhile now. Due to health issues, we were being very picky about what we eventually would purchase. When we visited Raymour & Flanagan we were immediately greeted by Aneasha who kindly offered her assistance, or privacy to browse. I loved this, because I can’t stand pushy sales associates. After we looked around for awhile, I located her for some help. We found her to be very knowledgeable about all the beds we were interested in. Raymour and Flanagan is a beautiful store with a very large inventory. I would recommend them to anyone in need of furniture. Thank you Aneasha for all your help.
We have been customers for years with Raymour & Flanigan and recently purchased a new couch set.Tad, our sales rep was extremely helpful and professional. The best part was we had our couch set delivered within 3 days of our purchase! We would highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan and will continue to use them in the future!

Our salesperson Olivia, was fantastic. We didnt feel pressured at all and she took the time to talk with us and was very patient while we decided what we wanted. We didnt go in looking to purchase that day but we ended up purchasing almost all of the mattresses we needed because we felt comfortable and got a great deal on everything compared to other stores in the area.
I really enjoyed Lou. He allowed me to look around by myself so I didn’t feel rushed. When I asked him questions he found the answers. He directed me in the direction of what I was looking for. He was not pushy one bit and very polite. I will be back for a new mattress in the summer and I will specifically ask for his help. Also the ladies up front who take care of the orders and paperwork were so nice . It’s nice to deal with people who treat you as if they know you

bought a walnut table from the local (big flats NYstore in July. noticed a bubble in it in November and by the middle of November the bubble had broken and showed the glue board underneath. contacted store and they gave me the claims dept. number that I had to text, not talk, to. they said thank you and they would forward the pictures I sent to a technician. got word back that I caused the bubble by washing the table off too often with Dawn dish soap. you know, the one that people use to clean baby ducks caught in oil spills. when I told them that that wouldnt do they said they could get someone from their management team to call me in 24 to 48 hrs. when I told them I would be at home all day (day after thanksgiving 2021and that Mon they would have their table back in their parking lot, I got a call within 30 Min. then they wanted to put me out another 2 weeks before they could have someone come out and inspect the table. All this for a 4 month old table that my wife and I use only once a day for supper. pay off loans for furniture as fast as possible and never go back. hope this helps other people to see what kind of neighborhood store these (_!_are
We shopped for furniture all day with R & F as our last planned stop. The other stores had supply issues, delivery issues and no protection plans. R & F had our choices in stock, scheduled a delivery on the spot and sold us a comprehensive warranty. Sales rep Ryan was great, too.

Terrible experience. We have used Raymour and flanigan for many, many years and our latest was a very back experience. My husband was hospitalized at the time and they made it very difficult for him to order what we wanted. They were very worried about fraud and had to ask him 3 questions about things from 30 years ago. Then they denied him because he forgot something from back then.He felt terrible. He is a 100 percent disabled veteran who has never been been denied on any purchases. I even paid 1/2 down on the order and was financing a small amount. Raymour, I’m sorry but my business went elsewhere!!!!
We had a wonderful salesperson who gave us lots of information about the pieces of furniture we were interested in. If the sales person did not know she took the time to look it up and delivered helpful resources to consider. We had time to browse. Ended up buying a bed that was just right. I had not expected to purchase as I was just looking to compare. This was our third store and was given many different options. No sales pitch.
Very friendly - Worked with us until we found what we needed not rushing us - just a personal touch of caring. Very efficient and a pleasure doing business with them. We will recommend them to our friends that maybe interested in buying furniture in the future.
Visited the store in Big Flats/Horseheads, NY. The gentleman who helped us was EXCEPTIONAL. Very attentive to our needs. Not pushy. Listened to us and took his time with us. the side chair we purchased is perfect for us as well as the new carpet. Cant wait to show them both off to family and friends.
We went to R&F with the intention to just browse, since we visited a competitor and found what we thought we wanted.Glad we went, very pleased with the service and selection. We ultimately found a better quality living room set that was cheaper than the competitor and the five year warranty was cheaper also. And the set was in-stock, no six week to six month delivery.
Went in looking for a new mattress, wanting to try a few that we saw and could order online through the companies directly. We worked with Ryan at the Horseheads, NY location and he was fantastic. He listened to our needs and gave us great information. There was no pressure from him and he made us feel comfortable. We ended up ordering through Rymour & Flanigan instead of online like we planned because he was so great! Once we are ready for furniture, we will be going back to him!
I was very satisfied with my recent purchase at Raymour & Flanigan. Kimberly Yaw was extremely helpful. She listened to what I was looking for and guided me to multiple choices. She was very knowledgeable about the features of each piece of furniture. I was also very happy that I did not have to wait 4-5 months for my choices to be available as I found to be true in other furniture stores.
***UPDATE: the bed and mattress finally arrived 3 months later, most likely due to COVID. We got everything home and set up and almost immediately noticed sagging in the mattress. After dealing with customer care, who dont have a CLUE, someone from the service center came to inspect the mattress. Turns out we were never given a box spring! We were told the mattress was a hybrid mattress with a built in box spring and we didnt need a separate box spring. So, i refused to pay for a box spring. The store Mgr did compensate me with a gift card, but I still had to pay $26. Ok, no problem, whatever. Today, my husband went to pick up the box spring and the felt bottom was completely torn across inside the plastic. Easy fix? Mostly likely, just staple it back to the frame. BUT, WHY would you sell a product like this?? No, I did not report it to the store manager YET. My son has been sleeping on a screwed up mattress for weeks now. Throughout this whole ordeal, never once did anyone show one bit of remorse, no sincere apologies, nothing! Never even spoke to the salesman. We will NEVER do business with R&F again. We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and making a corporate complaint.‐-‐------------‐------------------------------------------------------------We were working with a salesman the previous weekend and were unsure of which bed we wanted to purchase for our teenage son. The salesman gave us his card when we left. We returned the following weekend wanting to look at a different bed. Upon entering the store a female salesperson greeted us and asked if we needed any help. I noticed right away she seemed very different. We told her we were just looking, which we were. We wanted to see if they had a particular bed in stock so we could get a better idea of the look and how well it was made. As we were looking for the bed, we ran into our salesman. He. Immediately asked if anyone was helping us or if anyone greeted us when we entered the store. We said no one was helping us but the lady did greet us. Seemed it was an issue because we didnt tell her we were looking for him. He was looking up the beds we were interested in and this lady walks up on us and just stares at us. Our salesman asked if he could help her and he said we were his guests and he was sorry. Apparently "sorry" because she greeted us at the door and didnt tell her that we were looking for the particular salesman, that we were just looking and we screwed her out of a sale! We found this experience extremely awkward and unprofessional. We werent certain if we were even going to make a purchase. Who knew that you couldnt just walk in and look before deciding to purchase.
