wow wow WOW.... Purchased 3 Trek bikes from another business and customer service was not the greatest. So, since I live locally-I stopped and met the owners of Rehoboth Cycle. WOW talk about customer service. They have helped me continually with my various bike needs-even though I did not purchase the bike from them. (Trek Marlin 8 REDwas not available when I needed it. I would never go to another Bike store other than Rehoboth Cycle. They have helped with buying bike rack, accessories and even a bike bag for travel, even though they do not sell. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE...We did purchase and electric bike from them-I wanted to just buy any electric bike-Katie told me NO I WILL NOT JUST SELL YOU A BIKE without my husband trying it out first. I had to convenience him Electric was they way to go (covid survivor with leg complications and he is 55So, we went-Katie explained all the details and let him test drive several models and we purchased Allant+ 8S Stagger-he has never been happier!Support this truly MOM and POP bike store where customer service is 100% TOP NOTCH!

Went there to get a new bike lock as ours would not open with combo. As we were getting ready to purchase the new one, Quinn (Wizard of Ozhad it open literally the second I handed it to him! He figured out the last time I closed it I moved the combo set dial changing the combo by one digit. Made our day! #customerforlife

A top-notch establishment with incredible customer service!!On a recent trip to Rehoboth, Nate & Kate’s shop serviced a flat tire on my rear hub motor electric bike (not a brand they sold). They were the only place In the area willing to help me. The other shops in the area said they did not work on any bikes not purchased from their Establishment. Not even for a flat tire.When I asked Nate if I could watch their mechanic fix my bike to learn what to do next time, he was happy to accommodate me. Their mechanic, Kale, even educated me along the way 😀If not for Rehoboth Cycle Sports, my weekend trip to Rehoboth would have been ruined.If you want honest Staff that provides outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Rehoboth Cycle Sports.

Yesterday you took my bike to have it fixed, they told me it would cost me $20. I went, I took it, the people there telling me it was ready. After 2-3 hours, the tire was deflated! I want my money back !

A great business to rent or buy from! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable people who helped me get the exact bike I wanted even with the supply chain/parts shortage. I would absolutely recommend them and their sister store in Lewes, who are just as fantastic.

I wish there was a way to give this shop more than 5 stars. They were absolutely the best in all categories, friendliness, professionalism, expertise and customer service. I took my bike in with a chain problem expecting to leave it for a few days. Before I could get the kickstand down the owner/manager and team were evaluating and workin on it. Seeing a sign for e-bikes I inquired about there popularity. The next minute I was handed an e-bike with the offer to take it for a spin which I did. When I came back my bike was ready and he even fixed my squeaky brakes. I went to check out and was told “no charge” and the owner/manager even helped my get the bike back in my car. What a great experience and I was having so much fun I forgot to get their names. Thank you!

We came down for vacation and the front wheel fell off my kids bike on the way. I stopped at Rehoboth Cycle Sports to see if they had anything in stock I could buy. The guy said he might have a used rim in the back that would fit. He went in the back and found it, took the tube and tire off a different rim and put it on this one. He then gave it to me free of charge and wished me luck. Great service and great people working here. Next time I’m in the market for a new bike or need service when I’m in town I will be back.

Its been a few months but during Memorial Weekend I found out Rehoboth Cycle had an Electra Townie 9D I was looking for. Called them on Friday morning about the bike and I would like to buy it. Bike was still in the box but they built it same day and I drove 140 miles to pick it up. I arrived and walked into the shop and the bike was sitting in the front of the shop all built and ready. I bought a rack for it and they installed it while I waited. I was really impressed with the overall service I received as they went above and beyond what they needed to do for me. Sorry I didnt post sooner but wanted to say thanks again for the great experience. It was well worth the 140 mile ride to pick up my Townie 9D.

Stopped in to get a couple of bike locks and repair my bike - the pedal crank was falling off. They have a good selection of bike locks and were kind enough to put my petal crank back on for free. They sell a variety of adult and child city style bikes. They also offer bike rentals so you can try before you buy.

Excellence all around. Family-run business. I rented a 21 speed bike for a day. 18.5 miles on a nice route. Friendly staff. Bike was well maintained. Highly recommend.

New owners are great, we ride the bikes every year we come at least once. This time they even had electric bikes, which was awesome to try on the trails to Cape Henelopen. Very friendly and helpful with everything.

We were in a bind. Spent the weekend and both our bike chains popped. So we walked them over and they were so nice to come out and fix them immediately. Not only that, but showed us how to correct it for the future. We’re so thankful for such great and helpful service!

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. My wife and I bought e-bikes from Rehoboth Cycle Sports and while Trek had backorders, they were very accommodating. I had a small issue with my bike and they fixed it for me on my schedule. Since I live in NoVa, that was super helpful. Other services around town (or anywhere nowadays dont give this level of service!! I highly recommend this retailer.

Want to give both Lewes Cycle Sports and Rehoboth Cycle Sports a shout out. Supporting local businesses is imperative at this time. We bought a couple of 18 speed Trex Verve 3 cruising bikes today. So glad we rented from them! The staff was friendly, professional, and informative; and they were super accommodating of our needs. The bikes were in great shape. They also gave us good dining advice, and the return process was quick and convenient.

The most remarkable experience I’ve had trying to purchase a Trek bike that is out of stock everywhere, literally. After calling bike stores from NJ, Delmarva down to O.C. I reached out to Rehoboth Cycle Sports.It was my lucky day. Nate said he had a Trek Marlin in order. Two weeks later I picked it up and had the happiest 14 year old grandson ever.You guys are amazing in everything you promise and then do. Thanks again..

My daughter and I rented bikes from here. Bikes were great and we were given advice on trails to take. It was a very hot day and my daughter was showing signs of dehydration on the way to Lewes. I didn’t think it was a good idea to ride back to Rehoboth. Mike the owner, went out of his way and picked us up in Lewes and brought us back to Rehoboth. He insisted on not getting paid and offered us another free half day. We will definitely be back and I will tell others to rent from Bike to Go.

We rented from there this morning and he gave us an awesome deal! He even gave us a map and showed us where to go on the trail. If in Rehoboth check it out!

My family and I rented bikes and went into the bike trail . The bikes were in excellent condition and were equipt with everything we needed We learned about the trails with the help and patience of John at the bike shop. He was patient with our many questions and took time to show us the map of the trails and how to get started. It was a hot day so the many water bottles we took came in handy. We also thankfully brought bug spray as it did get buggy along the way. We happened upon an old military base and learned about their role in WWII from the reps at the DE Parks Dept. We got a good workout, learned so much and had fun. Thanks Bikes to Go and John

Really friendly staff as well as good rates for the bike rentals. While we were renting the staff had a frusturated customer but they handled the situation very well and he left happier than how he had arrived.

My wife rented a tandem for us. The bike was in decent condition and they provided a lock, which was very useful. The lady in the shop had very good advice for our first tandem riding experience and even offered to swap it for two individual bikes if we didnt get the hang of it. Fortunately we didnt need to take her up on the offer. I would rent a bike from here again.

Great customer service I had a problem with my bike I consulted with these great folks on how I could correct the issue.They provided immediate information and even corrected my seat position which i had no idea was wrong. This immediately improved my ride which was actually painful due to the seat adjustment.As an older and larger rider I am considering purchasing a new bike. Based on this experience when I do buy I will be buying from here. I highly recommend you go and see these folks for your bike needs

Customer service was poor. Many other options to choose from in the area. I wont be a return customer here.

Overcharged us. Stated that we left at 11:30 although we left at 11:45. The time discrepancy was because we waited 15 minutes to pay, watched the computer crash, and then they said we can pay after returning.

Bikes were in excellent condition. They gave us a map with a loop following Junction and Breakwater railtrail to Lewes, then back through Henlopen State Park through the dunes and around the Gordon Pond Wildlife Area. Beautiful ride, we will be back for more.

Great customer service with an outstanding staff! Very knowledgeable about local attractions and the bike trail to Lewes. Quick friendly service with a smile even during the height of the season. You can even book your reservation on-line and they call with a follow up to ensure everything is set. Overall a great experience!
