Everubody does business with customers but only a few maintain a good customer relation and Reliance group is one of it...

They allow to take pictures. They dont keep 18 carat gold jewellery only 20 carat.

Went there to buy some gold jewlery for my wife. However the gold collections werent enough. Specially on the ring part. Ended up buying some diamond. The diamond store on the 2nd floor do have nice collections but the making charges are on the higher side @25% for ring and ear rings after discount.

I wish I could give zero rating.They are the worst u can get. I ordered a ring for my engagement . Paid 85% as booking amount. First they r confused how to tix the gold rate. Secondly on delivery day they gave different design. Useless

Well the uniqueness is less... Although I took my mother to buy regular day wear... I didnt find or there wasnt anything which like caught my eye. I will not say its bad. Behaviour and everything is superb. But inam just suggesting that there are other known big jewelers nearby. Try to see all and choose from the best option.Otherwise it good u can get majority of diamond and gold ornaments

I wish I could give Zero rating but there was no option. I had the worst customer experience at this shop. I would not say the salespersons were bad but the cashier or whatever whose name I guess was Mr Tapan is extremely rude, unpofessional and during my 4 days visit to the store he acted as if he paid for my jewelry.First of all I asked to give me the UPI Id or the bardcode screenshot so that I can pay online from my fiances account (who was sitting in other stateas my card had limited transection. But they did not let me take it so I dont know what lame reason. Second, they said if I provide check then the amount will be calculated as per the gold rate on which the check amount is deposited in the shops account. Like are you kidding me. Pre nonsense.As I had already booked my jewelry I had to bear with this nonsense anyhow. Then I submitted one ID proof of my fiance which he rejected saying it was unclear!. PS the copy i submitted online was pretty much clear. You printed it out unclear, get your printer resolution fixed!!Then I submitted the DL which the entire team rejected because they were dumb enough to not understand that all states have different DL format.I wasted 4 hours explaining it. I could not come out cause half of the money I had already paid.I dunno how a big name like relieance is coping up with such unprofessional and nonsense behaviour

The show rooms are very bad condition because there is no parking provisions. Further I am not visit this show room

I was there yesterday at 12 hr .Collections and designs are very impressive . Behaviour and Response of Sales Executives and all the stuff very well and impressive . Specially thanks to that Muslim girl Sales Executive for serving Coffee ( i am unable to remember her name thank you Miss...........

Today on our second visit to Reliance Jewels one staff Ms Preeti Rai tricked us with an empty box but somehow we checked it again and she couldn’t refuse and handed us our product. Be aware while shopping at Reliance. Unreliable Reliance. We think it’s a combined effort from few staff as another male member was trying to disrupt our attention.

They have good collection and give 20% discount in dhanteras.

Great customer service and the staff is very warm, had a great experience shopping here. Anwesha and Manoj were really wonderful and were at service the whole time.

Asking me to Remove Mask & show my Face in CCTV camera before entering the store in this Pendemic !! Are they Crazy !! Its like get infected we dnt care !! Non other jewellery is doing that !! Manik Chandra & Sons even offering rubber gloves for added protection but they are asking to remove mask you decide where u want to purchase your valuable!!! I m Just annoyed if was my mom or any elderly would have removed & risk getting infected !!

I just love their Collection.If you say pure gold then its the best you can get.Their collections are very specific and not like rest of the brand in Guwahati.

Bitter experience at the very first visit. I wouldnt recommend someone to visit unless you need it badly. Staff response is very bad, they wont put up a follow up with a customer after the sales. Even if a customer, asks for some help after the sales, they may utter sweet words but that remains a mere conversation just over the phone. Lastly Do Not opt for any Saving Scheme. It is not bad, but i wouldnt recommend because the customer support is bad and incase one wants to cancel the scheme they wont refund your valuable money. So as per me its not advisable but never mind others may have different opinion.

Well organised and well decorated and a showroom with an ample space. Staff is very humble and helpful. Collections are modern, premium and well crafted. Prices are a bit premium too. Overall recommended.

Nice place with professional people in guwahati to buy gold and diamonds ornaments...... But not for minimum budget people... All items are expensive and unique..... Minium products are more than 12000/. Use it for marriage shopping purpose and shop also sell investment policy to customers for full fill there long term goals.
