In response to Mr. George Baisden and his mother-n-laws Cub Cadet Mower. After we were made aware that the customer was not happy because the mower was mowing uneven. Another new unit was delivered to the mother-n-law at no additional cost. To our knowledge there was no issues and the mother-n-law was satisfy.

My mother in law bought a riding mower and paid cash for it. Was told by Doug the salesman that before the mower was delivered they would check everything out and make sure the deck was level. Mower got delivered and deck was 3/4’s of an inch out of level. Called to see if they would come out and check it and they want to charge a service call. Once they get your money they could care less about you. Bad business. I will tell everyone I know to not buy anything from Riley equipment!
