Rite Aid Pharmacy in Beaver County

Was told it would be ready in a HR then called them after a HR went by they told me it would be ready in a half hour so I drove all the way there for the guy to tell me it would be another HR or it would be filled when its filled but when I called they said all that needs done is to be counted so I called again they now tell me it will be 45 more mins

The sales associate went above and beyond to help me make the most of my purchases and money by using his knowledge of sales and coupons. Way to go Norm! Made my day!

I filled my prescription 3 days prior to picking it up. I was told it wasn’t ready and to come back in an hour. When I returned my prescription was ready but the pharmacist hadn’t checked it was told they were on lunch and would be back in 20 minutes. After 15 minutes waiting in line to talk to someone twice they tell me this. All they do is put a sticker on the bottle that the prescription is sent to them in why does it take one and a half hours and two trips to the pharmacy to get a prescription that all they do to prepare it is put a sticker on a bottle. It’s time to switch pharmacies.

Completely screwed up my estrogen regimen. Lied about being able to get the vial. Were good at first, but then wasnt keeping my meds in stock that I had been coming there to fill for over a year every month. Wouldnt ever recommend anybody ever use, management is garbage.

I love the pharmacy staff and techs my medicine is always filled at record speed and there very friendly and helpful but my visit yesterday 7-25-2020. I was told I have to wear a mask. Which is not mandatory per the govenor of Ohio. People with mental health problems or breathing problems are not required to wear a mask. The big dude up front fought with me at the eastliverpool Ohio location and said it didnt matter for me to just have my medicine brought to me outside or go threw the drive threw, because I have to wear a mask. He didnt want to hear I have PTSD, depression, anxiety, Im bipolar or COPD. Its hard enough to breathe without a mask than to put one on. Once again its NOT mandatory to wear a mask if you have mental health issues or breathing problems. PER THE GOVENOR OF OHIO!!!!!!!

Public restroom is closed to the patrons, high prices and separate management between store and pharmacy...
