I’ve been scrapbooking for over 10 years and have stuck with Shannon from her old location to her new location. I always feel welcomed when I walk in the door! Shannon’s very accommodating and will help you with anything. I am truly grateful for her friendship.

Within a few minutes of walking in the door someone greets you and asks if youre looking for anything in particular. Always friendly and helpful and the selection is amazing!

Terrible customer service!!!! ZERO customers were in the store yet the owner or sales associate couldn’t be bothered helping me. I explained I wasn’t sure how the equipment worked and I would appreciate if she had the time to help, she seemed annoyed/irritated and totally disgusted. I’m going to spend money in this establishment, if she didn’t have the time or want to help than she should put a closed sign in the window! Stay clear of this place unless you want to be treated like trash!!! It’s the holidays, I would think she could’ve been a little kinder!!!

The owner gossips a lot . Not friendly over the phone. Tells people to look online, instead of her helping over the phone. The are not up to date at all in their scrapbook supplies. Only reason I give them two stars is because the crops are nice .
