Rite Aid in Macomb County

This is the cleanest RiteAid that I have ever seen. It’s always like this too, I notice things like this cuz I hate dirty and messy stores. This Rite Aid never disappoints… oh the associates are friendly and helpful too 😋

Store is fine, but the pharmacy technicians are rude and not understanding. Asked a simple question about the medication and they told me I’m holding up the line. I thought each customer is supposed to be cared for equally not wasted space. Poor communication between the technicians which caused attitude towards me.

So I bought this on September 26th or 27th and have been meaning to post it. I understand maybe I should have looked at this date before I bought it but it’s frustrating to find out the next day you bought an already expired product!

Decent deals and prices but the cashier was a psycho. Very rude to my mom who was just having issues with the card machine. Date: Saturday July 24th 2021 at approx 5:25 PM.

Im changing pharmacys. There are 2 Techs that shouldnt being working with people let alone in the medical field. Both very rude and unprofessional on 2 different occasions.

I dnt know about the rest of the store but one of the pharmacists is not very helpful and down right rude i thought it was just my nurse from the doctors office said the same thing

The employees are always very, very rude here. I feel uncomfortable from the time I walk in to the time I walk out. I’m done shopping here.

Great store. Clean and staff is friendly. Just would be nice if they maybe were open to 10pm... (the pharmacy that is.)

The pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful. They are also very quick filling prescriptions. Ive had a few insurance and billing issues with some of my prescriptions and theyve always been more than willing to help me sort everything out.

Stop in every now and then when I need little things or some snacks. Always have a good selection of product and the staff is super friendly. a guy who works there named Brad has always helped me find what I need and is extremely proficient at his job and helping customets. Will continue giving them my buisness.

This is a drug store not a place to eat unless you want canned food.
