If I could give them a 0 I definitely would! I had an appointment at 2:30 and I got there around 2:20ish for a manicure the women that does the manicure came up and told the girl next to me to come on back. I waited a little bit longer, and it got to 4 and I asked asked one of the ladies that worked there how much longer it would be cause I had an appointment at 2:30 and I’ve been sitting here forever. She went back and asked the lady how much longer it would be, she come back and says “she said it would be about 30 more mins, do you want to wait or do you want me to make you another appointment” ummm 🤔 obviously appointments does not matter!. I will not be going back!😤😤

I would give 0 stars if I could! Got my hair cut by Kim last Thursday. She didn’t wet it just started chopping at it dry. I thought it was odd but, I’m not a cosmetologist. Figured she knew what she was doing. She asked if I wanted it curled I said sure.She lets me take a quick look at it an she starts curling it. So I never seen what a hack job she done to it until after I washed an dried it a day later. All she was supposed to do was cut the dead ends off. Now my hair has a angle goin where it is longer in the front than the back. When I push all my hair to the back it’s so uneven. looks like a child done it. Random pieces longer than the rest some way shorter. I would add a photo if I knew how. Before anyone asks no I’m not giving them a chance to fix it. If they can’t do it right the first time then they done need to do it.

So today I had the pleasure of having Kim Arnold do my hair for the first time. Im new in town and was very nervous I have really long hair and wanted it frosted super blond and a cut. My knees were knocking nervous when I got there but she was so friendly and very knowledgeable. The salon is super clean and she made me feel right at home . I absolutely love my hair and my new salon and stylist. #hookedonkim

I like the haircuts and eyebrow waxings 😂, my earrings were a little expensive once but I suppose it couldve costed a lot more at some other place.

Spa experience

I went to reflections years ago and was best dissatisfied with not hair cut. I went for a pixy abbys for a buzz! But I also went this year and my daughter & I were seen within a few minutes of walking in, without an appointment! I got a bob abbys was very satisfied with it!(thanks Jen!Im thinking of getting my nails done today. There prices are reasonable as well.

Very rude. Especially who I believe was the owner, Donna. I guess she thinks she can treat people however she wants because she owns the place.
