Good, safe, and secure place.

Very great storage, but selections and not so pricey with security cameras for that extra security.

Its the best storage i have ever seen. The owner is also a very humble man.

I contacted Jeff on sat may 27th and spoke with him about renting a storage unit. I explained to him how my family had to be out of the current house by the 31st and move in the new would not be until the 2nd, we only needed it for a few days but knowing it was a 30 day rental I had no problem paying for what they needed even though it caused a financial issue, at that time it was our only option, I paid the $99 rent and at the same time gave him the 30 day notice. My dad passed away on the 30th of April and my fiance was taken in critical condition to the hospital on the 17th of April and is still currently there just to clarify our financial issues at the moment. I contacted Jeff today May 29th and explained to him that my family is able to move in today so we no longer need the unit, keep in mind that the only time we stepped foot on the property was too look at the unit. We have not put anything in nor locked anything up, I simply asked if he would be willing to refund the rent of course pro-rated for the 48 hours. He of course said nope absolutely not. I said do you not have any compassion he said obviously not. I begged him to just help out. If my family would have used it fine whatever but we didnt touch it. What a greedy cruel heartless world we have become!

Owner is helpful. I had to get 3 units and he made sure I was taken care of.. building is clean secure.

The owner Jeff is great to work with he has been very helpful with storage needs that my work requires and the units are safe and secure overall a great place!

Regency has been a great place to store my stuff. It has a wide range of hours and dual layer of security. I work out of town and Jeff has been able to help me process my payments on time despite my schedule. Ive enjoyed the service and its been hassle-free.

Ive been renting a storage for a few years now, everything has been great and the owner is very nice. No problems at all. Not bad for the price.
