Red Rooster Hoppers Crossing in Wyndham

Still has member benefits , the more U buy the more credits U get ,so eventually it will get free food, I dont believe any other fast food has I TT, so thats why continuing with them even though not Australia n company any more.

I cannot fault this Red Rooster, I ask for hot food, I get it...not like Maccas and KFC food which is warm, floppy and soggy most of the time... Tonight we had the Tropicana pack, the chilli honey chicken and the chicken pops (popcorn chick equivalent). The chips were hot and CRUNCHY, the chicken lovely and juicy, the chilli honey chicken - spicy yet manageable...the chicken pops are superior to KFC popcorn chicken, less coating and more chicken and less crumbs like KFC and more chicken. I didnt have to ask for serviettes, cutlery and MY PAPER BAG DID NOT BREAK like the thin rubbish the others use...Seriously it was a lovely meal and not often can you say that about take-away...Red Rooster chicken & chips ALWAYS tastes better...plus the service was excellent...a great store the Hopper Crossing one is - thank you

Customer service is good but quality of food is touch and go, food was uneadable last time I visited

Chips were cold and soggy. The wraps fell apart instantly, unlike other stores.

Very disappointed ordered box meal asked for spicy chicken got plain chicken it was so dry I will never go back again a waste of $16.70

The chicken we got was burnt u couldnt get any chicken at all. I have tried to contact the store and head office but no one will answer my calls.

Rooster roll and chips have improved in quality and taste. I wish they would bring the fish pack back though!

Disgusting, Staff with gloves on touching everything, touching ovens etc and then pushing food into containers to get the lids on. Touching their masks, scratches head with gloves on and then touches food. Have complained to register chick twice. Nothing has changed. Where is the Shift Manager? ?

Food is always hot. Not overcooked and they have the best potato and gravy.

Absolutely cooked perfect and the roll was nice and soft but crunchy really enjoyed my meal

Absolutely disgusting customer service! I ordered 3 lrg chips in my order and they were all half full and when I called up to complain the manager was rude and told me "they weigh there chips" dont even waste your money !

The store was bit busy but doesnt mean that staff should be rude. Not professional at all. Even politely they can ask customers to wait. Worst Experience.

Ive been coming to this RR many times over the last 10 years since moving out West. Have rarely had any issue with the food. Kudos to past and current staff. You do see a difference depending on which store you visit, and for me this has definitely been the most consistent.

Meal was great. Staff can be a little noisy but overall 5 stars :)

Ordered delivery from you guys. Was waiting an hour for my food and still havent got it, I did ring the store but no one picked up so I sent a message to your Facebook page and got a reply within seconds and the person I spoke to was so good. He/she got my address got in touch with the manger on duty and my delivery was sent and I got my food within 20 mins of talking to the person. I understand you were busy and thank you so much for your help! :)

Went though your drive thru tonight. The drive way is a bit Narrow but food and speed is good. Chips with not too much salt and not too little. Probably top 4 out of the red roosters I have visited over the past couple of months. Thanks :)

I use to go to the Williams landing store since it closed down I had to find a new store. This red rooster store on morris road is good, chips are just right and with the right amount of salt. I will be then happy to wait for fresh food always. I look forward to calling this store my go to place every week.

Bought a whole chicken, peas, gravy and a regular roast veggies. The attached pic is what I saw when I arrived home. No explanation, no suggestion of something larger? When I returned to the store today I was told that this was a regular veg. They dont have a smaller container and honestly this would not feed one person let alone two or more. I bought a whole chicken!?!Manned by teenagers with no training................. what should expect??Would not recommend to anyone.

Been coming here almost every week to get a roll, drink 4 butters and sometimes chips. Always great service and food.

Great staff. Clean store. Was served by a young boy, who was very helpful he also told me that I can order catering as I was feeding a lot of people and if I spend $100 or more I can get 10% which is great. I ordered the mega feast for today 8.10.2019 4:50pm but I will be back on Melbourne cup or maybe Christmas for this deal in catering. Thanks so much for your help!!! 😁

We asked for extra salt on chips, they put no salt . I rang manager he sent out chips with extra salt no extra charge within 20mins. A great service & assisted us after their blunder. A must to try & especially their home delivery service .

I was given the wrong order on 2 seperate occasions. Its a very small restaurant some may say its cosy with quite along wait for your average food.

Red Rooster is great, nice food clean eating areas....but did you know that they also have usb plugs in the walls next to the tables for phone charging purposes....I did not. So yeah, great idea.

Love eating here. I came in on Tuesday morning in drive-thru and was served by a young man name Jayden and had a nice chat with the man and who told me about his big plans with owning his own business and all. This guy knows how to bring business to this store. My wife has came in one night when he was working and training another boy and I hope to see him doing more of that, I hope one day this kid will make manger one day!!! Best food!!!

My order was ment to be at my houes at 5.30 didn’t show up until 6.30 drive didn’t apologise nothing when I called before hand to see how long it would be all I got was rude girl on the phone never again will order from here very late and very rude

Came in and got a legends mega box every part of it was amazing and i was also served by a very friendly young man called Alex.

5 stars, Everytime Im here, the staff are always friendly and get my order done quickly, good prices for a lunch time meal or even for the family. Enjoy coming here everytime.

Im a drive through customer and I am always pleased with my experience, the staff are friendly and my order is always fresh and never been wrong. Unlike a lot of other drive through experiences at other restaurants they always have serviettes in the bag.

Found this Red Rooster when in the area. Food was fresh and tasty but staff had system issues with recording purchase on our RED loyalty.I checked and it didnt work.

Really bad, havent been to Red Rooster in years, seem to remember it being quite good back in the day but seems to have gone down hill, chicken nuggets were lower than supermarket quality, chicken sandwich thing was really cheap quality, want my $12 back. Toilet was dirty, broken fittings, loose nails and screws laying on the floor, toilet lit smashed, syringe bin overflowing. I would suggest avoiding this pace
