I love rent to own and all there staff the sales team is great

I made a one time payment for someone, and now RTO has underhandedly taken money off of my account again... WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!! Not an honorable business, or action on their part.

Rent to own has been charging me for a metal bed frame they never delivered I would not recommend this place at all

I have rented a washer and dryer the washer broke 2 months into the agreement and they replaced it with a used one now I have a mix match pair the manager was really rude and they do not care about anything but money

Ive been going through Jay for a while now with everything I need. When I first moved she hooked me up knowing exactly what I needed. Now that Im moving yet again, shes helping me figure out what works best for me. Sweetest & funniest all around. Would recommend 10/10.If you cant figure out what it is youre looking for but you know its something, go see Jay!

Got a couple things and spoke with a nice lady named jay. She really helped me figure out the best price on an item I desperately needed. She was super friendly and polite and explained things in a way I could better understand. Would recommend this nice lady named jay every time

I changed to Ironton location 6 months ago. It was one of the best choices i made. Not just one but all the staff is wonderful. The store is always looking good and stocked i actually find myself stopping n to see whats different or new. They keep it interesting. Natasha Cantrell has went above and beyond helping me in the transition of changing locations my account was all out of wack from previous location. Thank you guys for all you do. I got a mattress and a large chair from this location. Jay, the sales girl, was absolutely delightful to do business with. She explained things clearly, was quick to help show me items I was looking for, and was very polite and patient. When my items were delivered by Dan and Taylor, they were very courteous and made sure we were pleased with our items before leaving. Will continue to do business with this company.When I entered the store, it was very clean, wasnt cramped and had the display items neatly arranged and we were encouraged to take our time making the decision of what we wanted. Very pleasent environment.

Employees at rent-to-own Ironton are the best, they go that extra mile to get you the products that you want or need and then take the time to make sure that its in your budget. Absolutely amazing service, my account manager, Josh, took the time to help me budget my other expenses and decide how much I could afford monthly. After this he set me up beautifully with all the high quality things I was needing for my new home. The excellent customer service hasn’t stopped there, as he is always friendly and considerate during my payments, works with me wherever there is room and is currently helping me with future purchases. The world needs more employees like this, thanks for everything!!!!!!!

Rent to Own has went above & beyond in helping me with the things I need. Greg ,one of the managers, has went out of his way many times to help assist me with any problem I have & found a way to help me get my problems solved. Can not say enough nice things about him. He is very good at working with the customers & seeing to their needs. Bonnie does an excellent job with customer care also, doing her best to make sure they get what they want,& Dan & Taylor did such a good job on helping me move my furniture . They took precautions to make sure my bedroom suite was not scratched &: set everything up for me when they moved it for me. They did such an awesome job! Love these guys & love the store! Cant say enough good things about everyone I ve dealt with at the Ironton store. Keep up the great work you do everyone!

I personally have never bought something from here, however every time I visit a store rather it be here in Ashland or Ironton, I get nothing but friendly, wonderful, patient and respectful people willing to help me! Great place to get new or pre owned merchandise. Their is very few people in this world that will throw u a bone and every single person their has a heart of gold. They will help u no matter what your budget is and Im very proud and honored to know them all just great people with hearts of gold and great sense of humor. And I wouldnt go anywhere else to get rent stuff except here hands down.

I have rented and paid off many things there. Dan Daniels or Bonnie Sargent always helps find exactly what Im looking for and my account manager Josh Hoskins keeps my account on track for me and never forgets to ask me if Im ready to rent something else! If I ever have a problem with a product they are quick to fix it. Plus you can order exactly what you are looking for and if they dont have it, they will find it and get it to you. Way different and better than any other rental company I have dealt with in the past.

I have only rented once , but I absolutely love my bed . Customer service was great and I will defiantly keep them in mind for the future .

I’ve been going through rent to own in ironton oh for Two years got everything paid off we decided to go back and get some more stuff we’ve had a few case managers but the best one yet I would say has to be Josh they’re all very nice and they are Bonnie’s great John’s great I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them they made it a lot easier with me just being honest with them I don’t Dr. phone calls I don’t try to ignore them song as you’re honest with them they do help you that’s why we decided to go back through them and get more stuff we ended up getting another couch and coffee table and a few more things Personally I’ve gotten to know them we’ve built a great relationship with each other and I would refer them to anyone this is the best rent to own I’ve ever been to or through and if you’re ready to make a commitment you make your payments on time it’s a great place to be able to rent your stuff until you own it the great thing is that they work with you they know things happen in life they don’t hound you as long as you’re honest with him I will continue to go through rent to own and hopefully still keep Josh as my case manager !!!! Everything I’ve gotten from there is good quality the delivery men are great they’re not just all about money they actually do want to help people

I have rented multiple items from the Rent-2-Own in Ironton and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is great and always very helpful. The staff helps in every way they can and if an issue does occur they are quick to correct or handle the problem. I will definitely be returning for more purchases!

Just got a new queen bed back on Tuesday, whole process to choose which bed would be best, to the delivery of the mattress was simple and easy. On delivery the men was so nice, used shoe covers sat up the mattress and took all their trash with them.

Very nice people there. And very nice stuff. Bonnie is the person to ask for if you need help with anything. They are also good at working with you and you budget.

The men who delivered the bed were kind and helpful. They put it together for me and made sure it was placed just right. Everyone from Anthony and Bonnie in the office to Bill and James who made the delivery made my experience a positive one. I would gladly buy from their store again.
