Fun place for the whole family including the dogs
Great park and splash pad.
Clean, fun, in good working order. I really like that they have stuff for toddlers and older kids to do. With plenty of shaded seating.
Perfect slash pad to spend 30 minutes at. Parents need to either be prepared to get wet or bring a lawn chair and umbrella.
We love this park! Two playgrounds, the free splash pad, lots of grassy areas and shady spots!
Great splash pad and park! This is an excellent sized splash pad and even when its crowded its still fun. The nearby playgrounds are fun for kids of all ages. We love the tall, mature trees that provide a lot of shade.
Kids love this park... if you visit though plan to use the restroom before you get to the park. They dont keep them very clean here.
This is a great park with multiple playgrounds and a splash pad. The park also has a large shaded area and an open sunny area with a baseball diamond. A walking trail surrounds the park so there is something for everyone.
Its a nice little splash pad and park for the kids. Lots of shade and plenty of space to let the little ones unwind.
One of my favorite parks. Giant walking track surrounding a huge grassy field with tall trees everywhere. Splash pad, playground, volleyball, and plenty of picnic areas.
Had my granddaughters 4th birthday party all I can say is parenta need to watch there kids and teach them not to pick on little kids my granddaughter got knocked down because she want to play with one of the squirt guns . Not cool . Other wise its a fun place
This pad is pretty fun. We had kids from 12 to 3 there and they had a good time but got a little bored after about an hour. Be ready for kids to run around unsupervised just like a lot public places like this. Its a fun pad to visit once in a while.
This is a fantastic splash pad and park. There are trees to sit under and big toys to play on when you don’t want to get wet. The best part—swings and slides.
So much shade from mature trees and there is a splash pad and two playgrounds! I love it here! And there are bathrooms.
Huge grass area, volleyball pit, 2 playgrounds, splash pad, tons of seating areas, bathrooms, grills. Tons of shade to sit under, walk path, a few covered pavilions.
Picnic after church, volley ball, good food, good friends...nice park! Great place!
Nice park to take my kids to.
This is a good park for kids of basically any age. The park has been really busy any time Ive gone with my daughter, but she still has fun on the play ground and swings, as well as the actual splash pad when that part is open. If youre in to Ingress or Pokemon Go, this park has a lot of stops for you.
This is a nice community park. The splash pad opens in the summer. If you play pokemon go there are gyms and pokestops. Tjere isa walkimg path and 3 playgrounds.
This is the best splash pad in the area! Its well stocked with fun water toys, has TWO play areas right next to it, there is a ton of picnic tables and lawn space and its got easily accessible bathrooms. This is definitely a favorite summertime spot for out family!
Great for family outings, get togethers, etc. Splash pad usba lot of fun for all ages. Very clean and well kept park. My family is there most summer days.
The Riverdale splash pad has several good qualities and some clear limitations.Pros: the splash pad faces away from the road so you feel a lot safer with your children than you would if creeps and other people could drive by and check on your or your children. There is a ton of space for picnics and games all around the splash pad. There are reservable tables and covered areas if you want to mix things up.Cons: parking is limited for the space. The pad itself is pretty small and not super diverse. Dont come here and expect to be blown away by the pad itself, it is basic.
Park was a bit hard to find at first, make sure you go to Parker. Splash pad is simple but awesome. Fence around three sides gives peace of mind to parents. Several coveres pavilions for gatherings. Restrooms on site next to splash pad were very clean and upkept. Several playgrounds for kids with slides, tunnels, bridges, monkey bars, and swings.TLDR :: it rocks, take the kids.
Love this park! Lots of things to do. However there is minimal shading over the playground causing the slides and bars to get extremely hot.
Great place to take kids. Not only is there the splash pad but also a regular park. They also have an area where you can picnic. Its a nice park.
Would enjoy 10x more if trash would be picked up and people wouldnt smoke cigarettes. Besides that, love the park and my son has a blast here. :)
The playground equipment is just like all the other parks in Utah. Its nothing special. What makes this park 4 stars is the shade. You can sit and picnic just about anywhere and you have all the shade you want. It also keeps it pretty cool. This place also has a splash pad which is nice. Be forewarned if you want a gazebo you have to reserve it.
Beautiful park with tons of shade and bowerys. There are a few playgrounds that fit all ages and a really fun splash pad. We had fun here, it would be great for a birthday party.
Great fun for the kiddies, lots of gazebos and shade trees for chillin.
Riverdale splash pad is a great community place. This park has a splash pad that some people wear swimming suits but also just street clothes. There is also playground equipment and pavilions that have picnic tables. plenty of shaded areas and roo. To run around. Large bathrooms.
This splash pad is surrounded by a small white picket fence on 3 sides, which I love. Its also wheelchair accessible. There are water features that appeal to babies and toddlers and plenty for big kids too. The giant trees provide plenty of shade all day. The benches are shaded in the late afternoon and evening. There are plenty of bathrooms although they are pretty dark. Its a part of Riverdale Park which has two playgrounds and multiple pavilions. This is a great place!
Basic splash pad, small but fun for the kiddos
Very nice park it was very clean and I was surprised at all the family that came I really like this splash pad they should have one at every park to make it more convenient for the less fortunate people that cant afford those expensive watermarks for the little ones this summer..
The grass is green and plenty of are to play on but the splash pad itself is starting to slip away. Ive been coming for years but it seems the maintenance is lacking now and is starting to show. Some of the water sprayers just dont work anymore.
Great splash pad toys, 3 play grounds in the park, a walking path going all the way around the park (If you like Pokemon Go... 2 gyms and many pokestops in vicinity). And lots and lots of shade and bowleries! Great place!
I would recommend this part to anybody that has kids and wants their kids to have fun they have a little water park and various kids toys here that they can have fun with ice cream man comes by they can get wet as long as they want really nice place for them really good for a picnic for the whole family and come and have a great time
Love the venue! It was wonderfully equipped with plenty of things to do. I would say this is good for kids three years old and above. As for infants not so much, yet the water features, swings, and playground had plenty to offer.
It is really fun with playgrounds and the splash pad, but the splash pad is pretty small and seems to only have a little water actually coming out of the fountains..
Great amount of shade and plenty of variety of playgrounds for all sorts of kids. I recommend bringing your own chairs as benches will fill up quickly if its busy.
My family loves to spend summer days at the splash pad and park. I just wish that they would repair the parts of the splash pad instead of just taking way from it. Cause that is all they do take away from the experience.
A decent size splash pad, three playgrounds, shade everywhere, picnic tables and gazebos, and a solid mile, paved walking trail around it all makes this a good destination for anyone. An added bonus of clean bathrooms as well. Great place to play or relax.
Good place to let the kids play. Walking trail around the park, splash pad, a little kids play ground, bigger kids play ground, and at the south end of the park is an elementary play ground and tennis court. Lots of shade.
This is the best splash pad in the area. At one of the biggest parks. I love bringing kids here and I love having events here. There is something for everyone to do!
Went today for about an hour. It was a nice place to have lunch. The splash pad got pretty busy really fast, glad we came early. I would definitely come back again.
Free, lots of fun toys for the kids to school around in, and other kids usually there to play with yours. Just need to watch your kids (duh). The water is pretty cool and shuts off occasionally while someone checks the system. Definitely recommend!
Fun cheap place to take your kids in the summer. The sun is not favorable here in the evening and the splash pad gets very cold a couple of hours before dusk. Weekends are VERY crowded here.
Fun free place to come and cool down. Lots of shade for parents to hang out while the kiddos get wet. Gave it four stars only because it seemed like the equipment may have worked a little better when it was first built but it still gets the job done.
quite a nice park, it has a ton of green areas as well as a bowery to eat under. There is a splash pad and a playground for kids. I like to go here.
Great, free, family fun. Awesome way to cool down on a hot day. Mature trees and pavilions provide plenty of shade for parents to watch their kids in comfort.
It s fun. But playground need an upgrade like the park on 17 Th and Grant. They should add a park like that at all different park and add a splash pad on 33 rd Street.
