Friendly, efficient service. Clear signage on process for entering, social distancing. Tidy lobby, clean counters, brochures fully stocked. Plenty of sanitizer. Nice people. 🌹💖😷🇺🇸

It was time for me to exchange my adult Orca card for the senior citizen version. Yup I’m 65 years old now. So off to the RideStore I went.The service was friendly and great. TheyPrinted a new card,Transferred my old balance to the new card,Added my new card to my online account.Added some money to my new card.You can transfer the money yourself between cards online but I believe it takes days before it actually happens.I did have to go online and setup the autopay/epurse thing that adds money from my credit card to the orca card when it gets too low to use. It did remember the credit card I used on my old Orca card, nice.

Friendly helpful staff. THE place to check if you forgot something on the bus. Able to add money and passes to Orca cards. Unfortunately, hours are rather limited compared to places like Everett Station.

The staff are friendly enough.The restroom is right behind it and both the ride store and restroom are closed on weekends.

has a restroom unlike other transit. almost about to sh1t on ma pants but this restroom helped a brother out. 5stars for sure. God bless

Fast and Easy way to load your ORCA CARD. No paper transfers on Community Transit so ORCA is a must!

Bus drivers cant drive properly and are a terror on the roads. Overpriced for bad service. Rude drivers.

I lost my wallet on the 222 bus in tulalip. Its kind of a long trip all the way to Lynnwood for the lost and found for something I lost one a tulalip bus.

Poor services and the stuff there was rude. When I went there, an old white lady was not polite to me and to an old man before me.🙃

Great place to have nearby. Have left a few things on the bus and they always were very professional and thorough with retrieving lost and found. Wish they were open later or wish they got an automatic ORCA card machine there though.

Lost mywallet and they were very kind to try hard and return it, the staff at the ridestore were awfully nice.
