Reflections in Cerro Gordo County

This is the best place to get my hair done! I have been going there for 23 years! The stylists are current in types of haircuts, and they are all so nice!

I would highly recommend Reflections Salon! We used them for our wedding and had a great experience. They did the hair and make up for me, but also two bridesmaids, two moms, and two sisters. We were able to bring in whatever food and drinks we wanted that morning and it was a very laid back, fun experience. I really appreciated that they were able to accommodate all of us. And it was affordable! My Mom and I got our nails done the day before the wedding at the salon, and then on the day of the wedding Patrick styled my hair and Deb did my make-up. Both turned out wonderful and I was very happy with everything! Thank you for a great experience!

I loved my first visit to Reflections! I had dropped others off many times but never allowed myself the pleasure of a brow wax and a cut until then. Patrick is a wonderful person. I just talked his ear off as he massaged my head and hair and fought battles with my eyebrows. I loved the result and I dont often flat iron my hair, but I like the sleek look of it.

Had a Brazilian blowout with Ms. Jill as my stylist. Totally loved the results! Staff are very polite and courteous.

Nice and lovely place! I booked an appointment last minute, but they were kind and found a spot for me. Waxing was not painful and the lady knew what she was doing. Definitely recommend this place for any waxing!

I have been coming to Reflections for years and can’t even explain how wonderful every single person there is! I live 2 hours away and still come back for my appointments with the amazing Patrick. Hands down the best salon in North Iowa and the Twin Cities for that matter!

Had an appointment for 5:30PM for a cut and color. Got a call at 5PM that she was running late and asked if I could come at 6PM. I showed up at exactly 6PM and no one was at the front desk to help me. I waited a few minutes in the lobby area to see if anyone would come to the front.No one ever did. I then went back to my car to wait. (Due to COVID, she should have called or texted me to come in...so I figured I would wait a bit longer I waited in my car until 6:20 and then I finally left....They expect us to be on time for our appointments, they should be as well. I get texts and calls days before my appointment to make sure and confirm with them. My time is valuable too...I waited for almost an hour and a half for services I never received.

My appointment was scheduled quickly and easily. Jill, the stylist who cut my hair, did a great job!

I called on Thursday and got an appointment on Friday. Jill did exactly what I wanted. I love my new cut and love the color. Live this salon. I would not go anywhere else!!

I thought everyone was SUPER friendly, but the pedicure price was quite high. Not sure if I will return. Nice salon.

I had asked around a few places about how much it would be to get my hair to a gray ombré. My friend called Reflections last month and asked how much it would be with how dark my hair is. They said $150. My cousin and I went IN the salon and asked how much it would be. The OWNER told me $150 and that it would take a few sessions. I said ok. I asked if it was one payment and she said yes. So I made an appt to get my hair done. When I went in for the first round of bleaching I paid the girl that did my hair the $150 plus tax which was $160.50, and AGAIN I asked if it was a one time payment. I made another appt for the next lightening of my hair. When I went in that time she did my hair and when I was going to leave and she told me my hair was at the finished product when I had showed her what I wanted that was no where near that. AND she told me I owed her another $160.50! So I was very upset and I didn’t know what to do because they lied to me. So I had no choice but to pay them. I went home and told my mom so we went back and the OWNER told me I misunderstood and when I told her she said one payment she told me “one payment per appt and I would assume anyone would know that.” She only gave me $75 back of the $321 I paid them and some USED shampoo that hasn’t done anything to my hair except make it brassier. My hair is unfinished and I paid $246 for them to bleach my hair!! I could have done that myself for $20! This is ridiculous! I don’t have very much money and I asked my mom to give me the money for my Christmas present so when I had to pay more all of my own money was gone too. They took advantage, manipulated, and lied to me. I would never go back and I hope no one else does too. Don’t let them screw you over too. My hair is 4 different colors too. Uneven work, unfinished, and a waste of money. Had I known it would be $600 to get my hair completely how I wanted it the process would have never even started. My hair is no where NEAR how I wanted it whatsoever!

I was blown away by the quality of service (cut, color, wash, and styleat such an affordable price! Becky was sweet and conversation was easy.
