As a client I am very demanding like any person who is going to buy a property knowing that it will be your familys home, something that is the most appreciated and valuable thing that we have as human beings, my experience with this lady has been the best I have received from a sales agent she helped me sell my first house and buy a second property she has negotiated the best price for me as and the best interest now today we are going for the third property with Mayra López she is always available when I call her and I have questions. I recommend her for her great professionalism and attention, thank you Mayra.

We were unfortunately on the buying end of a purchase with Mayra & her sellers, and it was completely unprofessional (to say the least). She was several days delayed on documents & timely signatures, she lied saying documents were signed that had not been, she wouldn’t return the call from our realtor... and the icing on the cake, AFTER the papers were signed & filed as us being the new owners (which was at 12:15pmshe told her sellers they didn’t not have to be out of the house until 5pm that day. Has she never heard of the Warranty Deed— which states as soon as the papers are filed, it is no longer the previous owners home?!? Just beware working with her; unreliable, unprofessional, and many many small mistakes which could cost you your contract.
