I have been with rent to own since I was 18.. I am thankful for Rto cause some people cant come up with a big amount of money in hand to get things. Making payments is easy for some of us.. Ive been a r2o customer a few years now, and i have to say when it come to appliances, and needing leeway in payment options r2o is the way to go. But furniture? Nope. Furniture is always poor quality and overpriced. Im paying off a "mahogany" bedroom set thats sadly just painted pine and particle board. No mahagony in the entire thing. Not going to lie ive been angry about this for awhile. Not to mention they claim they deliver set up and move it for you but delivery is all they will do. Delivery men flat out refuse to even TRY to set up even rediculously complicated furniture (Like the bedroom set)Id love to give them a higher rating but ive been mostly unhappy with the quality of products and service.

I purchased a pre owned PS4 from this place December of 2020 and it broke 4 months later, IT friend took it apart today for me finally to repair it and it was filled, and when I say filled, I mean FILLED with dead roaches, this place did not properly inspect its merchandise and I’m utterly disturbed that this was in my home. Will never be buying anything from this establishment ever again.

I have rented from Rent2own for years. I started off in Athens then Logan and then Lancaster. Everyone was nice but the workers in the Lancaster office are far the best. Everyone of the workers are super nice and they have helped me not just in the store, but went out of there way to help me with a personal matter when my mother passed as well. I couldn’t ask for any better store. They are no just my acquaintance I feel they are part of our family. I could never say that about another company and the employees. They merchandise are very sturdy and well worth every penny. The store is very open and you have plenty room to look around. I won’t deal with any other rent to own. I move out of Fairfield county but I still go out of my way to go to Rent2own in Lancaster.

Im sure theyre a fine business but they assured my friend and I that her balance on a previous transaction wouldnt be an issue and began to process our order only to change their tune half way through the sale. Staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable but I ended up taking my business elsewhere.

The store is always clean and well designed. The staff is knowledgeable and for the most part friendly. I have shopped there many times and been satisfied. Almost a year ago I paid off my washer and dryer. I was having problems with it shortly after. I have been fighting all this time to get it fixed. Time after time they pick it up send to repair and returned . Still it doesnt dry. My warranty is about up and my problem still isnt fixed. I asked for a replacement but that isnt a possibility I was told.other than this problem I have been very happy .
