Little did I remember that True Roof repaired my roof back in March or April, as I never received a bill. Apparently they kept sending the bill to my email in Oregon which I closed in April.I did receive a letter and talked to someone in billing(not the nicest person I have talked with in customer service), but I did talk to Odis. Very polite with me and we solved everything in one phone call.I believe that he is the glue to this operation and not the office or billing person.Odis brought the rating up from a Zero.

I highly recommend True Roof Inc! We had a leak due to a rainstorm. They came out quickly and assessed where the leak was located and repaired it immediately. While repairing the leak, they noticed there were several cracked tiles and a couple of improvements needed. We had the gutters cleaned too. They were very professional, responsive, and very reasonably priced. They care about their customers!

Bought a new house and had true roof come out to do the roof inspection. Of course the roof had alot of problems. I was finally ready to have the repairs done and they came out to take care of them quickly. Im very impressed with the repairs they have made to my tile roof.they matched my tiles perfectly and went over and beyond to make sure my roof was leak proof. They also gave me a 2 year warranty on the entire roof. Their prices are very affordable and their work is great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for any type of roofing services.

True Roof did a great job repairing my roof. I called all of the roofers closer to my house and they were all booked up through the winter. True Roof was willing to drive a little farther and get the job done ahead of the winter storms bringing rain and heavy snow. They fixed my roof just in time before a big rain storm came a couple days after the repair. The price was exactly what they quoted ahead of the job.

Had a great experience with True Roof doing a complete re-roofing of our home. They were particularly good at cleanly repairing several sections of fascia, trim, and sheathing that had dry rot. They accommodated several special requests on rain diverters and removing old gutters. The resulting roof looks great and no leaks during the rains weve had since the project completed.

True Roof was right there when I needed them most. They came out the same day and documented everything (protecting me from the shared-wall neighbor blaming my side& repaired it on the spot. The neighbor ended up hiring them too. Their integrity speaks for itself.

A few months ago True Roof Inc. replaced our roof. I am impressed with the quality of the roof they installed. I was expecting the process to take longer than it did. They had a large crew come out and stripped the old roof off, made needed repairs to the supporting structures, and put the new roof on after inspection of the structures. My dealings with True Roof were among the best Ive ever experienced with a building trades contractor of any sort.The office staff I talked with on the phone were pleasant, informative and courteous. The young man who came out to my home for the initial project evaluation answered all my questions, offered information I hadnt thought to consider, and acted professionally and courteously.The roofing crew members were no different - professional, skilled, obviously experienced, very efficient, and courteous. They quickly and safely dismantled my solar array. Given the very steep pitch of my roof they deployed all the required safety gear and followed necessary procedures. Throughout the project they did a great job of containing and removing all the debris. And they worked fast!The owner/project manager kept me up to date regarding the schedule and answered my process related questions via timely phone calls, text messages and on-site visits. Plus he gave me a great deal compared to the bids I received from two other area roofing contractors! And get this... the week before the project was scheduled, he called to tell me his crew was available to start immediately if it was convenient for me! How many contractors have you dealt with that started sooner than they initially promised and finished the project days quicker than their initial estimation? That never happens with trades contractors in my experience!All in all I will not hesitate to highly recommend True Roof to anyone.
