Matthew was extremely helpful at problem-solving my backed up drains that were full of construction debris. He was very patient and took the time to make sure he did the job right without leaving another mess for me to clean up.

I went with them on a second opinion. My kitchen sink had little to no water pressure. James saved me $4,000. "Any time service" wanted to replace my whole pipes without looking for the problem and base the reason off on the age of the house. James came in and took the time to look under the sink and found a small plastic tube was clogged. Thank you.

We foolishly decided to put beef stew down the toilet. We scheduled a same day appointment and Cole was able to come by a little early as well. The company communicated well about when they would be there.During the appointment Cole did a quick yet thorough job (with a great rate too).... he also found a bone? It must have been from the beef stew but what the actual ****.

My water heater was replaced the 30th of April, prior to the service being preformed I was informed and encouraged to apply to their new financing card, although I told them I had the money to pay for it up front. The guy was insistent that I apply anyway as I could use it for future home repairs, against my better judgment, I applied and was immediately approved for the allotted amount it would cost to put in the water heater (3,000 dollars for a 40 gallonand the service man took down all the information needed to bill that card. The service went smoothly, that is until I never saw a statement come through on that card. I checked several times a week and still never saw anything. The company never reached out to me even though they have the invoice with all my contact information. It is now into the first weeks of July and some guy showed up to my house ringing the door bell for 20 mins (I was not home at the timeand then left a note threatening to send me to collections for the water heater they never billed me for. Had they reached out sooner and explained there was a problem with the billing, this could have all been resolved quickly and easily. I find it extremely unprofessional that they left this issue unresolved for so long and then showed up to my door instead of calling or emailing me first and threatening to send me to collections for an issue that should have been brought to my attention when they went to bill their new "amazing card" they finance through.

The technicians were friendly and did an adequate job. But I thought the price was way too high for the service performed.

David D. was exceptionally profession, courteous and polite. He explain the issue, the solution and gave great advice. Would definitely recommend the service due to their great employees!

Professional, efficient & effectiveAfter initially using a different “R Rooter” company to clear our basement drain ( which after 2 days of work, wanting to move pipes, Jack hammer floor and still didn’t clear the drain using 2 different jesters a chain-flail and a camera couldn’t even clear the p-trap let alone the pipe and many $$$$& we called you. Chad Heiden arrived within an hour (quoted up to 4 hours)With his basic cable he cleared the drain line and cleared the adjoining p-trap within 15 minutes!!We will use Chad (have his cardfor any and all future drain issues and tell everyone I can about his superior serviceThanks for having Chad on your team!!

Dave, the Roto Rooter tech, was professional, a pleasure to work with, and most importantly showed high integrity. He could have performed and charged me for doing a roto service and I would have gone along with it. Instead, when I described the problem that was occurring, he knew immediately what the cause was and explained why we didn’t need a roto service, as a result. If all Roto Rooter techs are as professional and honest as Dave, I will definitely be Roto Rooter in the future when my drains do need a roto service.

Quick response to address a backed up main and quickly got it taken care of. Even going to help me tackle the water damage and restoration process. Appreciate the thorough job and explaining the process and findings.

We recently moved into our home 2 weeks ago and had the drain in our basement overflow. David came out and cleared the issue very quickly. Also explained to me what were the causes for it. Very professional and helpful.

The techs showed up promptly at the start of the install window and got right to work. I explained to them what was needed and what the previous company had been unable to complete thus far. They augered the line, removed the clogs and then ran the camera to show me some other issues further down the line on the outdoor portion of the pipe. They had to re-do the flange done by the other company as it was not done correctly. This was needed in order to re-set the toilet. Although this was more work than they anticipated when they came, they did it willingly. I am very satisfied with their work. This home has elderly owners, so being unable to use whole house plumbing from Friday morning to Monday was not a viable option. This is what we were facing with the other company. They were friendly and came the next day for a follow up. The pricing was a little to .ugh for me so I elected to do the work myself but if money was not a problem, I would absolutely use them

The guys were so professional! They not only fixed my problem but they educated me on what to do in the future. They walked me through the right products and helped me avoid expensive unnecessary services. They were on time and made sure I was fully supported and satisfied before leaving. I’d recommend them to anyone!

We tried contacting Roto-Rooter based on their very positive reviews. I contacted them this morning shortly after 9 AM to see if we could have someone come out to give us an estimate on some pipes we need to have replaced. They said they would contact us within the hour. We waited until shortly after 2 pm when it became apparent that we must have fallen through the cracks. I tried calling them again at 2:03 and went through several transferred calls to their “dispatcher”. We were on hold for nearly 10 minutes only to be hung up on when the phone started to ring. I tried calling again after that happened and was hung up on again about 3 minutes into the call. I’m not impressed and feel sorry to give a negative review. But this is unprofessional and rude. If you don’t have time to service people just say so and stop wasting our time.

The time from calling the service and them coming out was just a few hours. Installer was very professional and got the job done quick. It was such a relief to have my leaking sink fixed very quickly.

Dominic was very knowledgeable, and helpful. Also I appreciated that he realized that I had some knowledge and listened to my points without the usual attitude you get from plumbers.

David was very professional. He wore his mask at all times. He ask lots of questions to understand the situation. I called other places and it would take 3 to 4 days for them to help us. Roto-Rooter helped us same day. I only had to wait a couple hours. Very grateful that they were able to come out on the weekend past 6:00 p.m. to get our plumbing issues resolved.

Not a great experience overall with Roto-Rooter. The technician damaged a wall and did not say anything. I was offered a partial refund, which I accepted. Additionally, I was told at the time of the appointment that a particular service would be done by the technician, so I assumed it was done because he told me that was all included in that days service . I then get a call two days later requesting me to schedule another appointment for that particular service, at no fee to me. Doesnt make sense, nobody seems to be on the same page..

We noticed a clogged floor drain that was flooding our basement late one night. Roto-Rooter was at our home within 30 minutes of calling and Jordan was very helpful and fixed our problem quickly. Fantastic service, especially for it being outside of normal business hours.

I had an exterior hose bib that just started leaking out of nowhere, so I called these guys up and wasnt disappointed. They had a four hour window for urgent/emergency service, but Dominique was able to get there in the front half of that range. He knew exactly what was wrong and what to do, then he did it for a reasonable price. Hard to beat service like that.
