Moved my father in law into assisted living and needed furniture for his new place. The staff were courteous and super helpful. The furniture was new and exactly what was ordered. Delivery went off without a hitch. Highly recommended!

I had a contract for bi-weekly. Not weekly. Tomorrow would of been my Bi-weekly. I guess they dont know how to count 2 weeks. It is a 14 days. Dave does not listen to the customer. Never used the frame and asked to have it picked up 2 weeks ago. Nothing. Also I wanted to downgrade to a cheaper queen online. They never ordered for me. Your customer service is awful and unprofessional. And if I waa delinquent like they say, wouldnt they called my co-signer husband, work, his work, my friends number. No.. They only called me.I have never had such a bad experience woth customer service as I did at the Oneonta, NY location. I do not recommend.

Great choice of product very very poor customer service. If you are even one day late on your payment they call your phone once every 2 hours all day then they show up at your door demanding payment or to given back the product rather than being patient and giving the customer a chance to call and make it to store between work, children etc. go to Aarons better selection better customer service. My family will NOT be going back there. Their version of customer service is borderline harassment.
