Rite Aid Pharmacy in Sussex County

Made an appointment for Moderna COVID Booster 7:00pm 9/27/2022, at the Rite Aide Pharmacy, in Lewes, De. Checked Rite Aide website, first, to see if Moderna Vaccine is available, website indicated that it did. Arrive at Rite Aide @ 6:40pm, pharmacist states they only have Pfizer Vaccine. I stated your website indicates you have the Moderna Vaccine. Pharmacist states that Rehoboth Beach Rite Aide carries the Moderna Vaccine, and I can get it from them since I have an appointment. I travel to the Rehoboth Beach Rite Aide, explain my situation, and was told I have to make an appointment. I stated that I have an appointment at the Lewes, De Rite Aide and was told I could get it in Rehoboth Beach. I was told that I have make an appointment with Rehoboth Beach Rite Aide. At this point, I walked out frustrated and angry. First of all the online Rite Aide Vaccine scheduler provided erroneous information and secondly, I was given the runaround trying to obtain a Moderna COVID Booster! I’m 75 years old and this is how Rite Aide Treats Its Customers!RITE AIDE AIN’T SH_T !!!

The pharmacists are all wonderful.

Cashier was rude and disrespectful. Sneered when I didn’t have rewards card but didn’t offer to sign me up. Thought it was funny I couldn’t get discount.

Went in for a vaccination. Pharmacy associate still needs training with customer service. If your not happy with your job maybe its time for a new career.

The store was very nice and the cashier helped me get beach chairs off the shelf and he was very nice and sweet in general.

Friendly staff! Make every trip personable. Definitely recommend.

Lovely Staff!!

Tried to return a product that literally fell apart after 1 use. I had the receipt and was told that the store doesn’t do returns... The receipt I have in hand says 90-days.
