Delicious food but ok customer service.

First it was so cold in the building I was shivering, as far as the food my chicken was way beyond dry and my husbands brisket was close to beef jerky..

I called on a Saturday afternoon to ask for a reservation for 6 people. They said they dont take reservations for less than 10. When I came in at 6:30pm the same day and asked for a table for 6, they lost their minds. You would have thought the world was ending. They werent sure they could do that. Meanwhile, while I was waiting, a table of 4 walked in and were seated immediately. Turns out they were able to accommodate us. Imagine that. The server was inattentive and came to the table maybe 2 or 3 times the entire time we were there. Drinks were empty. The ribs sucked and the pulled pork was mediocre. The best thing on the table were the french fries. Doubt well ever be back.

It was pretty cold, and it kind of disgusted me. The sides were nice, but the food all tasted the same. Also pretty soggy, 40% recommended.

Visiting from Arizona and this place is by far the best food that Ive had out here. Danny was amazing. Ive never seen someone work so hard to serve so many people and still be social with all the customers.

Food was tasty but I was surprised how fatty the meat was when served.

Great customer service everytime Ive gone in. Good food, great for taking the family or friends. The to go cups are the best around

Overall very tasty. I had the motherload. The Brisket and pulled pork were great without any sauce. The link was ok and the chicken was very dry - definitely needed the sauce with the chicken. I tried all 3 sauce, wasnt a fan of the mustard sauce, but the other 2 were tasty.I opted of the mashed potatoes and gravy along with the side salad. The side salad was a lot larger that most, but the mashed potatoes and gravy was very small and very bland. The Diet Coke refills kept coming as I neared the bottom of the previous glass.

The meat was great but they didnt reheat it enough. The air conditioner was too high for our family. So bring a sweatshirt! The waitress was great!

Had the mother load which came with pulled pork, brisket, sausage,and pork loin. None of them had any smoke flavor. It was like eating just plain meet beside the sausage which was good but didnt taste like smoked meet. Very disappointed.

It was my first time ever eating at Rib Crib, and I actually didnt even get ribs! 😅 I ended up getting a Bacon Cheeseburger and some fries, both of which I was *very* impressed with! 👌 Pleasant atmosphere, great service, and absolutely delightful food! 😋 Will definitely go back! 🙌

5 minute of memory I will never forget. Walked into this place almost completely empty with at least 20 open tables in eye site. Had 4 adults and 3 kids but were told by the hostess they couldn’t seat us. With service that bad walking in the door we thank the sweet baby rays bbq god for steering us directly back out the door to enjoy our meal elsewhere.

First time eating here and Daniel was our waiter he was awesome fast service and very polite plus the food was great....

For the price I paid, they were very stingy on the chopped brisket. I got 1 lbs. Looks like 3 scoops. Smh

This place is the best! The portion sizes are sharable. They fill your plate all the way up. Everything tasted delicious.

Food was super delicious, decent portion sizes and took some home for later! Definitely recommend! Wait time wasnt too bad either and our waitress was nice!

Always very good and hot and I even was able to call once when I ordered pick up and they brought my order out to me curbside because I didn’t want to leave my little teacup chihuahua alone in my car while I ran inside to get my order they were very understanding and even petted my chihuahua and asked her name and age and treated her like she was a customer too very nice experience and I will go back as often as I can

I always enjoy eating at the RibCrib. They serve great tasting smoked pork and beef and their sauces (3and yummy, too.However, theres one thingI have to mention.When ordering a side of mac-n-cheese it comes in relish (condimentdish. Thats maybe a childs size, but our table had ordered regular adult meals.

The food smells good but come on now hell the food i bought didnt even fill up a kid the chicken had only 3 thin slices an the pulled pork was a joke to. 1 of the skippiest places ive been .

Went here the very first time with another Veteran on Veterans Day 2021 and I was not disappointed! Food was some killer BBQ with Tasty Sides! Sat in the bar area at a high top table & the bartender served our drinks up with Pride and Love...deliciously refreshing! I will definitely go back and want to say Thank You for Supporting Veterans everywhere!#Salute

Took my son and parents here for lunch. I recently returned from Florida, Georgia, and Carolinas and had a craving for pulled pork. All the food at Rib Crib that we tried was delicious. SO SO good.

Great prices and generous portions. Our waiter was a lot of fun. Planning to go back the next time were in town, for sure.

Good service fair prices. Hard to compare when you live in Kansas City which has 80 some really good BBQ restaurants. Its not Q39 or Jacks Stacks but good for the area.

We were a little late getting there at 8:45 PM, but the wait staff were friendly and took really good care of us. Great food 👍 and go back again.

We loved everything about the rib crib, the salad was huge and fresh the ribs were tender and juicy we can’t say enough good about this restaurant. Our server was friendly and awesome and on time and we were very happy we found it.

The waitress was fantastic!I had 3 ribs. They were easy to handle & tasty, but oily. Coleslaw was HEAVY on the dressing, I ate a few bites. Peach tea was GREAT. The fried okra was good, I would order the tea & okra again.

The place was dirty, food all over the floor. Tables not being wiped down between meals. Chicken sandwich consisted of big globs of fat. Waitress didnt know basic menu info. Worst experience here ever.

Waitress did fine. Ok. Food served very fast. Kitchen forgot pickles and honey mustard. Never got pickles. Took forever to get honey mustard. Never got ticket. After waiting waitress took card I laid out. Never saw ticket or charges until after she ran card. Again just ok

Good service is the only reason for the 2 stars. Based on food quality.....-22 Stars.Laughable BBQ at best. Chicken was cold enough to scare you, brisket was chopped and disgustingly full of fat.

Me and my family are from Louisiana, this is the first place we have been in Hutchinson where the food was great but the service was even better!! Daniel was an excellent waiter! SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE 1/10 I will definitely give it a 10.

Pre- birthday dinner. Food was great! Server was great! Atmosphere was first rate. A very nice dining experience for all 3 of us. Server even told us a few jokes. Made our trip back to Wichita a lot more fun!

The pulled pork tastes amazing and was not dry like some places. If you like spicy, I highly recommend the hot BBQ. The BBQ ranch for the salads... amazing. The sliced turkey for the salad was also amazing. And the size of the salad, could totally feed two people. Loved the potato salad and fries. Overall impressed by the restaurant. Only negative. They gave me the wrong pulled pork, it was supposed to be a sandwich but it was just the pork and a piece of bread toasted and sliced in half. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food and portion sizes for the price! Always friendly customer service! Amy and I love coming here, tonight we were blessed with Jo and Gary as our double date, sat for almost 2 hours eating and chatting, never once were we rushed or forgotten about, our sodas were always full!

My family loves this place. I gave it 4 stars because while the food is good it’s not always consistent from visit to visit. Sometimes the same dishes just don’t taste the same the next time. But we will still go here and also recommend this place.

Very tasty and fast! The service here, even for Hutchinson, is very good. I like Rib Crib because they survived the initial tax incentive and work hard enough to stay open amidst a resteranteur atmosphere that is slowly dying.

We have been to Rib Crib twice, After winning a $60 certificate to the restaurant during a Christmas party.I had never been. Both experiences were fantastic! The meat was tender, lean, and moist. The Smoky baked beans were fantastic!We went a second time, and took our youngest daughter. Shes a very picky eater, at 7 years of age. We ordered a kids meal, and I got the lunch special... two Meats and a side. Of course, this includes the toast and a pickle spear as well! Its a lot of food for the price.My daughter got the corn dog kids meal. The corn dog was a foot-long! She wasnt too pleased with her macaroni as a side, and the corn dog was intimidating.She asked if we would trade plates. I hadnt sauced any of my meat yet (its good even without itand I traded plates with her. This little girl, who would typically turn her nose up at something like shredded brisket or pork, chowed down. She loved it!We will probably share a plate next time we come in! I was so happy to see her eating something new! And of course the Bendy toys where a fun addition to the kids meal, vs some cheap plastic novelty that will get lost or broken in a few days.We will return! Thank you, RIB CRIB.

Great variety on the menu and the fries have a awesome seasoning on them.

Fire. BBQ chicken nachos are my go to every time we stop while working in the area. Great service and good food. Definitely recommend.
