I appreciated Dwights help on a complicated financing situation. He really knew his job and how to steer us through in a way that helped our budget. Although we didnt purchased the vehicle we initially went to see, he offered other options in the price range, letting us test drive and we found one we liked even better. I liked the fact that he was helpful but not high pressure.

When an issue came up with our sons first vehicle, he went above and beyond, to make sure the situation was taken care of! Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership! I was sold a lemon! The check engine light came on within a couple of miles of driving. I got the codes read and come to find out it needs a new catalytic converter. I tried emailing the dealership and calling and I was just ignored. Less than 2 months later it also needs a new transmission. Youve been warned!

I bought a car that it seemed they were really pushing to get it off there hands and paid full price bought it out right. When delivered the cars radio and 12 volt system is not working after 1 day the service engine soon light came on. Went to auto zone had the code read and turns out the cat is shot.I called them and told them and was basically told oh well. Very unpleased with my purchase now on stuck dumping money into it to fix everything my self nothing like taking someones money and running. Will be calling better business bureau

They sold me a car told me nothing was wrong the car cut off the same day. It has been back to them for repairs and it worked long enough to get thru the warranty and broke down and they wont do anything about it without me putting out money

I think he would be ok in a pinch .he seemed to be willing to work with us. I just found a better car somewhere else . But as I said he was willing to work with us we just didnt care for the vehicle he had..

Bought a car in there in March had to replace engine already plus rotors breaks and among others stuff. Make sure u take someone with that knows about cars before buying there prices are good bit thats for a reason.

Not Happy with the quality of vehicles

What a privilege to have a trusted business to which I can turn whenever my vehicle has mechanical issues! I purchased my car from Rines two years ago, and it has been a very reliable vehicle. I just recently needed some work done; I received quick, quality service. They go beyond the call of duty. These guys are tops in my books!

SCAMMERS , in my opinion! My daughter bought A 2007 Chevy Equinox with a 30 day warranty for. $4200 from here which was a really nice vehicle, then within the first week her antifreeze started leaking, she took it back and the "supposedly" fixed it, then a couple days later it starts leaking again, and starts overheating so she takes it back and again they supposedly fixed it, i was giving them the benefit of doubt cause they were "fixing" it, this probably happened a total of 8-10 different times in 3months.. So the other day she takes it back AGAIN and now they say that its the head gasket and she has to pay for it which is a couple thousand dollars, or they can give her a different car, she doesnt have a couple thousand, shes got two kids and one on the way, so they gave her a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix, with duct tape on the drivers side inside door, the check engine light is on, there is no door handle on the passenger rear door, their is small dents in it and a cracked spoiler, and sounds like it has an exhaust leak... She says shes doesnt want it and he said "well I can give you the $800 your equinox is now worth!! 😡😡 I am using ALL my resources to get her that $4200 back!

In the past 3 years I have purchased 2 vehicles a SUV and a truck and am very well pleased with the quality for an awesome price! Im very thankful for such an honest dealership and honest employees. They have our trust!!

I would never do business with this car dealership. My husband put a $1,000.00 deposit on a vehicle and passed away a few weeks later, along with his 15 year old daughter, leaving behind 2 daughters and 2 step sons. My husband never picked up the vehicle. The owner refuses to return the money, stating I can either pay off the one my husband chose or get credit for a different vehicle if I prefer. I reminded him that there are still children to take care of and the vehicle never left the lot. The owner still refuses to return the money to our family. This is not the type of business you want to deal with.

I went here to buy a car and the quality of the cars were very poor. All the cars that I saw and test drove needed extensive work done on them that would be more than the car is worth. The people here were not very helpful and should not consider themselves used cars salesmen because they do not sell cars, they sell trash

I got a car from Rines a year ago and it has been nothing but problem after problem from the very first week after I got it. It cost me over $700 to fix the first set of problems only after a week of owning it. Then a little less than a month from purchase, I had to have back brakes and rotors put on because there were no back brakes left and the rotors were bad and it was newly inspected by the owners son the same month. I have put so much money into this car and I have only had it a year. It is now not even fit to drive because there are so many things wrong with it. The transmission is going out on it and has been bad for about 6 months. I was warned about Rines by people that said they did not sell safe cars & a rip off but I did not heed their warnings, so I paid dearly. Good christian family? I dont consider lying and selling junk cars, good or christian. Dont buy anything from them. I have told everybody about the kind of business they are so they never go there. I used all my savings to get this car and I got seriously ripped off.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I was interested in a truck that was for sale and had a truck of my own to trade in. He proceeded to tell me what he valued my truck at and gave an example of a truck similar to mine but lower of class that sold for $4700. We finished our conversation and told him I would call the next day giving him my pay off for my truck and that night I found his website stating the truck he was talking about with 100k more miles than he told me in person and listed for $9,995. When I called the next day I simply ask him if this was the truck he was talking about and why he dropped $5k in his asking price. He proceeded to yell at me stating that he is not a liar and going off about how he wont start a business deal with someone calling him a liar. This is coming from a "Christian man" for a simple question I was asking. I was applaud by his reaction pretty much summing up from that he was lying to me and chewing my head off for calling him out. For a business that clams to be family-friendly and be such a good place to buy from I did not get that feeling what so ever. Not willing to comply to customer when requests were made and just not being a friendly person at all when being talk to makes me give this review. I have never went to a place where I was talked to like this and treated the way this man has treated me. I wish everyone the best but I for one will never recommended working with this man ever after the experience I had.

We cant begin to say enough about the positive experience our family had recently at Rines Auto Sales. If you need a vehicle, look no further. Because of the honest, carefulness, attention to detail and friendliness of the entire staff we bought two F-150s in the last 2 weeks and are we ever happy. The quality of trucks and great prices were certainly an added plus. Thank you Rines for a pleasant experience and we certainly will tell everyone to come check you out first.

For what I was wanted and was looking for in a car, I couldnt beat the price or the customer service. I was buying my first car and they provided help and assistance each step of the process. I was treated with respect and they worked honestly with me. I wouldnt hesitate to work with them again.

I came all the way from Cincinnati to purchase a car here and it was worth every mile. My transaction was handled with exceptional customer service and the car is everything and more I was hoping it would be. If I am ever in the need for another vehicle, before I shop anywhere else, I will look here first. These are great Christian people who stand by their word with great customer service.

This is the place to go if you want to pay too much for an unsafe vehicle. We went here to check out a car advertised on Craigslist. It was current on its inspection, only because the owners son has a license to slap a sticker on whatever vehicle he chooses. We took it to our garage and let our mechanic look it over. The tires were bald to the point that wire was showing through, a valve cover gasket was leaking onto the oil pan, which could catch fire, the headlights were so worn and discolored they wouldnt pass inspection at any honest inspection station, the seatbelts in the back seat didnt work, they had the clutch loosened up to make it seem like the car had more performance than what it did and the front passengers seat couldnt be moved. Knowing all of this, since they looked the car over themselves at their own garage, they were still asking $2000 over what the car was worth in GOOD condition, which it obviously wasnt. They claim to be "good christian folks". Maybe their definition of good Christian and my version are different, but I can honestly say that dishonesty, avarice and gluttony never seemed like "good christian values" to me. People like this may be one of the reasons that people have lost their faith.
