I am always skeptical of dealerships. But Renn Kirby dealership has been awesome so far taken care of issues under warranty right away.
Service emission system notification was on when I dropped it off, when they called to tell me my service was completed when I asked what was the issue was with the notification they claimed the light was not on and they cleared my check engine light.After asking a bunch of questions, they did a diagnostic and said it was complete. I picked the truck up and the emissions notification and check engine light came back on the very next day. Now I need to return to the dealership for them to try and fix yet again. Update- service team after returning to the dealership fast tracked the failing part that was on back order and got my truck repaired and back to me with quicker than what they expected. Thanks to Kevin and Robert for getting involved.
The service department at Renn Kirby worked quickly and efficiently and got me back on the road very fast.
Very honest and fair dealership! They treated us like family from the very first phone call, all the way to delivery of our vehicle. We flew in and they even picked us up from the airport.
Great customer service but weird entrance. Its a maze of roadways to get to the dealership since you cant enter it from the highway and gps doesnt give correct directions to entrance.

Poor experience! I had to take my truck the very next day to a different shop! They weren’t prepared to do my truck when my appointment was scheduled a proceed to get an attitude with me a rushed through my service! Never again! I value my truck more than they did!
Honest, fast, friendly and straight to the point. I felt like a winner driving my new truck off the lot. It was well worth the drive in from out-of-state to get the truck I wanted. Id recommend Renn Kirby six days a week and twice on Sundays.

I recently sold my car to Renn Kirby via a KBB offer at this participating dealer. I was contacted by Brittany McMaster quickly and made an appointment. She went over my car and made me the offer I was looking for. I was in and out in 10 minutes. It would have been 5 minutes but there was another person there for the same thing so Brittany had to take care of both of us. When it came time to take the deal and drop the car off, Brittany really made it super smooth and quick. Since she already had a picture of my title, my check was waiting for me when I dropped off the car. I live close by so I even bummed a ride home.This couldnt have gone any smoother. Brittany gets 11 out of 10 stars! Give her a chance if youre thinking about selling your car. Highly recommended.John
I caught them trying to scam me out of $500 while purchasing a vehicle!! Be very careful, most people probably never would notice how they did this. After I caught them, they called it a "mistake" and had me come in to redo all my paperwork and essentially give me my $500 back. First of all, I dont believe my sales associate, Ken, had anything to do with this, and as mentioned in previous reviews, was great and easy to work with. However, during negotiations on the trade-in value of my car, I had to deal with Kens sales manager that day. I cannot remember his name, but he is not listed on their website. When he went back to his computer to print out another offer and raise the trade-in value at the bottom of the page, he also changed the middle digit of the purchase price at the top of the page which we had already settled on and no one mentioned this was to change. He did this in a very crafty way by changing $25,464 to $25,964. I didnt notice until I signed all paperwork and got home with the new truck. Luckily, I had snapped a picture on my phone of the of the original paper they showed me proving what they had done! They called it a "mistake". What a coincidence this number could change itself when it would not need to be re-entered in the computer? Also, strange how the hundreds place changed and not the thousands (too obvious and too big), nor the ten’s or one’s place which would not be worth the scam. Also, interesting that the price went up and not down! I feel bad for anyone who isnt bright enough to make honest money in this country and who apparently feel they need to cheat people to get by. Renn Kirby, do yourself a favor and fire the idiot who did this and promote Ken or any of your other honest sales associates to take on the role!
Scheduled waiting appointment because this is our only vehicle. Was informed when I arrived that a recall work would be done and vehicle would take at least 5 hours. I should have been notified prior to the appointment of this recall work being done since I had scheduled a waiting appointment specifically. Had to find a ride home as dealer stated drive was busy and rental or loaner was not offered. Appointment was for alignment and fuel filter replacement. Upon picking the vehicle up, coolant light remained on, safety restraint light was now on (this was newand vehicle still pulls to the right. Fuel filter housing was seized and broken so the expense was passed onto us even though we purchased an Ally protection plan with the vehicle. Plan is tied to VIN # and should have been checked into to see if this issue was covered. Obviously the filter wouldnt be covered but perhaps the housing. Highly disappointed with service and a $450 bill with no difference and now new dash lights on a $50k truck.
Everyone was pleasant and professional and the car was taken in for service soon after my arrival. The service work was done in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting area was comfortable and the coffee selection was outstanding. Thanks.
had 15,000 mile service scheduled. when completed only had completed oil change and tire rotation. had to put back in shop to finish service. under 15,000 mile service states they are to check air filter replace if necessary. I got charged for replacement air filter but air filter life was showing @ 80%. trying to understand at 80% life how i needed a new one or if they even put a new one in or just charged me for it?? Windshield wiper fluid was low and indicator was on when went in for service. it was green check marked that it was good, and they never added any windshield fluid. my question is are they pencil whipping their services or are they really checking what they say they are? oil change mileage was off by 846 miles not in my favor for next oil change. I have had multiple services completed before with no issues. however I now question ever going back and if I can trust that anything that they say is complete really was?????????

Everyone was friendly but wait time was longer than expected for an oil change. Also the waiting room was nice but from cleaning houses for 30 years it could use some attention in cleaning. But nice
The Financier was so high on something he couldnt keep his eyes open..his eyes kept rolling back to the back of his head.....I dont know how he even got through the whole process of selling a car???.... good luck

No stars. My car has been serviced elsewhere but they treat me like I had no service. My car has sludge in it. It’s under warranty and they do not want to fix it under the warranty. It’s a 2019 Chevy Cruze bought brand new from them. I’m greatly disappointed. I also bought a brand new 2018 Buick Regal and wonder if and when I have an issue will they not want to honor warranty. Would not recommend any kind of anything from here.
We had great service from our salesman Ken. The paperwork guy was nice too - but he put strong pressure on me to buy an extended warranty which I stated a few times that I did not need. Buick Encore GX Essence has been an awesome car so far. I am very happy.
Very good communication during the Corvette ordering process. The followup with the Bowling Green Factory was excellent during in March and April. Good delivery and unwrapping experience in 5-24 and pickup on 5-26.
I appreciated the phone reminders, prompt service, and follow-up notifications about my appointment when my vehicles check engine light indicated an issue with the emissions system. Both Kevin and Abby were friendly, attentive, patient, and willing to review my vehicles service history as my vehicle went in for servicing. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I plan to return again for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation.
I contacted Brittany about a Toyota Tundra and she quickly was able to find me a truck that fit my interests. Brittany alerted me of a truck an w/ the assistance of Mark, the test drive and sale was complete in a very timely manner. I didnt have the time or ability to find a used truck that could replace mine, but w/ the wonderful teamwork of Brittany and Mark, it was a stress free trade in and purchase!! I had my car towed Friday to have it seen Tuesday. It needed brakes, pads, rotors, front wheel bearing, tire rotation, alignment, oil change and inspection done. Kevin started working on my car a day early and had it done by Tuesday at 1pm! It even came up cheaper than we expected!

Renn Kirby Chevrolet was awesome to work with. I needed to sell my truck so I did the KBB instant offer and Renn Kirby was one of the dealers my information was sent to. Brittany, the Internet Sales Manager reached out to me and gave me a tentative offer on my truck. I told her I was going to a few dealers and whoever gave me the best price would get my truck. Renn Kirby had a used vehicle I was keeping my eye on though. I got a better offer from another dealer, told Brittany about it and she matched it. Brittany was AWESOME to work with! I did end up getting that other vehicle too. Michael from the Kia dealership was the salesman on the deal and he was phenomenal as well! Very professional yet still talked to me like a human and we had genuine conversation. Michael also totally understood my situation with needing the price point to be just right. We made and finished the deal. I will absolutely go back to Brittany and Michael for any future vehicle sales or purchases!

Chuck was a great guy to work with, he didnt pressure me in anyway. He went to bat for me to get the best deal possible. The sales manager Missy was great to work with also. When I got to the financing part of the deal Craig could not have done anymore to make my experience with Renn Kirby Chevrolet any better. I use to never like Renn Kirby Chevrolet of Gettysburg cause the folks that worked there before Chuck, Missy and Craig where not motivated to do anything and I felt like the old crew didnt care for their customers. Jeff helped get me into a 2022 all wheel drive and it was a definitely an up grade from my car. Other dealers tried to low ball my trade, but you all gave me a good trade in value. I love my Encore GX. Dont think I will ever go back to any other make of car. Thank you Renn Kirby 🤗
Made an appointment to get my car inspected and an oil change. Would not accept digital copies of vehicle registration or insurance. Annoying but no big deal… so I pressed print on the exact same documents and brought them in the next day when I was told the car was ready. I was told to take a seat in the waiting area and it would be a few minutes to slap the sticker on. I waited for over an hour.
Although I had no appointment they got me a new tire, took me home. At end of day a salesman picked me up and a gentleman in service department waited after 5pm to give my keys and take payment Best dealership I have ever encountered!! Well done as always.
We were traveling from upstate NY to NC and had brake issues in Gettysburg. I called Renn Kirby and talked with Bob. Bob was able to fit me into a packed schedule the same day that I called, and had new brakes installed. Hes the best!!!! If I lived in Gettysburg, Renn Kirby would have all of my business. As soon as you walk in the door you feel comfortable and welcomed. Every single person who works here is friendly and pretty laid back which I love in a dealership. They aren’t pushy and they don’t give you a fake sales pitch just to get you to buy. Jeff was amazing! He’s knowledgeable about each vehicle and goes above and beyond to help you through the process.

We had nothing but a pleasant experience when we purchased our Equinox in May 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. We would highly recommend this dealership and our salesman, Chuck (CharlesGerber. We LOVE our Equinox more than we ever thought we would. We have also gotten more than a few compliments on its stylish look, gorgeous color and that panoramic sunroof!
This place is great. Chuck, our salesperson, was very professional and thorough. I would buy from him again. Also Craig, the finance manager, made everything so easy when it came to signing all the paperwork. Although when I got my brand new truck home, the engine light came on, I called Chuck and he stated if it didnt reset itself they would send someone to come pick it up and take care of it. So we shall see how their after the sale service is. So far I am a happy customer thanks to everyone at Renn Kirby!
Everything was great and they added two things on that the recent owner use to do. But when i got a bill for $216 bucks that was a little much esp $70 in labor. Wish I was explained the break down and pricing of everything and ideally what my total would have been, being it was my first time coming to your facility. But wanted to continue services there since like I stated the previous owners only came there but if my bills going to be that every time. I will be going where I usually take my vehicle.
Sales Manager Travis was very considerate and accommodating to all of my needs and concerns. I haven’t even bought my car from them yet, but he’s has been very wonderful to deal with. Very professional.I had my two year old in there with me and everyone in there was so helpful to make sure he was taking care of as well.
