Great people and the best place to take a gold wing
John was awesome! Took my Autistic son with me and he was not bothered by the 50 million questions. Wasnt able to get it for the price I was hoping but need accessories and he wheeled and dealer with me. Had a great experience will definitely go back in the future when ready to upgrade or if it needs work!
Had parts for my ko black bomber on the shelf.. Great service ...
My father and I needed a good place to service our goldwings and gave this place a try after hearing they had a guy that kind of specializes in goldwings. We were looking for a trustworthy place that had reasonable rates so we gave them a try. I took mine in for tires, brakes if needed, shaft drive gear oil change, and a basic once over and told them to do what they see fit. The work was done quite quickly, and I was very satisfied with the end result. They only replaced the back brakes and said the fronts were still good ( they could have changed them anyways to make a bit more $ but they didn’t). They replaced a few other minor wear items also, and even noticed I had a fog light out and replaced that while they had it apart. They went above and beyond with small things like oiling up the kick stand, and center stand which was much appreciated as it goes up on to the center stand much easier now. The salesman was very friendly and helpful, as were the owner and his wife who we also dealt with. The mechanic went over with us about what he did and why. Overall it was a great experience and I was happy with the price. I would highly recommend giving these guys a try! I’ll be back!!!
Showed up unannounced with a job for him during last few hours of business. He got it done with some time to spare. Honest man, honest work.
Good people, good product, great to work with. My one stop shop.
If they cant fix it it cant be fixed!
The gentleman that helped me. Was very smart and knew what he was talking about. Great service think his name was John Reitenour
The people there were really help full. They didnt seem like they had to sell the bike that day. Gave me tips on what kind of bike I would like based on what I want to do.
John and Lane are fantastic! First class service!
Great advice based on years of riding. Service is Honda only.
.Helpful staff. Super cool bike shop. Fun to stop by if you like old bikes. This is the place to go to keep your old metric motorcycle on the road. They have new stuff as well.
The guys were super helpful and nice. They figured out my bikes problem in 15 seconds and then told me how I could fix it for way cheaper.
Knowledgeable, courteous staff and service department. These guys are the real deal!
Called to buy a vintage bike and the person on the phone was rude and talk to me like he did not care if he sold anything.Cash in hand and you blew it.
Bought a bike here two years ago. They told me it was recently serviced and ready to go. Took it in for its first service last year at another dealer and was charged almost 900$ for a routine oil change and carb clean. Turns out the bikes carburetor was messed with by whoever previously owned it and needs replaced. The bike now needs a new carburetor and the bright people at the shop didnt catch such a big problem doing the supposed maintenance on this bike. The biggest selling point that had me on this bike was that the salesman said he knew the previous owner. So I thought good, they wouldn’t monkey with anything internal with the bike unless they were qualified. I was wrong and now I have to pay the price.
Great place for keeping a classic Honda bike on the road!
These guys love bikes ,old, vintage, race, street, cruiser, all makes all years are serviced here,. Thats way above the typical bike shop, these guys know their stuff.Great prices on all parts

Great place for local service
I found the staff knowledgeable and friendly. The time spent here brought back memories of my first motorcycle.
Rope Start on Mower broke mid mowing. Redline Honda took it in and repaired same day. Great people, friendly, and efficient!
Great place to get odd wheels and tires mounted!
Best place in town for your Honda motorcycle needs!!
Very knowledgeable employees
John took time from his busy schedule to find a spring for the carb on my Honda motor. Small part, but was a big deal to me. Great service! Thanks!
Excellent place to get parts for anything honda!
Very well treated and very knowledgeable on my wing
Very helpful. I will be going back to do more business for sure
Very friendly and down to earth staff. Enjoyed my visit!
Very knowledgeable with vintage bikes. Parts come in quickly and prices are competitive. I will be a lifelong customer for sure.
Will not return to redline and I strongly advise anyone else not to. For starters, the guy always behind the counter is super rude. He recently began raising his voice, practically yelling at me to buy something. I work in sales, and thats not how you do it. His behavior is seriously disgusting. The guys who service the bikes are actually nice. As far as the work done on my bike, they somehow made it worse than it went in BOTH times I took it there for the same problem. Before I took it to them I had my suspicion that the problem was a simple clogged petcock, but I know NOTHING about motorcycles so I didnt risk it. After going in twice, I was charged total just over $500, one charge on the receipt was for a "clogged petcock screen" for around $30, I cant remember exact price. Recently, after still having said problem, I pull out my petcock to look at it. They literally tore off my screen. I was charged to let them tear off my screen. Sure enough I bought a brand new peacock, put it on, and my bike now runs like a champ. So I basically threw $500 down the drain for these guys who apparently know so much to fix my bike, just for them to screw up and let a newb like me do a better job than they did. Thanks redline.
From management through every employee in this shop, Redline personnel radiate professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Redline came under new management in the past year or two, and while I have no experience with the previous owners, the new folks have apparently kept their uber-experienced staff in the store. Whatever it is that I want or need in a motorcycle shop, I WILL find it at Redline. I know that I will find the best products at the best prices, sold by the funniest, nicest, smartest Honda-people in this area.
These guys deserve an A+ for service and professionalism!
I cant speak about their mechanical service, but their customer service, friendly demeanor and AMAZING line up of classic Hondas is impressive. Best shopping experience Ive had in Ft Wayne, and Ive to a couple of places.
Great new owner, really knows his vintage bikes. Not only are all his guys friendly, but they are knowledgeable. Lots of cool bikes and parts (they even let you look through their stockpiles for old parts like a vintage yardTheyve got got fair prices on their bikes, and they have a lot of great ones - no junk. I was just going to stop by for a few minutes and ended up there for over an hour hanging out.
First trip to Redline since the new owners took over. What a HOOT they should charge admission. If you like Honda’s this is the place to visit. I spent 30 min just looking at all the restored bikes (all for sale). They even had my first bike (1966 90cc)! I know what used rice burners are valued at and their prices are right on the money. They carry all the OEM parts at the normal Honda prices. They still have one of the TOP MC mechanics in the area and (at lastthey specialize in working on old bikes. I had a heck of a time finding a Honda shop that would help me work on restoring my 81 GL-1100.Their maintenance per hour rate is slightly below the Fort Wayne going rate @ $75 per hour (vs. $80-$90 per hour at the Honda box stores). Both the owners are Honda Nuts and it shows. Great place to buy $750 to $2,000 machines and they also have the BIG ticket $12-15,000 Gold Wings as well and they take consignments (I don’t know the %). Nothing new, all used and the staff knew their “stuff”.
I am on a road trip and had a few problems with my Shadow - growing pains from so many miles recently. I was referred to Redline. They really took care of me. They very very quickly diagnosed the issues and got to work setting me straight. The mechanics and staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful, and even gave me tips for later on things to look for to prevent a major failure. For example, my ignition switch is going out, but does still have a good deal of life left in it. The mechanic told me what to look for to predict its failure before it actually goes out and leaves me stranded. They even looked over my bike and checked fluids, tire pressure, preload, etc. in order to give me a heads up if anything was wrong. They never tried to push any services on me that i didnt need, and took a second to make sure they had a complete list of the services I wanted so that they didnt waste any billable time and cause me to spend more than my budget allowed. These guys are great, and I would be a permanent customer if I lived in the area.
Ive spent a lot of money on parts here and never had any problems. I took my bike in for an issue and basically told them I just wanted it fixed, didnt really care about cost as thats not an issue but they kept telling me how to try and fix it myself. I dont have time to do anything beyond basic maint. Just kind of odd they were pushing biz. away. Not good in a tough economy.
